Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal logos on consumer purchase decisions in MSMEs through a literature review approach. The halal logo is one of the important elements in building Muslim consumer trust and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the local and global markets. This study collects and synthesizes various previous studies that discuss the relationship between halal logos, consumer perceptions, and purchasing decisions. Data collection is carried out through systematic searches in databases such as Google Scholar, with the keywords "halal logo", "purchase decision", "MSME". The analysis technique used is content analysis to identify patterns, themes, and relationships between halal logos, Muslim consumer perceptions, and purchase decisions. The result of this study is that the halal logo plays a significant role in increasing consumer trust, loyalty, and preference for MSME products. In addition, the use of halal logos is also considered an effective strategy in strengthening MSME branding. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the development of a sharia-based economy and provides practical insights for MSME actors in optimizing the potential of the halal market

Abstract

Organizational communication is essential to ensure that teams work well in the workplace. In this article, organizational communication is discussed as a tool to ensure effective coordination, information sharing, and team conflict resolution. Organizations can increase productivity, build strong interpersonal relationships, and create a harmonious work environment by using various communication methods, including vertical, horizontal, and diagonal methods. In addition, this article identifies components that influence communication effectiveness, such as interpersonal skills, technology, work culture, and organizational structure. To improve the quality of team communication, methods such as communication training, use of appropriate media, and structured feedback are suggested. Work teams can communicate better, achieve common goals, and handle problems better.

Abstract

This study explores the role of liquidity management in enhancing corporate financial stability, focusing on cash reserves and tradable securities strategies. Effective liquidity management helps companies manage financial risks and take advantage of investment opportunities, especially in the face of economic uncertainty. This study uses a systematic literature review approach to analyze the relationship between liquidity, cash reserves, and tradable securities. Cash reserves serve as a financial buffer to deal with cash flow fluctuations and reduce dependence on external funding. Meanwhile, tradable securities provide additional financial flexibility through quick access to liquidity. This study shows that companies that manage their liquidity well tend to have better financial stability, reduce bankruptcy risk, and increase investor confidence. This study also identifies research gaps, including the effects of financial technology and macroeconomic conditions on liquidity strategies. The practical and theoretical implications of this study provide guidance for companies to manage their liquidity more effectively, ensure business continuity, and support long-term growth

Abstract

Around 70% of environmental damage in Indonesia is caused by mining activities. Companies should make contributions as a form of social responsibility to various problems caused by company activities and present them in sustainability reports. This study aims to examine environmental incidents, media coverage and sustainability report disclosure practices. This study uses content analysis techniques, the data used are secondary data from the sustainability reports of state-owned mining sector companies in 2020-2022 and news in the mass media about environmental incidents. The results of the study show that the average disclosure of social responsibility of PT Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) in 2020-2022 was 56%, 58% and 92%, the average disclosure of PT Timah's social responsibility in 2020-2022 was 49%, 53% and 95% and the average disclosure of social responsibility of PT Bukit Asam Tbk in 2020-2022 was 78%, 58% and 88%. Meanwhile, media coverage focuses more on conveying negative news resulting from the company's operational activities compared to news that contains the company's efforts to overcome environmental damage. This also has an impact on increasing disclosure in sustainability reports. This research contributes to improving the quality and transparency of sustainability reports, especially in terms of disclosing environmental incidents

Abstract

This study aims to examine how zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf can be used strategically to strengthen regional income and encourage local economic independence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subject of this article is Islamic economic instruments which include zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf, as well as their role in increasing local income and building regional economic independence. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the analysis show that the use of zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf has significant potential to increase regional revenue and alleviate poverty. With good and integrated management in public financial policies, zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf can be a solution for sustainable financial and economic independence that is able to overcome various social problems in society. Increasing literacy, professional management, and the use of digital technology will be the key to success in optimizing the potential of zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf in the future, so that the economic independence of a region can be realized properly and effectively

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of environmental aspect strategy in sustainable business management with a case study on Richeese Factory business. This study aims to provide insight into how Richeese Factory can integrate environmental aspects into their business strategy, as well as the benefits and challenges that may be faced. Thus, it is hoped that Richeese Factory can contribute to environmental sustainability while still achieving their business goals. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study in the form of interviews and observations, so that efficient resource management, use of renewable energy, and recycling programs have been implemented by Richeese Factory to reduce their environmental footprint. However, the implementation of this strategy is not without challenges, such as high initial costs and the need to adapt to new technologies. However, there are many opportunities that can be utilized, such as increasing consumer demand for environmentally friendly products and incentives from the government

Abstract

Sharia banking in the financial services sector is an intermediary institution for people who follow Islamic principles which consider bank interest to be haram. The growth of the sharia banking sector requires an understanding of the factors that influence the interest of the younger generation in becoming sharia bank customers. This research aims to analyze the influence of Generation Z attitudes on their interest in becoming Islamic bank customers with Islamic financial literacy as a moderating variable. This study focuses on generation Z in Payakumbuh City in 2024. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative approach, involving Generation Z samples spread across the area. Data was collected through a questionnaire designed to measure attitudes towards Islamic banks, level of Islamic financial literacy, and interest in becoming a customer. Data analysis was carried out using simple regression techniques with moderation to assess the influence of Generation Z attitudes on their interests, as well as the moderating role of Islamic financial literacy. The research results show that a positive attitude towards sharia banks has a significant effect on generation Z's interest in becoming sharia bank customers. Attitudes moderated by sharia financial literacy have no effect on interest in becoming a sharia bank customer. These findings provide important insights for Islamic banks in designing effective marketing and education strategies to attract customers from generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Sela Mantap's business both before and after the growth of product sales. This research uses interviews and is qualitative. The research subjects were selected using a purposive sampling technique totaling 5 people. The data collection technique in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that consumers with marketing tactics used by business actors to offer services and promote Sela Mantap business to customers. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that there are several techniques used, one of which is increasing sales of Sela Mantap. The 4P marketing strategy implemented by Sela Mantap business actors has a significant impact on the daily services provided to measure customer satisfaction with the sale of Sela Mantap goods, namely the 4P promotion strategy, location, product, and price.

Abstract

The leadership style of oil palm collectors plays an important role in improving the welfare of smallholder members. This study aims to describe the leadership style of Mitra Unggul oil palm collectors in the eyes of farmer members, and describe the success of Mitra Unggul leaders in prospering farmer members so that they can master FFB marketing. The research uses a type of qualitative research by conducting direct research in the field. This study uses a subject sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation methods to obtain accurate data. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that the leadership style of Mitra Unggul palm oil collectors is included in the charismatic leadership type where Mitra Unggul leaders have the attraction to influence others to achieve common goals

Abstract

This research aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by sweet potato sellers in entrepreneurship. The approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological method. Data collection was carried out through unstructured interviews with a young entrepreneur selling sweet potatoes in Bukittinggi. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal seven subthemes that describe the experience of potato sellers in running their businesses. This research highlights the important role of internalizing family values in building entrepreneurial interest, seller behavior in managing business, and their ability to face and overcome various obstacles, such as limited capital and market competition
