Journal Sport Academy: an open national scientific journal that collects dissemination of research’s results from teachers, lecturers, trainers, and students. The JSA Journal is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Physical Education Study Program, IKIP PGRI Pontianak Masters Program in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Physical Education Study Program, and the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI). The purpose of the JSA journal is to facilitate the publication of scientific research results in Indonesia and to participate in improving the quality and quantity of research from researchers, teachers, lecturers, trainers and students. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the ideal standard of technology-supporting facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive selection method with a survey form. The techniques used to collect data in this study are direct observation, direct communication, and documentary study, while the tools used to collect data are observation sheets, interview sheets, and documentation. The population in this study uses saturated sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses frequency distribution. The results of the study concluded that the technology-supporting facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency have not met the ideal standard criteria based on the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 24 of 2007. The availability of facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency in 2024 provides an average of 53% of the ideal standard. The ownership of facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District belongs to the schools. The feasibility of facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency is categorized as Inadequate.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecepatan dan kelincahan terhadap hasil menggiring dalam permainan futsal. Ada dua variabel yang terdiri dari dua variabel bebas yaitu kecepatan dan kelincahan, variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan dribbling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa putra yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 11 Pontianak, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan total sampling, berjumlah 30 siswa putra. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan pengukuran, yang meliputi tes kecepatan dengan lari cepat 30 meter, kelincahan Ilinois Agility Run kemudian tes menggiring bola (Dribbling). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda dari hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa koofisien korelasi kecepatan terhadap hasil menggiring dalam permainan futsal sebesar 0,491 yang mana memiliki arti bahwa tingkat kekuatan hubungan antara variabel kecepatan terhadap kemampuan dribbling cukup, dan kelincahan terhadap hasil menggiring bola dalam permainan 0,595 yang mana memiliki bahwa tingkat kekuatan hubungan antara variabel kelincahan terhadap dribbling cukup. Besarnya hubungan antara kecepatan dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribbling yang dihitung dengan koefisien korelasi adalah 0,670, hal ini menunjukkan hubungan antara kecepatan dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribbling adalah tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and understand sports spectators' perceptions of service quality at the Proliga Volleyball event in Pontianak. The research uses a descriptive method with both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The survey method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, utilizing percentage formulas from the survey data. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The study population included men and women who had attended the Proliga event, with a sample of 170 respondents located in Pontianak. The data analysis results showed that the estimated values for all variable relationships were greater than 0.5, with a value of 1.000. The indicators with average distribution ratings are: (1) game quality with sub-indicators: Skill Performance at 86.9% and Operating Time at 91.5%; (2) augmented service quality with sub-indicators: Information at 93.5%, Entertainment at 89.5%, and Concessions at 79.5%; (3) interaction quality with sub-indicators: Committee Interaction at 83.3% and Fan Interaction at 81.8%; (4) outcome quality with sub-indicators: Sociability at 83.4% and Valence at 92.7%; (5) physical environment quality with sub-indicators: Ambience at 92.7%, Design at 93.2%, and Signage at 88.5%. The analysis and discussion results indicate that the satisfaction of spectators' perceptions regarding the quality of the Proliga event was rated as good. The model test showed that all Event Quality criteria were met and satisfactory. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that game quality, augmented service quality, interaction quality, outcome quality, and physical environment quality can be considered dimensions of service quality for the event.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 1 bengkayang. Metode penelitian ini dengan bentuk eksperimental dengan jenis One- Group pretest-posttest Design, yaitu siswa diberikan perlakuan latihan menggiring bola. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Bengkayang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan analisis uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan latihan kelincahan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai t hitung 8,1144> t tabel 2,1448. Dengan peringkatan sebesar 45,28%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning media for pencak silat based on instructional VCDs. The method used is the ADDIE model of research and development, with the following reasons: (1) it can be adapted to almost any product development context, including instructional VCDs, (2) the product can be continuously improved at each stage to produce better instructional materials, and (3) the development process is simple, systematic, and practical. Evaluation results show that the pencak silat instructional VCD received a 95% rating from subject matter experts and 80% from media experts, with categories of very good and good, respectively. A trial with students resulted in a 99% rating with a category of very good. It can be concluded that this pencak silat instructional VCD facilitates learning because it is equipped with video tutorials demonstrating the movements, making it easier and more practical for users to follow along.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of soccer dribbling learning outcomes using the reciprocal teaching method for Grade XI IIS students at Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Sekadau, Sekadau Regency. The method employed in this research was Classroom Action Research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were direct observation and measurement, while the instruments included observation guidelines and measurement tests. The subjects of this study were 36 students of Grade XI IIS at Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Sekadau in the 2020/2021 academic year. The data analysis technique applied was descriptive qualitative analysis based on the results of the research cycles. In the pre-cycle, the average score of inside-foot soccer dribbling was 62.64, outside-foot dribbling was 63.65, and instep dribbling was 63.57. In Cycle I, the average score of inside-foot dribbling increased to 72.45, outside-foot dribbling to 74.18, and instep dribbling to 71.98. In Cycle II, the average score of inside-foot dribbling increased further to 77.07, outside-foot dribbling to 77.15, and instep dribbling to 77.07.7.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors of students in participating in soccer extracurricular activities at State Junior High School 1 Seberuang, Kapuas Hulu Regency. This study employed a single variable, namely “student motivation”, using a quantitative descriptive method in the form of a survey, with a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The data collection techniques used in this study were the indirect communication technique and the documentary study technique, since the researcher employed a questionnaire as an intermediary for the respondents. The questionnaire data on student motivation were processed using statistical formulas through descriptive analysis with percentages. Based on the data analysis, the motivational level of male students in participating in soccer extracurricular activities at State Junior High School 1 Seberuang, Kapuas Hulu Regency was found to be in the moderate category, with 47% or 14 out of 30 students.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of lower passing in the game of volleyball using rubber balls for students in class XI MIPA SMAN 01 Marau. The type of research is classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles. Data collection uses student test results. And the pre-cycle test shows that student learning outcomes are still very poor, there are 8 students in the incomplete category or 53.33%, then in the completed category there are 7 students or 40% of the total 15 students. After I used the rubber ball learning media in cycle I there were 10 students or 66.66% of the student category who completed, in the category of students who did not complete as many as 5 students or 33.33%. Meanwhile, based on the results of the final test in cycle II of 15 students in class 2 students or 13.33% then in the complete category there were 11 students or 86.66%. So it can be concluded that using rubber ball as a medium has been proven to improve students' learning outcomes for passing under volleyball. This is proven by the presence of rubber ball media. Volleyball underpassing skills are seen to have a very good ranking, namely that students' scores have increased in each cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to improve underhand passing skills in volleyball through the application of the cooperative learning model, Student Team Achievement Division (STAD), for Grade X B students of SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hilir, Sintang Regency. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart model, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 32 students of Grade X B. The instruments used included an underhand passing skills test, observation sheets, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively by calculating the percentage of students’ learning mastery at each cycle. The results of the study showed that students’ underhand passing skills in volleyball improved from the pre-cycle stage of 20% at the initial condition to 43% at the end of cycle I, and further increased to 86% at the end of cycle II. The target achievement indicator in cycle II was set at 75%. Based on the students’ learning outcomes, the percentage of learning mastery reached 75%, which means the target in cycle II was achieved. It can be concluded that the implementation of the cooperative learning model, STAD, is effective in improving students’ underhand passing skills in volleyball.
