Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of management functions, job satisfaction on the performance of employees at Lamaddukkelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency, as many as 125 people using the correlation analysis method and t test. This research found that there is a positive and significant influence of management functions and job satisfaction. The greatest correlation occurs between employee performance and management function at 0.834, while employee performance and job satisfaction also have a positive correlation at 0.702, This means that the management function and job satisfaction in the organization influence employee life behavior, attitudes, actions and thinking which leads to increased performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio on share prices at PT. Jago Bank, Tbk. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, the data source used is secondary data. The analytical methods used are descriptive methods and linear multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, t test and f test. Research results of the regression equation Y= -10,479.907 + 61.477X1 + 97.523X2 + e. Simultaneously, the influence is not significant on the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio on share prices at PT. Jago Bank, tbk. The Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on the share price at PT. Jago Bank, tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Return at PT. Astra International, Tbk. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, the source of data used is secondary data. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, correlation coefficient, t test, and f test. The results of the regression equation Y = -14.765 + 0.576X1 – 0.093X2 + e. Simultaneously it does not have a significant effect on the variables Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio to Return Shares at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Return On Equity positively does not have a significant effect on Share Return at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Debt to Equity Ratio does not affect Share Return at PT. Astra International, Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Dividend Per Share and Debt To Equity Ratio on Share Prices at PT. Harum Energy, Tbk. The type of qualitative and quantitative data. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, f test, and t test. The research results of the regression equation Y = 2.102,691 + 4,338X1 – 17,674X2 coefficient of determination, R2 = 0,084 and correlation coefficient r = 0,289 simultaneously there is an insignificant influence on the Dividend Per Share and debt To Equity Ratio variables on share prices at PT. Harum Energy, Tbk. Partially, Dividend Per Share has a positive and significant influence on share prices and partially Debt To Equity Ratio has a negative and insignificant influence on share prices. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi ada tidaknya pengaruh penerapan manajemen talenta terhadap manajemen pengetahuan, kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian survei daring kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar, baik kategori medis maupun non medis yang berjumlah 743 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen talenta merupakan salah satu faktor dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan secara langsung. Peran keterlibatan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi manajemen pengetahuan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rasa bangga yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan karena dengan menerapkan manajemen talenta akan memberikan banyak kesempatan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, bakat dan kecakapan melalui mentoring dan coaching serta membuka akses informasi dan rotasi pekerjaan yang memberikan pengayaan pengetahuan.
