Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly changed tourism services, including the mountain climbing ticket booking system. One such innovation is the Tiket Pendakian application, an Indonesian platform designed to facilitate online reservations for mountain climbing activities. This study aims to examine the influence of trust, security, and e-service quality on users' decisions to purchase climbing tickets through the application. A quantitative research method was used, using a survey distributed to 100 respondents who had used the platform. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the partial and simultaneous effects of these variables. The results showed that trust and e-service quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. In contrast, security did not show a significant partial effect, although the three variables collectively influenced purchasing decisions. These findings underscore the importance of building user trust and providing high-quality digital services to promote the continued use of online booking platforms. This study offers strategic insights for application developers and contributes to academic discussions on digital tourism and information systems. These results are also in line with prior findings (Flavián et al., 2006), (Urban et al., 2000), (Cyr, 2008), (Lin, 2007).

Abstract

The issue of affordable housing has become a global challenge with far-reaching economic, social, and environmental implications. Despite efforts by both the public and private sectors, the impact has not been significant in addressing the housing crisis that is occurring in various parts of the world. In response, public-private partnerships (PPPs) are increasingly being promoted as a strategic solution. This study aims to evaluate the key factors that influence the effectiveness of PPPs in providing affordable housing, while analyzing the limitations of the “universal solution” approach in diverse contexts. The findings show that while financing practices, land regulations, and community income levels play an important role, the success of PPPs also depends heavily on appropriate risk allocation, socio-political stability, and regulatory quality standards. Thus, while PPPs offer potential solutions, their implementation must be tailored to the specific conditions of each region to ensure optimal outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of coordination on the effectiveness of employee work at the Kabila District Office, Bone Bolango Regency. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach. Quantitative methods are directed at solving problems by presenting or describing the results of the study as they are. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that will be tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method in this study uses path analysis and the calculation operation uses the SPSS 20 program. The number of respondents in this study was 35 people. Based on the results of the study, it shows that coordination in the form of vertical coordination (X1) and horizontal coordination (X2) simultaneously affects the effectiveness of employee work (Y) at the Kabila District Office, Bone Bolango Regency, which is 0.742 (74.2%). Coordination activities apply to all work units, where each work unit carried out by various people can take place harmoniously and in balance in the desired direction, so a leader must be able to carry out a coordination action. Coordination in the form of vertical coordination (X1) partially influences the effectiveness of employee work (Y) at the Kabila Sub-district Office, Bone Bolango Regency, which is 0.501 or 50.1%. This means that vertical coordination in the form of giving work instructions to employees has been running well. Coordination in the form of horizontal coordination (X2) partially influences the effectiveness of employee work (Y) at the Kabila Sub-district Office, Bone Bolango Regency, which is 0.372 or 37.2%. This means that in coordinating unification actions or activities, direction given to activities at the same organizational level (apparatus) has not been carried out optimally.

Abstract

Based on the experiences and views of consumers using bicycle rental services in Thailand (Amazing Bangkok Cyclist - ABC), this research seeks to explore experiential motivation, customer contentment, and the likelihood of renting again. This study aims to: (a) examine the current use of ABC in colleges in Bangkok, (b) analyze the relationship between experiential motivation, customer satisfaction, and the intent to rent again among ABC users within Bangkok colleges; (c) investigate if experiential motivation, customer satisfaction, and the intention to rent again of ABC users in Bangkok colleges significantly influence one another. In this research, a survey using a questionnaire was carried out. The items were ABC users located on the campus in Bangkok. Statistical analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis, Independent Sample t-test, and Regression Analysis. All findings were evaluated using SPSS statistical software. The findings indicated that: Most ABC users were new students who exercised regularly (approximately one to two times weekly). Most students utilized ABC fewer than 2 times monthly and typically spent under 4 hours biking as a means of short-distance transport. Ultimately, regression analysis was conducted and showed that a significant relationship exists between experiential motivation, customer satisfaction, and the intention to rent again. Consequently, the greater the satisfaction level after cycling, the stronger the motivation to rent again. Ultimately, suggestions were put forward for enhancements in the future

Abstract

Employee performance measurement is the company's initial effort to identify skill gaps and ensure that each individual contributes maximally to the achievement of sales targets and dealer operations. This study aims to analyze the influence of work ability, work motivation, and employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Nenggapratama Internusa, a Suzuki Car Dealer in Gorontalo. The research method is quantitative descriptive where the research data was obtained through a questionnaire with saturated sampling totaling 68 employees using a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that work ability and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but not for employee engagement on employee performance which was found to have a positive and insignificant effect. Companies need to encourage employee capability improvement through appropriate training and increasing their work motivation. Increasing employee engagement by means of appreciation and providing incentives based on target achievement is expected to improve employee performance

Abstract

This study looks at how globalization affects how projects are delivered and how well organizations perform. Globalization is a complex idea that has both good and bad sides, as well as opportunities and challenges. The study aims to understand how opening up economies and technological advances impact project delivery and how organizations operate. It is an actual research study that uses surveys to gather and organize information from 90 people who are representative of the population. The data is analyzed using statistical methods with the help of SPSS software. The results show that the original ideas, or null hypotheses, were not supported, and the alternative ideas were accepted. Based on the results, the study suggests that countries should open up their economies and reduce trade barriers to help companies become more productive and efficient. Also, managers should create strategies that meet customer needs in order to stay competitive in the market
