Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and cyberloafing behavior on the performance of employees. This study uses primary data from the results of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Inbio Tani Nusantara. Sampling used the saturated sampling method (census), where all population members were used as samples of 139. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 as an analytical tool. The results showed that work stress had a significant positive effect on employee performance, and cyberloafing behavior significantly negatively affected employee performance. The limitation of this research is that the object of research is only limited to one company, namely employees of PT. Inbio Tani Nusantara and the sample used is relatively small. This study's results are related to work stress and cyberloafing behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and competence on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, either directly or through mediation of readiness to change. By using purposive sampling method, 76 respondents were selected from 93 employees of CV Anggraini Sejati Cemerlang. The results of the analysis using SEM PLS show that (1) Transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) Competence has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) Readiness to change does not mediate the influence of both transformational leadership and competence on employee performance. Based on the results of this research, it is expected that leaders will continue to adopt and improve the transformational leadership style and continue to provide encouragement so that employees can excel, provide training, provide opportunities for employees to solve problems in their own way and appreciate employee contributions. management needs to improve the competence of their employees by continuing to provide job training, so that they understand more about their work and employees can have bright ideas to advance the company.

Abstract

Murābahah is one of the financing products at BMT Khasanah Tawang, Weru Sragen that is most in demand by customers or the public. Basically there are no ribawi provisions from the profits of murabahah transactions. The concept of murabaha contract transactions is more transparent, because murabaha schemes in financial institutions are required to notify customers about price objects or products and agree on the benefits received by the institution. So transactions must be carried out in a trustworthy and honest manner. In Murabahah there are conditions that must be met by financial institutions in Indonesia. According to DSN MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, the first provision of article no 5 that banks buy goods needed by customers on behalf of their own banks, and these purchases must be lawful and free of usury, in other words the bank must first purchase goods or assets ordered by customers legally and free from usury. And in the DSN-MUI fatwa number 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000, it has been explained in the first decree no. 2 that customers who are unable or unable to pay due to force majeure may not be subject to sanctions. Problems at BMT Khasanah Weru are customers who use capital financing for personal needs. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by means of interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the research on the application of Murābahahat BMT Khasanah Tawang, Weru the application of Murabahah financing products is in accordance with DSN MUI fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 and DSN-MUI fatwa number 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000. BMT Khasanah Tawang addresses the problems of customers who use capital financing to buy personal needs with several evaluations.

Abstract

This study aims to hide the factors that influence brand loyalty in coffee shops in Batam City by mediating brand image. The independent variables used in this study include trust, brand recommendations, perceived quality, lifestyle, and service quality. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative research methodology. Researchers used survey techniques through questionnaires to collect data. In this study, purposive sampling was applied, a sampling technique in which taking samples took into account certain criteria. The samples collected were 360 respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of SmartPLS 3 software.The results of this study found that trust, brand support, lifestyle, and service quality had a significant and positive effect on brand image, while perceived quality had no significant and positive effect on brand image. Meanwhile, brand image has a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty. The role of mediating brand image does not fully work as an intermediary. This is shown by the mediation of brand image does not have a significant and positive effect on the relationship of trust, brand recognition, perceived quality, and lifestyle with brand loyalty, while the relationship of service quality has a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty through brand image.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work discipline, compensation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction with motivation as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all employees at the Bantul Regency Population and Civil Registration Office with ASN status, using a saturated or census sampling technique, namely determining the total sample of all members of the population, which could be as many as 40 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, which was distributed to employees of the Bantul Regency Population and Civil Registration Office with ASN status. Hypothesis testing uses the Paired Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with Smart PLS Version 3.2.9 software. The findings revealed that work discipline and organizational culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction, but compensation had no effect. In addition, motivation could not moderate the relationship between work discipline, compensation, and organizational culture and job satisfaction among Population and Registration Office employees in Bantul Regency. For further research, it is hoped that it can expand its research by considering other variables outside of this study that affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how to increase the production of MSME owners in Ponorogo, which is an effort to empower the people's economy. Researchers use qualitative methods. Where this research uses context to explain phenomena, its analysis requires the use of critical thinking. Data sources are obtained from observations, interviews, literature and appropriate journals to guarantee the accuracy of research results. The results of this research are in increasing the production of food & beverage MSME owners in Ponorogo, most of whom are Muslims, who have been able to implement production processes that are in accordance with Islamic economics. MSME owners have indirectly fulfilled two goals in the production process, namely individual self-sufficiency and also the surrounding community. Empowerment of food & beverage MSMEs in Ponorogo is seen from three dimensions, namely the initial stage which is carried out by building a favorable environment where potential communities can develop with new innovations that are created by business owners. Furthermore, in terms of strengthening empowered communities, chicken & duck food & beverage business owners are still self-taught. Meanwhile, in terms of financial support, it is very helpful for the community to be empowered and can be relied on by the community if at any time they need emergency funds. By assessing these three dimensions, empowering the people from increasing the production of duck & chicken food & beverage MSMEs in Ponorogo is very beneficial and able to make individuals and the surrounding community develop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work discipline, and work culture on PT Aerofood Indonesia unit Jakarta employees' work performance. This study uses quantitative research with data collection methods using interview techniques, questionnaires, and literature studies that take samples from the total population. The researchers used SPSS ver 25.0 For Windows for this statistical analysis. The data processing was carried out with the SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) ver 25.0 programs with a population of 73 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled. Adjust R Square with multiple determination is 61.4% and the remaining 38.6% is the contribution of other factors. For multiple linear regression values, = 2.271 + 0.328X1 + 0.349X2 + 0.250X3 and the F test with a calculated of 39.180 and Ftable 2.50 means F arithmetic > Ftable then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. This shows that Communication, Work Discipline, and Work Culture significantly affect Work Performance.

Abstract

Every organization strives to achieve optimal results in its work in order to attain pre-determined goals. In this regard, organizations require human resources with both quality and good performance. However, many employees work betond effective working hours, leading them to seek meaning in their work. This study aims to evaluate the influence of workplace spirituality and religiosity in an Islamic perspective on the performance of employees at Badan Amil Zakat Nasional or National Zakat Collection Agency (BAZNAS) of West Java Province. A total of 55 employee respondents were used in the study. Data Analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM through the SmartPLS application. The result of the study indicated that both workplace spirituality and religiosity in an Islamic perspective have a significant positive impact on the performance of employees both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of Non-Performing Financing on Mudharabah Financing and Musyarakah Financing on Profitability moderated by Good Corporate Governance in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses a population of all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method. The data acquisition technique in this study uses secondary data, namely in the form of an annual report for Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that Non-Performing Financing of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing simultaneously (Test F) has an effect on profitability and this study provides evidence that Non-Performing Financing of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing has a negative and significant effect on Profitability in Islamic Commercial Banks. As well as Good Corporate Governance (GCG) can moderate Non-Performing Financing mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on profitability.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how student personal financial management is influenced by spiritual intelligence and financial literacy. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the sample for this investigation. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Commerce Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto, Jenderal Soedirman University, and Saiffudin Zuhri State Islamic University Purwokerto became the population of this study. 110 participants sampled for this investigation. Multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, model fit test, and descriptive statistical analysis were used to evaluate the data. The findings from the results are that financial literacy and spiritual intelligence have a beneficial impact on personal financial management.
