Abstract

The development of website-based information technology has now become a means of business, communication and even assisting in processing important data, especially within government agencies at the RT 05 and RW 24 Housing Griya Asri 2 Desa Sumbejaya Tambun Selatan, currently processing population data still manually, namely using documents that have been exists and is photocopied and recorded in a ledger manually to store data, as in the case of searching for population data, of course it will feel less than optimal and relatively time consuming. However, this is not a good step in overcoming existing problems because officers are still having difficulty finding complete population information. In this regard, this population data processing information system was designed and developed to assist the data management process to make it easier, more efficient and to provide the necessary information as a whole. The research method applied is the Research and Development (R&D) method, with system testing using Black Box Testing based on system functionality. The results showed that the population data processing information system fulfilled the functionality aspect, where the system was designed and developed according to the functions that were running and as expected and there were no errors that occurred in the system. So that the population data processing information system runs well and is in accordance with the requirements needed in managing population data. Abstract

Teknologi informasi tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan perkembangan dunia informasi internet saat ini. Informasi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan didalam suatu instansi, perusahaan, organisasi/komunitas, lembaga serta lingkungan yang berada diluar sistem. Adapun pengertian internet yaitu sekumpulan jaringan komputer yang saling terhubung satu dengan yang lainnya di seluruh dunia dan berkomunikasi dengan cepat. Informasi yang disajikan di dunia internet sudah sangat global dan selalu diusahakan on time sehingga waktu update suatu informasi sangat cepat. Seiring dengan perkembangan internet, teknologi web dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, baik dari segi mendapatkan informasi maupun menyampaikan informasi pada zaman modern ini, maka dengan itu banyak Organisasi pemerintah memanfaatkannya untuk pendataan kepegawaian. Saat ini pengolahan data untuk pegawai honorer pada Kantor Kecamatan Bojongmangu masih menggunakan sistem manual. Penyimpanan data pegawai honorer masih berbentuk arsip yang disimpan pada oudner dan tidak beraturan, Teknologi informasi tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan perkembangan dunia informasi internet saat ini. Informasi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan didalam suatu instansi, perusahaan, organisasi/komunitas, lembaga serta lingkungan yang berada diluar sistem. Adapun pengertian internet yaitu sekumpulan jaringan komputer yang saling terhubung satu dengan yang lainnya di seluruh dunia dan berkomunikasi dengan cepat. Informasi yang disajikan di dunia internet sudah sangat global dan selalu diusahakan on time sehingga waktu update suatu informasi sangat cepat.Seiring dengan perkembangan internet, teknologi web dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, baik dari segi mendapatkan informasi maupun menyampaikan informasi pada zaman modern ini, maka dengan itu banyak Organisasi pemerintah memanfaatkannya untuk pendataan kepegawaian. Saat ini pengolahan data untuk pegawai honorer pada Kantor Kecamatan Bojongmangu masih menggunakan sistem manual. Penyimpanan data pegawai honorer masih berbentuk arsip yang disimpan pada oudner dan tidak beraturan.

Abstract

Tiara Bangsa Vocational High School is a foundation engaged in education, an institution that requires more integrated data processing of student grades in carrying out learning and learning activities. Currently, the report card assessment at Smk Tiara Bangsa already uses the excel application but in recording student grade data by teachers still using forms and grade books, reporting student grade data to parents / guardians of students who are still inefficient. This method is considered inefficient, so the authors conduct research to help teachers or homeroom teachers to be more practical and efficient. To overcome these problems, the authors intend to develop a web-based report card application system. The report card information system that will be created in this study is using PHP with Visual Studio Code and MySQL database. Data collection conducted by the author for this research by means of observation and interviews.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and science, supported by quality and adequate human resources, is expected to be able to create a system that can help with daily activities, especially in the payroll process. The payroll data management system at Tiara Bangsa Vocational School in Bekasi still uses a manual number management application. The problems that arise are the occurrence of human error, files or data that are less secure and salary data management time that is less efficient. It is hoped that this research can speed up the process of managing payroll data from a manual system to a computerized system which will make work easier and manage teacher salaries quickly and on time. The method used is the Waterfall method which is able to create a system in stages. From the research conducted, it is hoped that the teacher payroll information system can be used and help manage teacher salary calculations and search for teacher data quickly and accurately.. Abstract

Tiara Bangsa Vocational High School is a foundation that operates in the field of education and is an institution that requires the development of information and communication technology. One of the problems with the school savings system at Tiara Bangsa Vocational School is that it still uses books to record student names, deposit data and withdrawal data as well as student transaction reports. Using books to record savings takes a long time, the books used can be lost or torn and require a special place to store these books. This school savings information system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This Web-based student savings information system research aims to produce a school savings information system application that is able to overcome the problem of managing school savings at Tiara Bangsa Vocational School so that the system that is currently being implemented can switch to a computerized system using a school savings information system application. Abstract

The constraints found in the process of entering and leaving goods at PT. Padu Perkasa Nusantara is still done manually, so when the warehouse admin is asked to see the stock of goods, which ends up taking quite a long time to prepare and the level of stock adjustment is high because there is no synchronization of goods data with physical stock. In terms of inventory accounting, it is also not possible to know the nominal amount of existing inventory so that it can be monitored to maintain the cash flow balance of the stock. This research was made with the final results of the inventory application program using the FIFO method using the waterfall method with PHP and MySQL database which can control requests according to FIFO principles and control the amount of stock in the warehouse, so that every request is always based on the amount of stock available. With this inventory information system, problems related to requests according to the FIFO principle can be carried out and stock data can be viewed at any time and can be controlled, especially from the inventory accounting side. The process of making stock reports and reports of goods receipts and expenditures becomes more efficient because they can be printed based on a certain time period. Abstract

CV. Bangun Selang Sejati dalam operasinya masih menggunakan cara yang manual, yaitu pada bagian operator dengan cara menginput form dan stock card yang telah disediakan oleh perusahaan, sedangkan pada bagian admin proses penginputan masih menggunakan format microsoft excel tanpa menggunakan database. Sistem yang berjalan saat ini sebenarnya sudah baik, tetapi masih ada kelemahan yang dirasakan, diantaranya untuk melakukan pencarian data-data yang dibutuhkan masih memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama karena belum ada sebuah mekanisme penyusunan barang yang baik di bagian gudang. Proses keluar masuk barang juga belum tersistem dengan baik sehingga seringkali terjadi barang yang dibutuhkan kosong. Permasalahan lain adalah belum adanya mekanisme pengeluaran barang dan permintaan barang secara baik, hal ini dapat menyebabkan barang mudah hilang serta data stok yang sering tidak akurat dengan data fisik barang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall untuk merancang sistem informasi inventory barang persediaan pada CV. Bangun Selang Sejati menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Dengan pengembangan sistem ini maka setiap barang persediaan peralatan pada CV. Bangun Selang Sejati sudah didata lokasinya pada rak gudang, sehingga memudahkan pencarian data barang dan penyimpanan barang. Dengan adanya sistem ini proses keluar masuk barang sudah tersistem dengan baik dan datanya tersimpan pada database serta stok data barang persediaan peralatan dapat terkontrol dengan baik sehingga mengurangi resiko barang hilang.

Abstract

To support all of that, it is necessary to develop a system that must be sufficient. In addition, the information on the number of goods available for sale is also not informative, so many requests are delayed due to a lack of stock information that should still be there, but the goods cannot be found. In order for an effective and efficient input process to occur and good information dissemination to the owner and admin regarding information on stock and prices, it is necessary to have a system to assist this process. To facilitate the sales transaction process effectively and efficiently, a web-based sales application program was created using PHP and MySQL. With this system, the transaction process which was originally carried out manually, has now become systemized so that the transaction process can run more effectively and efficiently, information on the availability of available goods can be more informative for the admin because the stock is up to date and with this system, the revenue recap process which was originally still manual from transactions, is now more systemized and can be printed according to a certain period of time by the admin

Abstract

Aplikasi keuangan sekolah adalah salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan keuangan yang kompleks di lingkungan pendidikan. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi, pengembangan aplikasi ini semakin diperlukan untuk memastikan efisiensi dan akurasi. Framework Laravel sebagai salah satu framework PHP yang populer digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi web, menawarkan berbagai fitur yang dapat membantu dalam membangun aplikasi keuangan sekolah yang andal dan mudah digunakan. Artikel ini membahas tentang implementasi framework Laravel sebagai back end pada aplikasi keuangan sekolah, mulai dari perancangan, pengembangan, hingga implementasi sistem.

Abstract

Prima Alkesindo Nusantara is a company engaged in the sale of medical devices. In carrying out current service activities, PT. Prima Alkesindo Nusantara is still centered on a specific location. This certainly makes it difficult for management to expand sales. The methods used to create this system are waterfall method with Xampp software tool with web, and Unified Modeling Language (UML). Up to the testing stage, which uses blackbox testing that is tested for consumers, admins and managers and PHP programming languages with supported MySQL databases. With this web-based information system can realize sales in conducting product transactions and save time in making reports. In addition, this web application not only aims to speed up and simplify the process, but can also have an impact on the neatness of the administrative system in the company.
