Abstract

Project management is all planning, implementation, controlling and coordination a project from early the (idea) the end project to en sure of the project appropriately time, money and quality. Selection method scheduling project is also one the very policy note in order to obtain result in according with the original plans. This thesis specifically discuss how project management planning the construction of Muhammadiyah Bandung University. The research was conducted by means of a survey into the field and study of literature. This thesis analysis includes volume calculation, Needs of labor, materials and equipment, Bar chart, Cash flow, S Curve, method of CPM (Critical Path Method) is a method of identifying critical work paths or items. Forwards calculation, backwards calculation, free float and total float.           Keyword: Project Management, Bar Chart, S Curve, Critical Path Method.

Abstract

Soil stability is an effort made to improve the properties of the origin of the soil, basically stabilization using salt has the same principle as stabilization using other chemicals. Based on the research on native soil combat, the value of 42.25% is categorized into soil types have high plasticity therefore the soil needs repair or stabilization. In this study chemical stabilization was carried out by adding ingredients to stability of salt (Nacl) with a percentage of 4% , 8%, and 12% of the weight of the sample. The research method used is divided into two, namely physical properties test consisting of water content test, density test, atterberg test and filter analysis test and mechanical properties test consisting of compacting test and consolidation test .The results of physical properties test showed that the greater the percentage of NaCl addition in water content, plastic limit, shrinkage limit increased while the specific gravity value, liquid limit, plasticity index and pass filter No. 200 decreased. While in the compaction test the weight value of the maximum dry volume increases and the optimum water content value decreases along with the percentage addition of NaCl. The maximum weight value of maximum dry volume is 1.675 gr / cm3 and the lowest optimum water content is 15.509% in mixed soil with the percentage of addition of 12% NaCl. Meanwhile the consolidation test results showed that the greater percentage percentage of NaCl consolidation coefficient (Cv) increases , while for the Cc index value and the consolidation decrease (Sc) decreases. Keywords : clay soil, Stablizing,Consolidation , salt (NaCl).

Abstract

Light steel is one of materials that support the growth of construction technology at this time and it is generally used on roof truss contruction. The profile of light steel is a kind of steel profile which has dimension of thickness that is relatively thin with ratio of wide dimension of each profile element towards its huge thickness. In the assembling and installation, roof truss of light steel which is often encountered, cross section of C profile is connected by attaching body parts of two profiles or connecting wing parts with giving the connecting canal. This research uses the experimental method by flexural test with two points loading. The light steel which is used in this reserach is light steel of C profile by Ton Dong brand. The size is 75 x 35 x 0,75 mm andthe dimensions of beam frame specimenis 180 cm lengthand 25 cm hight, as many as 3 specimens with non centric profile overview. The research result shows that the average value of flexural strength is5,25 kNand the average of tensile strenght is 2281,67 N, while the result of experimental test uses UTM (Universal Testing Machine), the maximum strength is 5,92 kN and deflection 38,95 mm. The result of SAP 2000 analysis, the maximum deflection is 2,04 mm and 6 kN load. Keywords : Light steel of C profile, Light steel beam frame, Test of flexural stength.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the availability of water to the requirements of water and also predict flood plan discharge for return period based on hydrological analysis in Comal River.Calculations are carried out using rainfall data obtained from PUSDATARU of Pemali - Comal from 1999 - 2017.Used the rainstation in the region of Comal Watershed, there are 7 rain stations. Catchment area of rain station used Thiessen Polygon Method to know value of catchment area of each rain station. The Gumbel distribution (Generalized Extreme Value distribution Type-I) is used to model the distribution of the maximum (or the minimum) of a number of samples of various distributions. The calculation of the flood discharge design is using the Nakayasu, Rational, Weduwen, Weduweden, and Haspers method.Based on the result of this research it can be concluded that the biggest water potential occurs in January is 199.60 m3/s and the smallest in August is 0.84 m3/s. Cropping pattern carried out with one year there are three cropping patterns, namely paddy - paddy - secondary crops. For the water requirements, enough can be fulfilled, but in August and September, where the planting period III for the secondary crops experiences a deficit. The method used to design flood discharge is the Nakayasu method. For the embankment construction and normalization is profitable. Keywords: River, Flood, Embankment, Thiessen, Comal

Abstract

World Resources Institute data shows that there will be a fresh water crisis in 2040 including Indonesia. Responding to the above, many studies have been carried out using seawater, one of which is on concrete. Several studies have shown that seawater does not reduce the quality of concrete, but provides a corrosion effect on reinforcement. In this study, sea water concrete slabs have been made using bamboo as a reinforcement that will not corrode due to seawater. For concrete mix design refers to SNI SNI 03-2834-2000 and for slab flexural strength refers to 03-2847-2002. Slab specimens with sea water concrete that have been made consist of Slab concrete of steel reinforcement (SCS), Slab concrete of bamboo reinforcement V type notch (SCBV)  and Slab concrete of bamboo reinforcement  U type notch (SCBU).The result of the compressive strength of sea water concrete can reach the compressive strength of the plan. Tensile strength of bamboo reaches 223.5MPaand approaching the tensile strength of steel reinforcement. The maximum load of SCBV and SCBU were decrease than theoretical analysis of0.14% and 21.51% respectively. Otherwise, the maximum load of SCS greater than theoretical analysis with a difference of 14.67%. The flexural strength of the concrete slab was not affected by sea water as in compressive strength of cylinder. Keywords: Bamboo reinforcement slab, Flexural strength, Seawater concrete

Abstract

In the determination of the structure of the space of the city, where the City Go on the set as the center of local activities, while development in the town of Soreang is currently faced with various challenges, including the growing increase of the population, the limited infrastructure and land over the function so that the function of the city go unnoticed as the Centre of Local Activity hasn't been able to mengimbagi infrastructure services that should be available to the public.Study of the function of Local Activities Center take the case in the town of Soreang, strategy formulation to provide enhanced functionality for local Activities Center in the town of Soreang, Bandung Regency as the capitalAnalysis on the utilization of space occurs over the function of the land of paddy fields, became the land of housing, industry and infrastructure analysis, as well as other cities that have not been adequate as, road; Hospitals, higher education, Terminal, and utilities, this function meyebabkan Local Service Center does not seem to meet the needs of community service facilities in the town of Soreang, devote an increasing development strategies was obtained by the Center The local town of Soreang activities in the form of infrastructure development, land use strategy and strategy of institutional development as well as the role of the community to the development of the construction of the City Go as a function of local activities.Key Words: Local Activities Center Of The City As The Capital Of Bandung Regency, Soreang
