Abstract

In today's digital era, technology has become a primary need in various activities and jobs. The use of the right application can produce the information needed effectively and efficiently, in this ever-evolving era, MSMEs must be able to adapt quickly to technological changes and changing consumer needs. In facing this challenge, efficient stock management is essential for the survival of MSMEs. Well-managed stock is not just a collection of goods stored in a warehouse, but a strategic element in the MSME supply chain. With the existence of a Web-based application, it is hoped that MSMEs in stock management can be better able to avoid excess and lack of stock. MSMEs are also able to respond quickly to changes in demand and internal needs. The design of this application will be made with the PHP, HTML programming languages, and using mySql as its database. The method used in making this application uses the prototyping method. The results of this study are in the form of a web system design that can help MSME owners in managing the Warehouse. The Prototype method is an approach to software development that focuses on creating fast and gradual designs, allowing immediate evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of prototypes made by prospective users or clients. Developers and clients can engage in continuous interaction during the prototyping process.

Abstract

In the digital era, information technology is crucial for daily activities, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. This transformation is evident in the business sector, where digitalization boosts data accuracy, reduces human error, and improves productivity and quality. For busy societies, laundry services like Lc Jaya Clean provide practical solutions for washing and caring for clothes. Utilizing a web-based laundry application system and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, Lc Jaya Clean enhances data management, customer interaction, and service flexibility. The study employs the RAD method, comprising requirements planning, system design, and implementation stages, facilitating quick prototyping, iterative testing, and user feedback. The successful development of the web- based laundry application used the Laravel framework and PHP, with Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Figma, StarUML, and Draw.io for coding and design. The RAD process and user feedback produced a user-friendly, tailored application, improving data management and business processes for Lc Jaya Clean.

Abstract

The development of the Simekar website (Cooperation Evaluation Monitoring System) aims to increase efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration between organizations. Agile methods are used in this development to allow for rapid adaptation to changing user and environmental needs. The study combines a flexible approach to software development with a focus on collaborative performance evaluation. Through the use of Agile, the iterative development process allows stakeholders to be actively involved in the entire development cycle, thus ensuring a solution that fits their needs. In the tests conducted, the Simekar website showed a significant improvement in the efficiency of tracking and evaluating organizational cooperation, as well as facilitating better communication between stakeholders. The results indicate that the use of Agile methods in Simekar website development can positively affect the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational collaboration, by providing a more responsive and adaptive platform to the dynamics of cross-organizational cooperation.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to achieve the results of a web-based geographical information system on tourist destinations mapping in Sadananya subdistrict. The information about tourist places based on the data from the manager of Sadananya sub-district. This geographical information system mapping tourist destinations is aimed at facilitating tourists access information about tourist spots in Sadananya subdistrict, and therefore it is hoped that it can raise touristic potentials within this area. The process of building a web-based Geographical Information System (GIS) used the Agile method with two stages in it, namely Requirements and Design. In using Agile Method, flexibility in system development enables adaptations to users’ and environmental changes. System test results indicated that the SIG developed can provide accurate and relevant information about tourism in Sadananya subdistrict municipalities. Through this digital map, places of interest will be easy for users to find and they can also get the best navigations going to these places.

Abstract

This research aims to create a savings and loan application that can improve operational efficiency and service quality at KSPPS DTU Syariah. By using the EAP framework, the application is expected to speed up the administration process and simplify transactions, especially in savings and loan services. This application automates various processes such as loan applications, loan management, deposit management, and deposit applications, thereby reducing the time and effort required. Apart from that, this application is designed to improve communication between KSPPS DTU Syariah and its members through features that make it easier to access information and services. The research results show that developing savings and loan applications with the EAP framework can bring significant improvements in operational efficiency and cooperative service quality. Additional suggestions for this research are to carry out regular evaluations of the applications that have been implemented to ensure that the applications remain relevant to member needs and support continuous improvement in operational processes and cooperative services.

Abstract

Poorly managed inventory can lead to financial losses for companies. An intuitive and efficient interface design is crucial for enhancing user experience in stock management applications. This research aims to design a responsive and user-friendly interface for a web-based inventory management application at Alwiya Store. The method used in this study is the prototype method, which involves stages of requirements gathering, initial design creation, prototype evaluation, and final interface design. The results show that the designed interface meets user needs with easily accessible features and clear navigation. The implementation of this interface design is expected to improve efficiency and user satisfaction in managing inventory at Alwiya Store.

Abstract

MA Argayasa Jalatrang is an educational institution that focuses on developing students' morals and personalities. Every year, around 30 prospective students register, and the registration process, which is still carried out conventionally, takes about a week. This process involves taking forms at the counter and recording data manually, which often causes data redundancy and delays in reporting. To overcome this problem, a computerized system is needed so that registration can be done more easily, quickly, and efficiently. The agile method is used in the development of a web- based new student registration information system application. The results of the study show that this application helps staff in creating reports faster and reduces data redundancy, so that the management of applicant data becomes faster, more accurate, and more efficient.

Abstract

The development of website technology has provided a lot of convenience for developers to create products that suit the user's wishes. The purpose of this research is to produce an interface (UI) design design using the Kansei Engineering method and produce a website design that is in accordance with the needs and desires of users. This study uses the Kansei Engineering method with Kansei Engineering Type – I as a model in the research process. The statistical analysis used was Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and Factor Analysis (FA). Then the results of the analysis are translated into the arrangement of design elements using Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

Digitalization is crucial for all sectors, including notary offices. This study evaluates the implementation of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) to design an efficient information system at the Notary Office of Ani Yaniatin Pitaloka, S.H. in Pangandaran Regency. The aim is to create a comprehensive information system architecture design that aligns with business strategies and implementation steps. Using the four EAP stages Initiation, Current State Understanding, Future Planning, and Achievement Strategy the study improves manual processes with an integrated system based on a star topology. The resulting blueprint provides an implementation guide for notarial service applications and document archiving.

Abstract

Increasing public awareness of pet welfare drives the growth of the animal health service industry, including the Rumah Cemong Animal Clinic in Ciamis. However, clinics often face challenges such as long queues, long waiting times, limited information, and ineffective manual reservation systems. This study aims to create a web-based animal clinic reservation application to overcome these problems. The research methods include literature studies, interviews, observations, and application creation using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, with system modeling using UML diagrams, the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, and the MySQL database. System testing is carried out using blackbox testing. The output of this study is a reservation application that improves operational efficiency and pet welfare in animal clinics.
