JURNAL MAHASISWA SISTEM INFORMASI GALUH (JMSIG) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Teknik, Prodi S1 Sistem Informasi, Universitas Galuh dengan frekuensi terbit dua kali dalam setahun. JURNAL MAHASISWA SISTEM INFORMASI GALUH adalah jurnal peer-review di bidang Informasi dan Teknologi bagi mahasiswa Sistem Informasi seperti RPL, Jaringan, IoT, dan lain-lain. Kemudian JMSIG bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan hasil penelitian dan meningkatkan produktivitas publikasi ilmiah. Jurnal ini terbit 2 kali dalam setahun. Periode 1 terbit per bulan Mei dan periode 2 terbit per bulan Oktober. Batas maksimal penerimaan jurnal periode 1 yaitu pada bulan Maret dan periode 2 yaitu bulan September.

Abstract

In the digital era, information technology is crucial for daily activities, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. This transformation is evident in the business sector, where digitalization boosts data accuracy, reduces human error, and improves productivity and quality. For busy societies, laundry services like Lc Jaya Clean provide practical solutions for washing and caring for clothes. Utilizing a web-based laundry application system and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, Lc Jaya Clean enhances data management, customer interaction, and service flexibility. The study employs the RAD method, comprising requirements planning, system design, and implementation stages, facilitating quick prototyping, iterative testing, and user feedback. The successful development of the web- based laundry application used the Laravel framework and PHP, with Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Figma, StarUML, and Draw.io for coding and design. The RAD process and user feedback produced a user-friendly, tailored application, improving data management and business processes for Lc Jaya Clean.

Abstract

This research aims to make it easier for customers to order tickets at Tirta Sumber Jaya and for admins to manage ticket ordering data and staff who check e-ticket QR. Previously, Tirta Sumber Jaya still used manual methods for ticket sales services. This makes services ineffective and inefficient, such as recording ticket sales and customer queues taking a long time. In solving this problem the author used the Agile Method in designing the online ticket booking application. The results of research conducted at Tirta Sumber Jaya, the developed application, can make it easier for admins to process ticket orders at Tirta Sumber Jaya and make transactions easier, faster, and more efficient

Abstract

This research is entitled "Web-Based Learning Media Application for Cijulang 1 State Middle School (SMP) Using Case Study Prototype Methodology" and aims to improve the teaching and learning process in SMP through web-based learning media. using the prototype method as a software development method, which allows for continuous functional changes. The process begins with assessing student needs at SMP Negeri 1 Cijulang, followed by creating and evaluating an application prototype until it is ready for use. In short, this app focuses on learning specific subjects.

Abstract

The development of the Simekar website (Cooperation Evaluation Monitoring System) aims to increase efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration between organizations. Agile methods are used in this development to allow for rapid adaptation to changing user and environmental needs. The study combines a flexible approach to software development with a focus on collaborative performance evaluation. Through the use of Agile, the iterative development process allows stakeholders to be actively involved in the entire development cycle, thus ensuring a solution that fits their needs. In the tests conducted, the Simekar website showed a significant improvement in the efficiency of tracking and evaluating organizational cooperation, as well as facilitating better communication between stakeholders. The results indicate that the use of Agile methods in Simekar website development can positively affect the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational collaboration, by providing a more responsive and adaptive platform to the dynamics of cross-organizational cooperation.

Abstract

Seeing the increase in demand from the general public for the use or processing of wood, UD. Amanjaya 03 exists as a timber company engaged in the trading business. UD. Amanjaya focuses on selling raw goods, namely selling wood in the form of logs and logs and only carrying out the process of buying and selling wood, cutting and marketing. However, employee payroll and attendance processes still use manual processes. It is hoped that this research can become evaluation material for entrepreneurs in carrying out their business activities. On this basis, the researcher proposed the research title, "Information System Architecture Planning Using the EAP Method at UD. Amanjaya 03 Dayeuhluhur”. The methodology used in this research is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). a) Layer 1 – Initialization of planning This stage explains how to start the EAP, including the methodology used, who should be involved, and what equipment to use. This will result in a better work plan. b) Layer 2 – Overview of the current state of the enterprise. This stage explains how to collect basic information and knowledge about the business to run the business, as well as identifying current application systems and technology platforms. c) Layer 3 – Review of future enterprise plans. At this stage, 3 things will be done, namely: 1) Data architecture, namely defining the type of data needed for business needs. 2) Application architecture, which defines the type of application needed to manage data and support business functions. 3) Technology architecture, which defines the technology platform needed for applications that manage data and support business functions. For implementation, an implementation schedule is made based on the sequence of application implementation that has been created and a blueprint recommendation is included. There must be a strong commitment from management in developing the system and all users involved must work according to the SOP. If there are changes to business processes, they must have permission from management.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, digital technology has become a primary need in various activities and jobs, including in the corporate sector. Information systems are believed to be able to contribute to building competitive advantage through cost efficiency, improving quality and better service to consumers. This encourages companies to adopt digital technology, which is very helpful in effective decision making, both in small and large companies. The wood industry, as an important sector in the global economy, requires effective inventory and sales management. UD AMAN JAYA 3, a company operating in the wood trading sector, still uses a manual system in its inventory, purchasing and sales processes, which causes ineffectiveness in reporting and decision making. Therefore, to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness, it is proposed to develop a website-based timber sales information system. This system is expected to be able to store, process and present data in real-time, thereby supporting fast and precise decision making by marketing managers.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to achieve the results of a web-based geographical information system on tourist destinations mapping in Sadananya subdistrict. The information about tourist places based on the data from the manager of Sadananya sub-district. This geographical information system mapping tourist destinations is aimed at facilitating tourists access information about tourist spots in Sadananya subdistrict, and therefore it is hoped that it can raise touristic potentials within this area. The process of building a web-based Geographical Information System (GIS) used the Agile method with two stages in it, namely Requirements and Design. In using Agile Method, flexibility in system development enables adaptations to users’ and environmental changes. System test results indicated that the SIG developed can provide accurate and relevant information about tourism in Sadananya subdistrict municipalities. Through this digital map, places of interest will be easy for users to find and they can also get the best navigations going to these places.

Abstract

This research aims to create a savings and loan application that can improve operational efficiency and service quality at KSPPS DTU Syariah. By using the EAP framework, the application is expected to speed up the administration process and simplify transactions, especially in savings and loan services. This application automates various processes such as loan applications, loan management, deposit management, and deposit applications, thereby reducing the time and effort required. Apart from that, this application is designed to improve communication between KSPPS DTU Syariah and its members through features that make it easier to access information and services. The research results show that developing savings and loan applications with the EAP framework can bring significant improvements in operational efficiency and cooperative service quality. Additional suggestions for this research are to carry out regular evaluations of the applications that have been implemented to ensure that the applications remain relevant to member needs and support continuous improvement in operational processes and cooperative services.

Abstract

Research in this program was carried out to help business UMKM owners in solving problems, entering and exiting products for sale, recording inventory of products ready to be sold and the amount of profit obtained from sales. So far, owner registration is still very simple, some people even don't record it at all. The aim of taking this topic is to help make it easier for owners as business UMKM actors to control the sales of their products and to help them more easily know the size of the profits obtained from their sales. Using this sales cashier application can make it easier to check the amount of inventory, find out the number of products sold, and the profits obtained from sales.

Abstract

This study uses the Kansei Engineering method to design the website interface design. It uses the Kansei Engineering Type 1 methodology to generate ideas for website interface design. The Kansei word list used is 10 words related to website interface design. A total of five specimens are used for website interface design. This study involved 50 participants, consisting of 48 high school students in Grade X and 2 teachers in computer science, who produced a new design product in the form of the "Innovative" emotion concept.
