Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence Emotional Intelligent and Work Motivation  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)  with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating variable (Study at  employees PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta). This study used 168 employees of  PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta. The sampling technique was done by using probability sampling. In this study  a model of analysis was Regression Analysis with path analysis. Hypothesis Test Results show Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on OCB, Work Motivation has a significant on OCB, Job Satisfaction mediates Emotional Intelligence towards OCB, Job Satisfaction mediates Work Motivation towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). F test results are known the value of F = 125,764  significance of  0.000 <0.05, with the conclusion of the variables Emotional Intelligence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The total coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.798 can be interpreted as variation in OCB Employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta explained by the variables Emotional Intelligence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of 79.8% and the remaining 20.2% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in this study.Keyword: Emotional Intelligent, Work Motivation,  Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of leverage, inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the share price at PT. Astra Autopart, Tbk. companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling technique in this study using a purposive sampling. With the technique of purposive  sampling, all the members of the research samples by criteria. Samples that meet the criteria are used research data. Then followed the classic assumption test and test hypotheses by linear regression. The results of this study demonstrate the regression results in regression equation that Y = 2605,424 + 1561,550 X1 + 2,338 X2 + 38,994X3. T test results showed that the leverage anda GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is positive and significant effect on stock prices, while inflation is not positive and significant effect on stock prices. F test results showed that jointly leverage variables, inflation and GDP variables affecting the stock price significantly. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi (bukti fisik, reliability, responsivenees, assurance dan empathy) terhadap kepuasan anggota koperasi dosen dan karyawan AUB Pancasila Surakarta Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota koperasi dosen dan karyawan AUB Pancasila Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan non random sampling. Teknik pengambilan yang menyesuaikan diri dengan kriteria tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan determinasi. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi linier berganda Y  = Y = 6,264+ 0,283 X1 + 0,563 X2 + 0,714 X3 - 0,567 X4 - 0,412 X5 Bahwa nilai konstanta sebesar 6,264 regresi mempunyai konstanta yang mengidentifikasikan bahwa apabila variabel bukti fisik, reliability, responsivenees, assurance, empathy, dianggap konstan atau nol, maka kepuasan anggota koperasi dosen dan karyawan AUB Pancasila Surakarta positif. Hasil perhitungan uji t didapat hasil perhitungan variabel reliability bukti fisik, reliability dan responsivenees, berpengaruh positif signifikam terhadap kepuasan anggota koperasi dosen dan karyawan AUB Pancasila Surakarta. Sedangkan untuk variabel assurance dan empaty berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh R2 adjusted sebesar 0,469, memberikan makna bahwa 72,6% variabel kepuasan anggota dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bukti fisik, reliability, responsivenees, assurance dan empathy sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,4% dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model regresi ini misalnya kualitas produk, harga atau biaya dan sebagainya.Kata kunci : bukti fisik, reliability, responsivenees, assurance dan empathy

Abstract

A large organization, it will cause various problems faced by organizations, especially in the field of management. Leadership plays an important role in improving employee performance. Without leadership and guidance, an organization cannot be achieved according to its objectives. Bhinneka Karya Boyolali Foundation arises a problem, among them is the decreasing performance of the teacher due to lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure that support teacher performance, leadership factors also affect teacher performance, because the success of an organization depends on leadership quality that is able to motivate, direct, influence and communicate with subordinates so that the goals of the organization can be achieved optimally. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Leadership and Work Environment on Employees Through Job Satisfaction (Case Study on Teachers of Bhinneka Karya Boyolali Foundation). This study uses the instrument test analysis method which includes validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, namely direct influence, indirect influence and total influence. T test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. From the results of the questionnaire obtained Hypothesis Test Results are: Leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant effect on performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results are known to be the value of F = 101.998 sig 0.000 <0.05. So that it can be concluded together leadership, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Bhinneka Karya Boyolali Foundation Teachers. The total R2 value of 0.970 means that the variation of employee performance in the teachers of various foundation boyolali works is explained by the variables of leadership, work environment and job satisfaction by 97.0% and the remaining 3.0% are explained by other variables outside the research model. It is known that the results of the analysis of the work environment path to performance is an effective pathway to improve performance.Keywords: Leadership, work environment, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh Sunset Policy dan Tax Amnesty terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang terdaftar pada KPP Pratama Surakarta, dengan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara convenience sampling dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji t. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa semua pernyataan dinyatakan valid, uji Reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua pernyataan dinyatakan reliabel. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi secara normal, tidak terjadi multikolinieritas dan heterokesdesitas. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian regesi linier berganda membuktikan bahwa variabel sunset policy dan tax amnesty berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi khususnya dalam kewajiban perpajakan. Kata kunci :          sunset policy, tax amnesty dan kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the number of tourists on economic growth with the number of hotels and local revenue (PAD) as intermediate or intervening variables in Central Java Province. In theory, the number of tourists influences PAD through the variable number of hotels, while the number of tourists and the number of hotels influences economic growth through PAD, for this reason the path analysis method is used in this study. The data used in this study came from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), namely the number of tourists, the number of hotels, local revenue (PAD) and gross regional domestic product (GDP) on the basis of constant prices in 2010. The results showed that i) the amount tourists and the number of hotels simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on local revenue (PAD) ii) the number of tourists, the number of hotels and local revenue (PAD) simultaneously had a positive effect on economic growth. By referring to the results of these studies, as well as to increase PAD in Central Java province, efforts are needed from the local government and stakeholders to try to improve the facilities and facilities and infrastructure related to tourism activities. In this study the intervening variable in the form of the number of hotels, needs to be considered as an effort to increase local revenue (PAD) in the Central Java province.Keywords: Number of tourists, Number of hotels, Regional Original Income (PAD) and Economic Growth.

Abstract

This research is a kuantitatif research, that purpose was to determine empirically the implementation of asset management at the office of The Ministry Religious Affairs of Wonogiri Regency using the influence of leadership, organizational commitment,    and strategic management as intervening variables. This study is a survey method based research. The used primary data was done by taking as 50 (fivety) employees at The Ministry Religious Affairs of Wonogiri Regency. Data in this research wald be obtained directly from the results of questionnaires. The analitycal tool used instrument test, linearity test, path analysis and regression with t test, F test and R2 test. This study result point that leadership had positive and significant influence on strategic management, organizational commitment had positive and significant impact on strategic management,  leadership had positive and significant impact on asset management,  organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on asset management, strategic management has a significant positive effect on asset management.   The simultaneous result of the test (F test) can be concluded as leadership variables, organizational commitment, strategic management have a positive and significant impact on asset management. The result of determination test shows that R Square  total is 0,92, which means asset management variable is explained by leadership, organizational commitment, and strategic management of 92% and the rest of 8% is explained as other variable outside the research model.  The results of path analysis shows that the indirect effect of leadership on asset management through strategic management is greater than the direct influence of leadership on asset management, the direct impact of organizational commitment to asset management is greater than the indirect influence of organizational commitment through strategic management. The indirect path of leadership through strategic management is the most dominant variable of its influence on asset management is the path chosen as the most effective path in asset management.Keywords: leadership, organizational commitment, strategic management, asset   management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi prediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan farmasi di Indonesia dengan membandingkan model prediksi Altman Z-Score dengan Olhson dilihat dari aspek kinerja keuangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2016. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat analisis teknik uji beda independent sampel t-test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua model dalam memprediksi potensi kebangkrutan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua perusahaan yang diprediksi berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan kedua model prediksi Altman dan Ohlson. Kedua perusahaan tersebut adalah PT Indofarma, Tbk., (INAF) dan PT Merck Sharp Dohme Pharma, Tbk., (SCPI). Berdasarkan Model Altman, PT Indofarma, Tbk., (INAF) berpotensi bangkrut pada tahun 2013 dan 2015, dan PT Merck Sharp Dohme Pharma, Tbk., (SCPI) pada tahun 2013 dan 2014, serta pada PT Pyridam Farma Tbk., (PYFA) dalam kategori rawan bangkrut pada tahun 2013-2016. Berdasarkan Model Ohlson, PT Indofarma, Tbk., (INAF) berpotensi bangkrut pada tahun 2014 dan 2016, dan PT Merck Sharp Dohme Pharma, Tbk., (SCPI) pada tahun 2015 dan 2016.Kata Kunci: Perusahaan Farmasi, Kebangkrutan, Altman Z-Score, Ohlson

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris bahwa variabel Current Ratio,  Debt To Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio dan Total Assets Turn Over berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek  Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam LQ45 pada periode tahun 2014-2016. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel Current Ratio dan variabel Total Assets Turn Over tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Sedangkan untuk variabel Debt To Equity Ratio dan variabel Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil uji determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel Current Ratio,  Debt To Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio dan variabel Total Assets Turn Over mampu menjelaskan variabel return saham sebesar 47,9% saja. Dengan kata lain 47,9 % return saham mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel Current Ratio,  Debt To Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio dan Total Assets Turn Over, sedangkan 52,1% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diikutkan dalam penelitian.Kata kunci: Current Ratio,  Debt To Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, return saham

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan perkembangan kegiatan dalam perekonomian yang menyebabkan barang dan jasa yang diproduksi dalam masyarakat bertambah dan mengakibatkan terjadinya peningkatan kemakmuran masyarakat. Tingkat bunga menentukan investasi yang akan memberi keuntungan kepada para pengusaha. Semakin rendah tingkat bunga semakin banyak investasi yang dilakukan para pengusaha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas yaitu penelitian yang ingin mencari penjelasan dalam bentuk hubungan sebab akibat (cause-effect) antar beberapa konsep atau beberapa variable independent yakni meliputi Suku Bunga Pembiayaan Usaha Mikro Dan UKM dan Produktivitas Usaha dan Tenaga Kerja, serta variable dependent yaitu Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Regresi Data Panel menggunakan Software Eviews. Tujuan penggunaan sofware Evies adalah membantu peneliti untuk tujuan prediksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Suku Bunga Pembiayaan Usaha Mikro Dan UKM  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap Tingkat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 0,027612 (< 0,05) sedangkan Produktivitas Usaha dan Tenaga Kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 0,011741 (< 0,05).Kata kunci : Suku Bunga, Produktivitas Usaha, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi
