Abstract

This research aims to assess the impact of leadership, environment, and work discipline on the performance of members of the Karanganyar Police. It employs a descriptive quantitative research approach, utilizing purposive sampling for data collection. The analysis techniques utilized include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficients. Data processing was conducted using IDM SPSS Statistics 26. The findings indicate that leadership, environment, and work discipline positively influence the performance of Karanganyar Police members. The t-test results demonstrate that these factors significantly affect performance. Additionally, the F test results reveal that leadership, environment, and work discipline collectively have a significant impact on the performance variabels of the Karanganyar Police members. The R² test results show that these three factors account for 49.8% of the performance variabels, while the remaining 50.2% is attributed to other external variabels such as work stress, workload, motivation, communication, work culture, and others.

Abstract

Cognitive psychology is the study of how the brain processes information, it is related to the way we receive information from the outside world, how we understand that information and what its use is. The purpose of this study is also to find out the cognitive concepts that sangko cake entrepreneurs have. This study uses a phenomenological approach using an open-ended interview method to find out the facts of an event or the subject's opinion in depth conducted to two sangko cake entrepreneurs. The data analysis used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. Testing the validity of the data using triagulation with other researchers in coding. The results of the study found 3 major themes with 15 themes. The results of this study were obtained that the research subject described the existence of women's cognitive concepts that are useful in entrepreneurial activities. Concepts that describe the existence of cognition consist of the subject of remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating products in entrepreneurial activities

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT Travel Sasana Lintas Indo. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a questionnaire distributed to the company's customers. The research sample consists of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty with a contribution of 36% (adjusted R square), while the remaining 64% is influenced by unstudied variables. Partially, service quality has been proven to significantly affect customer satisfaction and loyalty, while the price variable does not show a significant effect when tested separately. These findings indicate that PT Travel Sasana Lintas Indo needs to prioritize improving service quality to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research provides managerial implications for the company in developing effective marketing strategies focusing on service quality aspects.
