Abstract

Study of Islamic family law inIndonesia and many Moslemcountries is very interesting andurgent because Islamic family lawdenotes a field of Islamic lawhas an important position. This isbecause of its contribution tobuild society regularly andhappily. Thus, many Moslemcountries including Indonesia havepay attention more to Islamic lawlegislation as positive law forinstance the Act o. 1 year 1974regarding the marriage law, theAct Nomor : 41 year 2004concerning the waqf, the Act Nomor: 7 year 1979 that has beenchanged by The Act Nomor 3 Year2006 about Religious Court. Abstract

The changes in Islamic Law depends on thefrequency of ijtihad by the mujtahid. Ijtihadactivities throughout history has been delivering inpro and contra related with ijtihad chance. Theperiod of the Prophet and the Companion, calledbe the initial phase of jurisprudence. In tabi'inperiods, during the next two or three generations,commonly called phase formation and opening offiqh. In this phase, the fiqh reached the height ofglory and gold. The next phase, considered as aphase of decline of ijtihad and closing of the doorsof ijtihad’s view. The closure of the door of ijtihadis presumably need to be reconsidered, as opposedto the reality that the needs and purposes ofcompleting a case continue to evolve with thetimes, while not all of the problems containedexplicitly and in detail in the Qur'an or Hadith.Keywords: Ijtihad, a mujtahid, closing the door of ijtihad

Abstract

Abstract

Al-Shawkani is a local schoolar with global perspective. This is evidenced by the strong tradition surrounding Zaydiyyah intellectual life and his education in around Yemen only. But his thinking has broken boundaries. His famous work in usul al-fiqh is Irshad Fuhūl Ila al-Haq Tahqīq Min 'Ilm al-Usul. This book is one of the book Usul al-Fiqh that can be used as a reference in the study of comparative Usul al-Fiqh. In this book not only explained about the rules of Usul al-Fiqh in the school, but also reveal the rules and understanding with regard to the method istinbāţ and istidlāl of many schools. Abstract

Assessing and find a legal shari‟ah on contemporary issues (including economic activity) it is absolutely needed us}u>l fiqh. Supposing, fiqh is a production process to produce a product with the jurisprudence through operational standards qawa>‟id fiqhiyyah & us}u>l fiqh. Not qawa>‟id fiqhiyyah can accommodate the interests in the activities mu‟a>malah instead. Only a few of qawa>‟id was associated with the transaction qa‟i>dah instead. Abstract

Halāl means things that should and can be done because it is free or not bound by the provisions of the ban. Or anything that is free from worldly dangers and hereafter. Halāl food is said to be at least must meet three criteria, namely the substance halal, the manner of obtaining and the manner of processing. Țayyib food means 'healthy food, proportionate and safe'. Healthy means having sufficient and balanced nutrition. Proportional means in accordance with the needs of eaters, not excessive and not reduced. While safe means not cause disease, in other words, according to human safety and ukhrawi. This study includes qualitative research. Therefore, the data collected through the reading and study of the text (text reading) as well as interviews with people who are competent in the field of the problems that the authors studied, and then the results were analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques. The results of this study concluded that food halālan ţayyiban is all halal food for consumption, good for the soul and not harm the human body and mind, it contains substances that are needed by the human body and consumed in doses sufficient and balanced. Abstract

This study aims to link among religion and economics in the establishment a work ethic. Original thesis concerning relation among religion and work ethic made by Max Weber in his study entitled Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism In Weberian perspective, as a basis for the theory to be developed in the Islamic economy. The method used in this research is to study literature. Abstract

Muhammad Yunus, known as His bank Grameen program is an economist who holds a Ph.D. Yunus was a man who rebelled against the economic theories has. Poverty alleviation programs Yunus is the Grameen Bank, which is lending to the poor while minimizing the risk that these resources will be wasted. Grameen Bank is not based on compassion or generosity, because this way can not help them out of poverty. Even generosity will destroy them, because they will always depend on the mercy of others. Grameen Bank in lending actually based on a commercial relationship with the provision of motivation to work hard and honestly. At Grameen Bank, Yunus only provide micro-credit to the people who want to try, it means capital provided is used for working capital. Yunus believes there are no poor people who want to live in constant poverty they also want to live a decent, it's just that they need capital to prove his worth. Abstract

Since the death of Gus Dur and was buried in the family graveyard of Pesantren Tebuireng the many pilgrims who come to Tebuireng. It is quite an impact on the community and surrounding Tebuireng. Many traders and various efforts popping up to fulfill the needs and facilities of the pilgrims. In the future, the government plans to conjure tomb Wahid became "religious tourism park". Therefore, as a means of supporting the terminal will be built and stand for traders. The number of pilgrims who come to have an influence on economic empowerment Tebuireng and surrounding communities. Until now a pilgrimage to the tomb of activities Wahid no reflux, thus stretching the local economy and surrounding Tebuireng increasingly able to enjoy the benefits. So inevitably, a list of the names of the traders every day growing acreage alley meet Gus Dur.
