<![CDATA[Abstract – Kebutuhan akan kemudahan pelayanan yang di dapatkan oleh Demand for ease of service in getting by the public from the World the Banking, has its own contribution hearts everyday life. Regardless of these advantages, the banking sector is also characterized by shortages arising from the application of the procedures used, especially within the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia TBK Parigi Branch Office is one branch of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Manado region that wants continue to improve the pattern of banking services. The situation can be seen from the number of stacking of customers queuing for services provided by the Bank. Thus, this study will be focused on the simulation and implementation of Queue System Online at PT. Bank BNI branched office TBK Parigi. The aim of the implementation of this system is to reduce the accumulation of customers that can not be predicted. This study resulted in an online queue system that serves to reduce the number of queues that can not be predicted. <![CDATA[Cybercrime because of the people who are not responsible, with the aim of damaging, modifying, and eliminating one's data, one of them with hacking techniques to be able to infiltrate into the data storage makes it easy to commit a crime. Treatment can be performed on cybercrime using forensic science as a problem solver. Cybercrime has digital evidence as traces of a criminal case, with digital evidence forensic science analysis to find out what activities performed on a criminal case. This study analyzed digital evidence on the network by utilizing Raspberry pi as a medium for hacking the network and to obtain digital evidence on the network . <![CDATA[During presentation, it is hard to maintain the slide because we need to stand in front of the room and often not able to touch the computer. The presenters need to take attention at both their voice, and body language such eye contact, facial expression, posture, gesture, and body orientation. Microsoft PowerPoint is a simple but very useful tool to create digital presentation. Even though it is simple to use, but this application required the presenter to take control while using it, such as to star the slide show or moving it to the next slide. The purpose of this research is to minimize physical contact between user and the computer during the presentation by controlling the move of the slide using voice. This research will implement the Hidden Markov Model algorithm and Sphinx-4 library.]]>

<![CDATA[BCA was established in 1957 has continued to grow. Nowdays has supported business processes in various companies, such as the use of attendance information systems. During this system implementation has been running to support the procedures of attendance activities. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of the performance of information technology governance in order to determine the extent of maturity level which is currently running, with a few aspects to consider such as effectiveness, efficiency. The conclusion that can be drawn from the research that has been done is IT governance at the BCA has been done, although still run optimally within each IT process contained in the sub domain Monitor Evaluate Assess (MEA) on average was at 3.0 (defined process) for sub domain DS1, DS5, DS10 and ME2.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract— PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Ambon Branch is one company that is engaged in the field of services is always trying to provide the best service to the community. With the competition being so tight tight, it should the company to do is continue to keep customers want and remain faithful to use his services. The purpose of this study is to find customer satisfaction of services provided from post office Ambon branch through the questionnaire data. This research uses a servqual model and lexicon based method. Servqual model is a method of descriptive models that describe the level of customer satisfaction. Servqual model consist of five servqual dimension and GAP analysis. Lexicon based method is a simple method for analysis of the questionnaire data to the reality of service that perceived by customers. <![CDATA[Ordering is one of the process done before doing data processing. The sorting algorithm has its own strengths and weaknesses. By taking strengths of each algorithm then combined can be a better algorithm. Quick Sort and Merge Sort are algorithms that divide the data into parts and each part divide again into sub-section until one element. Usually one element join with others and then sorted by. In this experiment data divide into parts that have size not more than threshold. This part then sorted by Insertion Sort, Bubble Sort and Selection Sort. This replacement process can be reduce time used to divide data into one element. Data size and data type may affect time so this experiment use 5 data sizes and 3 types of data. The algorithm dominates in experiment are Merge-Insertion Sort and Merge-Selection Sort.]]>

<![CDATA[Text detection in natural image is something to do before performing character recognition. The process of text detection plays an important role in the acquisition of information in an image. This research aims to detect text automatically in natural image based on superpixels with Maximally Stable Extremal Regions (MSER) and Stroke Width Transform (SWT). The superpixel method used is Simple Linear Iterative Clustering (SLIC). The SLIC method is used for segmenting text images into superpixel spaces. Image segmentation to superpixel aims to group pixels into homogeneous regions that capture redundant images. SLIC is a technique that effectively divides images into homogeneous regions (superpixels). Furthermore MSER is used as a feature to locate the text candidate region in a segmented image with superpixel. Then edge detection is done to validate the text area that has been found. Next, the SWT method is used to distinguish both text and non-text image regions. The dataset used is ICDAR 2003. Based on test result, MSER with superpixel is able to detect region of text in natural image. SWT is also able to recover the region which is the candidate of the text in natural image.]]>

<![CDATA[Genetic algorithm and TSP are methods that can be solve optimization problem of route or path. This paper discusses the application of genetic algorithms and Traveling Salesman Problem modeling (TSP) to those problems. The process of genetic algorithm is the principle of natural selection to find the shortest route, while TSP is Optimization issues to find the shortest journey for traveling traders who want to visit several cities. In addition, this paper compares genetic algorithms with TSP in finding the shortest route. The shortest route search is performed on the ODP device (Optical distribution point) on the FTTH access network passed by the salesman. The results is an optimal routes using genetic algorithms at 4.46 km, on 38 generations of 50 generations. While in TSP modelling is obtained an optimal route at 4.45 km on the second experiment of the twelve experiments. This route will affect the performance of the data transmission process on the FTTH access network, when this network attenuation is less than 28 dB (based on International Telecommunication Union standard). Keywords—  TSP, Genetic Algorithm, Optimization, FTTH.]]>
