Dalam upaya mencapaitujuan, maka diperlukan strategis bisnis maupun strategis SI/TI. Konsep dasar yangdigunakan dalam menyusun kerangka kerja perancangan sistem informasi strategispada waralaba Teknos Citragran adalah Metode Strategic Information SystemPlanning. <![CDATA[This study aims to build a conceptual framework for previous research. This research is related to High School Institutions (HSI) readiness and usability that provides Information Technology Governance Trust (ITGT). The findings based on the literature review provide the initial construction and subsequently become a model conceptual framework. The comparison results with previous research indicate an influence between readiness and usability to user trust when implementing Information Technology Governance (ITG.) in an institution. The impact was identified through past literature, namely assessing the relationship between the Readiness Domain and the Usability Domain towards ITG. By testing high school institutional users (HSI), a trust will be through testing to develop a framework model research.]]>

<![CDATA[This article presents raw inferential statistical data that determine the IT Governance effectiveness on the IT Performance.To identify influence mechanism Information Technology Governance (ITG) on Effectiveness ITG and IT Performance.Data were collected from respondents in all regions of Indonesia. Quantitative research methods are used to analyze data. The structured questionnaire was distributed to respondents in all regions of Indonesia who understood the field of IT Governance in Higher University whose reliability and validity were confirmed. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS software, version 3, is used to present data. SEM path analysis shows an estimate of the relationship of the main constructs in the data The results obtained from this dataset shows positive relationship between mechanism Structure, Process and Relation to IT Governance effectiveness, consciousness also has a significant influence on the IT Performance and positive relationship between IT Governance effectiveness and IT Performance. However, mechanism structure and process has proven to have a negative and insignificant influence on the IT Performance Effective IT governance related to mechanism ITG and IT Performance level of unit analysis. One of the more significant findings to emerge from this study is that evaluate the mechanism ITG impact to effective IT governance that focus on higher education institution (HEI). This study already examines a validation of evaluation model and collecting data in particular higher education institution (HEI) as a single case study.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is a country with unique tourist destinations from each region. The tourism sector has an impact on the Indonesian economy which can encourage economic growth and increase the country's foreign exchange from foreign tourist visits. Tourism growth in Indonesia was disrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic with the imposition of major social restrictions which resulted in a decrease in tourist visits and the paralysis of the tourism sector. Based on the problems described above, the authors are interested in conducting research in order to classify data on foreign tourist arrivals based on the entrance of foreign tourist arrivals. This research uses data mining method and K-Means Algorithm to form 5 clusters. The 5 clusters are divided into groups of tourist entrances which are categorized as very high (C1), high (C2), moderate (C3), low (C4) and very low (C5). In forming the 5 clusters, the researchers used Ms. Excel and Rapidminer 10.1 to process data. The results of this study obtained that the tourist entrance group was categorized as very high (C1) with 1 data, high (C2) with 1 data, moderate (C3) with 1 data, low (C4) with 1 data and very low (C5). ) that is with 21 data. This study aims to provide suggestions and future considerations to the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenparekraf) to carry out policies so that the Indonesian tourism sector can return to normal.]]>

<![CDATA[Information technology supports the achievement of business objectives in the organization. Higher education institutions is a business organization engaged in the field of education, research and devotion to the society in the Know Tridharma College. Effective IT governance ensures the alignment between IT and the business objectives. The study seeks to examin empirically IT governance mechanisms affecting the overall effectiveness of IT governance. In addition, this study examines effective IT governance relationships and IT performance in higher education organizations. The sampling techniques in this study are multi-stage purposeful random sampling. In order, the researchers will incorporate the surveys online. Analyzed by Quantitative Data and method of a Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) equation using Smart PLS 3.0. The results obtained from this research show significant positive relationships between effectiveness IT governance and the following mechanisms: IT steering Committee, senior management involvement in IT, and organizational communication systems and relationships between the effectiveness of ITG with IT innovation and IT performance. And insignificant negative relationship between organizational Performance management system and effectiness IT Governance also IT Innovation and IT Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The Bekasi district Government already has an integrated service application, namely Bebunge or Bekasi Nyambung Bae. This application is the beginning of a part of the Bekasi district plan to prepare Bekasi for a Smart City. Through the Bebunge application, Bekasi residents can get information for population needs. However, to what extent is the satisfaction of Bekasi society with the Bebunge application so that the Bekasi government can get an evaluation of application usage by looking at the level of user satisfaction. This study analyzes the level of user satisfaction of the Bebunge application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The questionnaire analysis method uses inferential statistical analysis with Smart PLS media. Based on the guidelines for the level of satisfaction, the results of the study show that if the satisfaction level of Bekasi society is at an average value of 3.45, which is at level 4, it means that Bekasi society generally uses the Bebunge application with moderate intensity and find the Bebunge practical application. The recommendation for the Bebunge application is that additional features are needed to access job vacancies, information on the latest status updates for COVID-19 in Bekasi, and an Update on the status of the COVID-19 zone in Bekasi. The contribution of this study is to improve the functionality of the Bebunge application for Bekasi society. However, IT's proper use can provide opportunities for increased productivity and effective and efficient company processes. The quality of the service supplied is related to managing the problems faced and handling its day-to-day service operations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the IT service management (ITSM) of the National Electricity Company (NEC) in Purwokerto with media analysis using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 framework. The method used is a quantitative method with observation, distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis as a follow-up. Maturity level analysis becomes the target of assessment to become a reference for providing recommendations for the performance of ITSM. <![CDATA[The development of communication and information technology impacts the activities and ways of thinking carried out by organizations and governments. The Purbalingga National Land Agency (NLA) is an institution that uses information technology to issue proof of land rights in the agrarian/land and spatial planning sector. This study analyzes IT service management maturity level (ITSM) at NLA Purbalingga using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V.3 in the operation of domain services. Descriptive analysis method of questionnaires distributed to the community in NLA Purbalingga. The IT maturity level determination at NLA Purbalingga can be done based on the service operation domain factor. The IT maturity level used has five levels for this study. The results of the analysis show that the ITSM maturity level is at level four. Level four means that IT service management at NLA Purbalingga is appropriately handled by paying attention to the factors that are fulfilled according to procedures and taking process actions against systems that are not running effectively. This study aims to provide NLA Purbalingga to improve website maintenance by carrying out comprehensive system integration to enhance work effectiveness and quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Use of Information Technology Governance (ITG). In increasing the speed and accuracy of IT services in the company, as well as increasing the occurrence of risk. With the company's level of dependence on IT services to carry out company operations, a maturity level is needed for the possibilities that occur, aiming to prevent and reduce risks to company assets. This research is based on risk management analysis on the E-klim website which is a system asset at PT TASPEN, so it uses the Control Objective for Information and Relate Technology (COBIT) framework version 4.1. This study applies a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to obtain good validity and reliability test results. The results of this study indicate the maturity level at level 3, which means define process. The implementation process in the company has been organized and organized in its operational system. However, it is necessary to improve participant administration data and update the system for employees.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of information technology in increasing the use of e-Raport is to make it easier for schools to input student data. The e-Raport application is very important because it is a system to make it easier for teachers, staff, students, parents, and the Ministry of Education and Culture to find out the results of student learning analysis at SMK N 1 Balige as a means of communication between schools, students and parents of students. The problem with e-Report at SMK N 1 Balige is that there is an error when using the application to input data. The purpose of this study was to analyze risk management in the e-Raport application at SMK N 1 Balige. This research method uses quantitative methods. In measuring IT risk management, the author uses the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 domain Plan and Organize (PO) framework, especially PO9 (Assessment and Manage IT risk). The result of this research is the value of the maturity level of the risk management application of e-Raport at SMK N 1 Balige is 2.6088. The maturity level of the e-Report of SMK N 1 Balige is Defined. Recommendations from this study are the need for a special person to control the e-Raport application at SMK N 1 Balige and training in the use of the e-Raport application.]]>
