Abstract

Online shopping has become an activity that is of interest to most Indonesians in recent years. With the Shopee platform, people can shop from home. However, in its application there are still many weaknesses in purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of risk perception, customer testimonials, and shopping experience on COD purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform. A quantitative approach was carried out on data sources totaling 303 respondents who will be analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of the study showed that risk perception had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while customer testimonials and shopping experience had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Risk perception, customer testimonials, and shopping experience together had a moderate effect on COD purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform.

Abstract

Fraud is a form of fraud committed by banking officials to gain illegal profits from banks or customers. This study aims to test fraud prevention measures in the banking sector through organizational culture variables, internal auditors, whistleblowing and internal control systems. The internal control system in this study acts as an intervening variable. We use the size of rural bank employees in Kediri City to test the causal relationship on the research variables through statistical data analysis. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture, whistleblowing and internal control systems have a significant effect on fraud prevention in rural bank services. On the other hand, the role of internal auditors does not affect fraud prevention measures. Organizational culture and the role of internal auditors have a significant effect on fraud prevention through the implementation of internal control systems and whistleblowing has a significant effect on fraud prevention through the implementation of internal control systems. The findings of this study are expected to help stakeholders in efforts to prevent fraud in the banking sector

Abstract

This article aims to uncover the profile of users and non-users of digital marketing applications among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in western Thailand. This study mainly focuses on MSMEs in Perak State. The researchers used a quantitative approach to meet the research objectives. A survey involving 225 business actors of this application in the Central City of Bangkok. A total of 241 survey data that we can analyze descriptively. The results found that out of 241 respondents, 225 were users and 16 were non-users. Chi-square test was conducted for this analysis. The results showed that gender and age drive the adoption of this technology. The majority of users come from social media, followed by e-marketing and digital marketing content. Sharing data, communicating with clients, and promoting and advancement were each found to be the most thought processes for utilizing computerized promoting applications. Many business actors (more than half) are trying to adopt a digital marketing model. It is necessary to update information, branding and promotion related to the use of digital marketing in business so that it can be well received by SME sector entrepreneurs. This finding has implications for the importance of the research community, MSMEs, and policy makers in formulating better strategies for digital marketing applications. The results are expected to provide an overview of how digital technology adoption is facing emerging and innovative market conditions

Abstract

There are several aspects that are found to be able to influence the improvement of employee performance in aviation services. This study aims to understand how the interaction between workload and work environment can affect employee performance in the Angkasa Pura 1 Surabaya environment. Using a saturated sample of 50 employees at PT AVSEC Angkasa Pura 1 Sidoarjo which will be analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the study indicate that the workload found to be significant to employee performance but not for the work environment which has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Other findings show that the variables of workload and work environment together are able to encourage increased employee performance. This study provides practical recommendations to organizations in an effort to improve employee performance

Abstract

This study is about the influence of competence, team work, organizational support, and work discipline, to the quality of work life, satisfaction, and performance of inter-city bus drivers in East Java Province. The study population is 367 inter-city bus drivers whose headquarters are in Gerbang-kertosusila East Java. Test model with Generalized Least Square Estimation (GLS), structural equation model (SEM) analysis, proportional random sampling method and Amos 22 software aid, on 250 respondents. The test results show the model (fit) seen from the value of GFI, AGFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA and CMIN / DF, each of 0.928, 0.912, 0.958, 0.967, 0.082 and 1.734 are all within the expected range of values so that the model can be accepted. The results showed that: 1). Competence affect the quality of work life. 2). Competence affects driver satisfaction. 3). Competence affects the driver's performance. 4). Work discipline affect the quality of work life of the driver. 5). Work discipline affects driver satisfaction. 6). Work discipline affects the driver's performance. 7). Team work affects the quality of work life of the driver. 8). Team work has a significant influence on driver satisfaction. 9). Team work has an effect on the driver's performance. 10).
