Abstract

PT. Alpha Cipta Computindo (ACICO) adalah perusahaan penyedia perangkat keras dan perangkatlunak teknologi informasi di Indonesia. Saat ini strategi pemasaran PT. Alpha Cipta Computindo terbatas padakomunikasi tatap muka, telepon, faksimili, dan portfolio perusahaan. Metode-metode tersebut memilikikekurangan. E-marketing akan sangat tepat diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah dalam pemasaran yangdihadapi oleh PT. Alpha Cipta Computindo. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk menganalisis proses pemasaran,permasalahan dan kebutuhan informasi dalam merancang aplikasi e-marketing, dan merancang aplikasi emarketingyang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran PT. Alpha Cipta Computindo. Metode penelitianterdiri dari metode pengumpulan data, studi pustaka, metode analisis dan metode perancangan. Metode analisisdilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu membentuk peluang pasar, menyusun strategi pemasaran, danmerancang pengalaman pelanggan. Metode perancangan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitumembangun hubungan antarmuka dengan pelanggan, merancang program pemasaran, meningkatkan informasipelanggan melalui teknologi, dan mengevaluasi program pemasaran. Dari penulisan ini dihasilkan aplikasi emarketingyang memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas seperti media pemasaran online, penyediaan katalog online, layanankomunikasi yang interaktif, sarana pelayanan pelanggan, dan pemesanan produk secara online untuk melayanikebutuhan pelanggan.Kata kunci: Analisis, Perancangan, Aplikasi E-Marketing

Abstract

This research paper aims to find the relationship between service quality dimensions and customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the mediator for Hokky supermarket. This research topic was chosen, as service quality dimensions are able to differentiate the businesses under retail industry, knowing the fact that they sell homogenous goods. Moreover, the author also discussed the most dominant service quality dimensions for Hokky supermarket, which shows the dimension that needs to be improved first before the other dimensions. In total, there were 102 respondents’ answers gathered, which was analyzed by using the multiple linear regressions of path analysis, and the sobel test to test the mediation effect. The data was processed using IBM SPSS software. Then, there were four findings, answering the four research questions. The four findings are (1) empathy has the most dominant positive influence toward customer satisfaction, (2) only empathy and responsiveness that have significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction, (3) customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty, and (4) the relationship of empathy and responsiveness with customer loyalty has a full mediation effect of customer satisfaction, while the relationship between assurance and customer loyalty has a partial mediation effect of customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality Dimensions, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The expansion of tourism district, art and craft business and café in Indonesia are moving vastly. This increase the demand of café, retail and commercial hospitality. However, Makassar has not develop hotel, café, and retail in a joined venture. Thus, it become the idea into design proposal of Art & Craft Café and Lobby of Allson City Hotel in Makassar. The aim of the design is to inform local and international visitors regarding the local culture by applying local content into the space. The proposal is themed “Live in Art”, which translated literally as living into the art. The chosen concept is using post-modernism style which adopt the local art content into a contemporary design without leaving its character. The usage of local characteristics are including symbols and ornament of tongkonan, dominance of red, yellow, black and white which were adapted from Toraja culture. The application of local content into the proposal is including lobby area, which is the icon of the hotel, café, as the lounge for visitors, and art and craft retail to support local arts. By applying local content that is modified with contemporary touch, designer aim to give its appeal for visitors whilst to prolong the local culture.

Abstract

White blood cells recognition is developed to help the medical world in diagnosing deseases. In this paper, an artificial neural network algorithm, Fuzzy Learning Vector Quantization is used to recognize the white blood cells. A total of 198 images of white blood cell were used, and were divided into five classes, which are Basofil, Eosinofil, Limfosit, Monosit, and Neutrofil. Experiment was done in 11 types, which are Greyscale, Red, Green, Blue, Hue, Saturation, Value, RGB, HSV, RGB by Voting, and  HSV by Voting. Experiment was also done using different value of β and γ, the constant values to increase and decreasing the fuzziness of the reference vectors. In the first experiment the ratio of the training images and testing images were 3:2, and in the second experiment, the ratio were increased to 3:1.  Experiment using HSV by Voting has shown a better recognition rate among the others

Abstract

Family business experts suggested that family business is a cyclical cycle of trust that must be kept and maintained by all members of the family in order to maintain the harmonization of relations between the company and the family. The family business is certainly not immune from the variety of issues that are sometimes difficult to solve. One problem is the mistrust among the members of the family. As a result, it is often family business in decline, even forced to close as a result of the ongoing conflict. This study aims to explore the beliefs, especially cognitive trust of first and second generation at PT Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries Tbk. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Results showed that inter-personal trust and confidence of competence has awakened among first and second generation, but the first generation not yet demonstrated their confidence in the system that strives to be built and run by the secondgeneration. They deepened the distrust their generation gap that occurred and led to the second generation chose to leave the company.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya hotel maka semakin ketat persaingan yang ada, maka diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor yang ada. Hotel adalah jenis usaha bidang pelayanan yang mengedepankan Service Quality dan berujung pada kepuasan konsumen. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi service quality terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hotel Lerina Banjarbaru. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 142 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert 1 - 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis metode analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hotel Lerina Banjarbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1)mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Manajemen dan Bisnis Universitas Ciputra (2)mengetahui perbedaan hasil pendidikan kewirausahaan mahasiswa di antara program studi yang bernaung di bawah Fakultas Manajemen dan Bisnis (3)mengetahui perbedaan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di antara program studi yang bernaung di bawah Fakultas Manajemen dan Bisnis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Manajemen dan Bisnis Universitas Ciputra. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling stratified random sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 305 mahasiswa. Sampel sebanyak 245 mahasiswa diambil dari jurusan International Business Management (IBM), sebanyak 39 mahasiswa diambil dari jurusan Business Management International (BMI), dan sebanyak 21 mahasiswa diambil dari jurusan Akuntansi (Acc). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Manajemen dan Bisnis Universitas Ciputra (2)tidak ada perbedaan hasil pendidikan kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa IBM, BMI dan Acc (3)ada perbedaan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa IBM, BMI dan Acc. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Minat Berwirausaha, Mahasiswa, Universitas Ciputra.

Abstract

For more than 2 years running, Letterpress often gets problem in sale in which often occurs cancel payment on Letterpress consumers. The purpose of this research is to analyse there is or no different willingness to pay Letterpress consumers based on age, gender, education, and income factors. The population of this research is people who had ever contacted Letterpress either have ever bought or have never bought Letterpress product, with the total amount of 65 people. This research uses primary data type such as online survey that is distributed to social media. The researcher will use Likert scale in willingness measurement to pay, and nominal scale in socioeconomic status (SES) measurement that is, age, gender, education and income. Sampling technique that is used is non-probability sampling with saturated sample method. The researcher uses different test to test hypothesis in the research that consists of one way ANOVA and independent sample t-test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The result in this research indicats that there is different willingness to pay significantly that occurs on Letterpress consumers based on the age, education, and income. While in gender type of factor, there is no significant difference that occur.

Abstract

The purpose of this empirical research is to examine about the effect of leverage, firm size, dan employee stock ownership program on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020. The data processed with Eviews 12. This research used 70 manufacturing companies for a total of 280 data with a four years period. This reseacrh were selected using purposive sampling method. The results of this research shows that firm size have negative and significant influence on financial performance, employee stock ownership program does not significantly influence financial performance.

Abstract

Masa nifas dimulai sejak 2 jam setelah lahirnya plasenta sampai dengan 6 minggu (42hari) setelah itu. Menurut (Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, 2016) kegagalan dalam menyusui yang terjadi pada ibu nifas karena bendungan ASI, di tingkat nasional 6% dari 5juta kelahiran hidup.Sedangkan WHO memperkirakan 10% kelahiran hidup mengalami komplikasi. Berdasarkan kelompok usia ibu nifas yang terdapat bendungan ASI terbanyak adalah kelompok usia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 18 orang (69,2%). Berdasarkan kelompok pendidikan ibu nifas yang terdapat bendungan ASI terbanyak adalah kelompok pendidikan SMA yaitu sebesar 13 orang (50%). Berdasarkan kelompok pekerjaan ibu nifas yang terdapat bendungan ASI terbanyak adalah kelompok ibu yang bekerja sebesar 10 orang (38,5%). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan masa nifas secara promotif dan preventif pada Ny. N berumur 36 tahun dengan melakukan breastcare. Metode yang digunakan yaitu desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Deskriptif adalah suatu studi yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk membuat gambaran atau deskriptif tentang suatu keadaan secara objektif. Subjek penelitian adalah ibu nifas 3 hari dengan Bendungan ASI. Waktu penelitian dilakukkan pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2021. Hasil yang didapat dari kasus ini yaitu asuhan yang dilakukan berhasil dengan baik karena sehubungan pada keluhan atau masalah yang terjadi pada ibu nifas tersebut yaitu bendungan ASI telah diberikan tindakan Breastcare untuk mengatasi masalah pada ibu nifas. Saran Bagi BPM Ruliana diharapkan lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan pada ibu nifas, seperti cara menyusui yang benar sehingga tidak terjadi kembali kasus Bendungan ASI.
