Abstract

Along with the increase in population and the development of information technology, it is necessary to have a system that is able to support the process of improving health care. One of the weaknesses of the current health care system is the patient waiting time which is still below the established standard, which is less than 60 minutes. This study designed a patient registration system that can estimate the patient's arrival time based on the input symptoms. The use of QR Code technology and meeting applications helps to support patient registration and consultation. The research methodology uses the waterfall method by involving doctors and patients as data sources. Test results using black boxes indicate that the system is able to categorize patient care as expected. The system has also been able to function well functionally. It takes a process of updating symptoms periodically by doctors so that the system is able to recognize new symptoms that have not been recorded previously. With the estimated arrival time, the queue or crowd of patients in the waiting room can be minimized properly.

Abstract

Technology helps us in many activities and keeps growing, so it makes activities more efficient, time-saving, using fewer resources and also information and entertainment are accessible. Machine Learning technology is the fastest-growing field in computer science that is used in many areas such as marketing, healthcare, manufacturing, information security, and transportation. One of the machine learning methods is the Ensemble of Regression Tree (ERT) which has succeeded in detecting facial features on the eyebrows, eyes, nose, and lips. However, utilization ERT method has not been found to detect specific areas such as lips only for gaining optimization. Then this research will be conducted to extract the facial feature annotation dataset from the iBUG 300W dataset with 68 facial features to 20 lip area points. The results of the extraction are reduced error rate, resources saving, lip features still detected and lip coloring simulation was successfully carried out using the configuration of hyperparameter values, tree = 4, regularization = 0.25, cascade = 8, feature pool = 500, oversampling = 40 and translation jitter = 0. From observations also discovered optimization that hard disk resource savings are 69.36%, RAM 30.8%, and CPU 3.8%; reduce the error rate by 0.058%; and increase inference speed by 39%.

Abstract

 The study will develop a prototype to implement a knowledge management system using the information retrieval method. As a study case, the knowledge about university admission will be used. The users of the system consist of guests, admin, and admission staff. The guest can search for information in the dashboard and give suggestions. The admission staff can add new knowledge or modify the existing knowledge. The new knowledge should be verified and approved by the admin. The testing was performed to verify that the system works as it should be, especially for information searching. The results show that searchingusing lowercase and without stopword, or punctuation gives better similarity index. Searching using unigram also has better similarity index.

Abstract

The enactment of the Community Activity Restriction Regulation (PPKM) in Indonesia makes school learning carried out online so that it cannot carry out activities as usual. Many problems are experienced by teenagers and do not find solutions because disturbances in school effectiveness activities are not monitored and cannot be directed by counseling teachers who are already available in schools. To help with existing problems, a web-based application called Arspira was created, where the application is an event marketplace that connects professional counselors with teenagers who are looking for a place to find solutions to the problems they face. The process of designing and making this application certainly would not have happened without the “hustler” as business developers and promotion through social media content to get good feedback from potential customers. This is done to match the work in progress and make the application what the prospective customer wants. This research aims to see the role of hustler as a business development in the startup company Arspra. The results of this study indicate the role of the hustler when forming the Arspira startup.

Abstract

Confidentiality and data security are two important things in data communication as an effort to maintain the confidentiality and security of data, so this study aims to create a system that is used to increase the confidentiality and security of drug data at pharmacies by using Advanced Encryption Standard 128, where the algorithm cryptography Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-128) as the method to be used. Encryption testing is done by doing a comparison between manual calculations and the results of encryption on the system, besides that Blackbox testing is also carried out. Making this system is done by collecting data, designing a system with a database. The result of making the system is a webbased application that is used in the activities of pharmacists or pharmacy employees to input and manage drug data.

Abstract

As a result of the implementation of social distancing rules, the education sector is forced to implement the Distance Learning system or study from home which sometimes makes students feel bored in its implementation. Therefore, an alternative learning media is needed to overcome this boredom. One method that can be used is learning through applications with the addition of augmented reality technology. The purpose of this study was to design an interactive learning media for early childhood based on augmented reality technology and to determine the impact of its use. This type of research is action research, while the software development method used is the waterfall model. This app is designed using Unity 3D and Vuforia SDK. The results of the calculation of the questionnaire, obtained a value of 98.6% which means the application is included in the very effective criteria according to the Likert Scale. And from the results of the paired t-test of application users before and after using the application, it was concluded that there were differences in the assessment of learning outcomes before and after using augmented reality-based basic learning applications for early childhood.

Abstract

Indonesian Sign Language is word signs initially taken from the signs conveyed by deaf children. Sign language is common for the deaf and mute, but it is no stranger to ordinary people. For this reason, alternative intermediaries are needed who can become translators between deaf and speech impaired sufferers and ordinary people. This study aims to classify the Indonesian sign system using the Convolutional Neural Network method with VGG-16 and Alexnet architecture. The data divided by each letter from the letter A to the letter Z is 320 test data, 1600 train data, and 320 validation data, and the data will be resized to a size of 224 x 224 pixels, followed by grayscale and augmentation. The results of the VGG-16 test show that the classification using VGG-16 with the Adam optimizer gets the highest level of accuracy, which is 99.32% for each letter, 91.18% for the whole. While the classification results using VGG-16 with the SGD optimizer get the lowest level of accuracy, which is 98.85% for each letter and 84.96% for the whole. Meanwhile, from the AlexNet test results, it can be seen that the results of the classification using AlexNet with the Adam optimizer get the highest level of accuracy, which is 99.16% for each letter and 89.04% for the whole. While the classification results using AlexNet with the SGD optimizer get the lowest level of accuracy, which is 97.33% for each letter and 68.33% for the whole.

Abstract

The E-Report application is a system to make it easier for teachers, staff, students, parents, and the Ministry of Education and Culture to find out the results of student learning analysis of SMA N 1 Laguboti applying the E-Report application as a means of communication between schools, students and parents. The problem with E-Report in SMA N 1 Laguboti is that there is an error when using the application to input data. The purpose of this study was to analyze risk management in the E-Report application at SMA N 1 Laguboti. This research method uses quantitative methods. The measuring instrument method for analyzing the sample questionnaire questions uses the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 4.1) domain Plan and Organize (PO9). COBIT 4.1. The method of data collection in this research is the distribution of questionnaires to obtain data that will be SPSS. COBIT 4.1 analysis is a framework for analyzing and ensuring the alignment of information technology with business management by calculating the maturity level. The results of this study are the value of the maturity level of risk management for the E-Report application at SMA N 1 Laguboti of 2,51087267 is Defined Process. The recommendation from this research is that there is a need for a special person to control the E-Report application at SMA N 1 Laguboti and provide training on the use of the E-Report application.

Abstract

Cocoa is one of the leading commodities from the plantation sector, even cocoa production is considered capable of increasing the country's foreign exchange. In Indonesia, especially South Sulawesi Province, it has a large cocoa production where almost all districts/cities in South Sulawesi produce cocoa. The purpose of this research is to group cocoa production areas in South Sulawesi Province. The algorithms used are K-Means and K-Medoids, in which K-Means group data by dividing it into several clusters based on the same characteristics. While the K-Medoids algorithm chooses real objects to represent the cluster. In this study, the two algorithms were compared using one dataset. The comparison is made by looking at the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) value on RapidMiner. Then the results obtained based on this study are grouping using the K-Means algorithm is more effective than using K-Medoids in grouping cocoa production areas in South Sulawesi Province. With the DBI values ​​obtained, K-Means and K-Medoids have DBI values ​​of 0.292 and 0.365, respectively.

Abstract

This research aims to find the highest accuracy of the three classification algorithms. The highest accuracy algorithm will be used as a reference in this water quality classification. and test the performance of the third model. The method used in this analysis to overcome missing data is the median method. Then to handle unbalanced data, the SMOTE method is used. In this study, we compared the accuracy and performance of Gradient Boosting, Adaboost, and Catboost. The results found that the Catboost algorithm has the highest accuracy and performance of 68%, followed by Gradient Boosting at 60% and Adaboost at 58%. Then the performance of the AUC Catboost value is 0.678, Gradient Boosting is 0.595, and Adaboost is 0.584. But the results of accuracy and performance are still lacking.
