Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are diseases that are transmitted through sexual intercourse, either through the vagina, mouth, or anus, sexually transmitted diseases are still a public health problem throughout the world, both in developed and developing countries, One factor that can influence the occurrence of sexually transmitted diseases is knowledge. One effort that can be made to increase knowledge about handling sexually transmitted diseases isby providing health education, The purpose of this study is the Effect of Education on the Level of Knowledge of Adolescents About Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Class XI of SMA Negeri 21 Medan. This type of research is quantitative which is a pre-experimental study with a one group pre-posttest design using a total sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 300 female students, but when the study was conducted, 237 respondents were present, so the sample in this study was 237 respondents with a p-value of 0.001 (α0.05) which indicates that there is a significant influence of education using the lecture method on the level of knowledge of adolescents about sexually transmitted diseases. It can be concluded that there is an influence of education on the level of knowledge of adolescents about sexually transmitted diseases. It is recommended to conduct further research by adding different variables such as the relationship between knowledge and attitudes and behaviors in preventing sexually transmitted diseases.

Adolescents experiencing Body Shaming cause changes in Self-Esteem that stimulateadaptive and maladaptive coping mechanisms. The purpose of this study was to determinethe relationship between body shaming and self-esteem with coping mechanisms in middleadolescence in grades X and XI at Senior High School “X” in Bandung. Quantitativeresearch method with cross-sectional survey. The sampling technique used purposivesampling with 171 respondents, the instrument used the G-Form Body Shaming,Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and Ways of Coping questionnaire. Bivariate tests using ChiSquare and multivariate tests using Manova were used to analyze the data in this study.The results of this study using the chi square test showed that there was a relationshipbetween body shaming and coping mechanisms in middle adolescence in grades X and XIat Senior High School “X” in Bandung with a value of p = 0.001 (α <0.05), and there was arelationship between self-esteem and coping mechanisms in middle adolescence in gradesX and XI at Senior High School “X” in Bandung with a value of p = 0.001 (α <0.05). Manovatest shows a relationship between Body Shaming and Self-esteem with coping mechanismsin middle adolescence in grades X and XI at Senior High School “X” in Bandung with a valueof p = 0.000 (α <0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship betweenbody shaming and self-esteem with coping mechanisms in middle adolescence in gradesX and XI at Senior High School “X” in Bandung, schools are expected to provide a deeperunderstanding of the impact of body shaming and self-esteem and make efforts to preventcoping mechanisms, and handling cases of body shaming among middle adolescence atSenior High School “X” in Bandung. It is expected that further researchers will add researchvariables such as social support, academics, and family background to understand thefactors related to Body Shaming and Self Esteem.

Elderly people are an advanced stage of a life process which is characterized by a person'sphysical decline, which can result in a decline in social roles. This also causes disruption inmeeting their daily needs, which can increase dependency and require help from otherpeople. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between cognitivefunction and family support with the independence of elderly people in activities of dailyliving (adl) in Hauagong Village. The research Method is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique in this research was Total Sampling,however when the research was carried out there were 50 respondents present, so thesample in this research was 50 respondents. Data analysis used the Pearson correlationtest. The results of this study using the Pearson correlation test show that there is arelationship between cognitive function and the independence of the elderly in activities ofdaily living with a p-value = 0.000 α < 0.05, and there is a significant relationship betweenfamily support and the independence of the elderly in activities of daily living with p-value =0.017 α < 0.05. It is concluded that there is a relationship between cognitive function andfamily support and elderly independence in daily activities. It is recommended to carry outfurther research with a larger sample and add variables of anxiety level, sleep quality andrheumatoid arthritis pain, because this also affects the level of independence in the elderly.

Dysmenorrhea causes limitations in women in carrying out daily activities, school absences,and social withdrawal, therefore appropriate treatment is needed, carried out to reduce theincidence of dysmenorrhea. Factors that can influence efforts to treat dysmenorrhea areknowledge. In this study, health education will be provided using leaflets. This study aimsto determine the effect of health education using leaflets on reducing dysmenorrhea. Thistype of research is quantitative which is a pre-experimental study with a one group pre-posttest design using a total sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was71 people. Students' knowledge of treating dysmenorrhea was measured using aquestionnaire. Data analysis of this study used the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results ofthe analysis obtained, there was a p-value of 0.001 (p 0.05) which showed that there wasa significant effect of education using leaflets on reducing dysmenorrhea. It isrecommended to conduct further research with more samples and add different variablessuch as the effect of dysmenorrhea gymnastics on reducing dysmenorrhea.

Patient safety in the Emergency Room (ER) is a top priority, given the fast-paced and high-risk environment. The role of nurses in the emergency installation is crucial in implementinga culture of patient safety. Nurses are responsible for ensuring that every action, from triageto emergency care, is carried out carefully and according to hospital protocol. The objectiveof this study is to analyze the implementation of patient safety culture in health services atER in Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptiveapproach. The population of the study was 52 nurses and doctors in the ER Murni TeguhMemorial Hospital, and 34 samples were obtained (26 nurses and 8 doctors), sampling wasdone using proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used were primary data andsecondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively which is presented in frequencydistribution table. The result shows that most of the health workers in the ER Murni TeguhMemorial Hospital with a good culture category of 97.1% and 2.9% with a moderate culturecategory. Patient safety culture based on each variable that the most health workers aregood culture is in the dimension of hospital management support (100%), dimension ofteamwork between units (76.5%). It is concluded that the implementation of patient safetyculture in the ER Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital is good. It is expected that all healthworkers at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital maintain, continue, and develop patient safetyprograms that have been running and maintain a culture of patient safety. Furtherresearchers need to conduct further research using other variables such as work motivation,leadership, and others.

Stroke is the second most common cause of disability worldwide in individuals over 60 yearsof age and is the top primary diagnosis in long-term care. Physiotherapy helps clients buildstrength and maintain range of motion or ROM and muscle tone in the muscles that havenot been affected by the stroke. Prevention of complications from stroke can be done bycarrying out regular passive or active ROM exercises according to the patient's condition.Family support influences the motivation of stroke sufferers in doing exercise and also hasa big influence in increasing muscle strength. The objective of this study is to find outwhether there is a relationship between family support and the motivation of stroke patientsto undergo physiotherapy at Murni Teguh Sudirman Hospital, Jakarta. The sample in thisresearch was 30 respondents using total sampling technique. The reliability value of familysupport is 0.791 and the reliability value of the motivation questionnaire is 0.746. Data werecollected using a questionnaire prepared using the Guttman scale. And the data analysisused is univariate and bivariate data analysis using chi-square. This research wasconducted in December 2021 – February 2022. The research results obtained an R valueof 0.346 which shows a low correlation and low strength of the relationship between familysupport and motivation. Furthermore, the statistical test results obtained a value of p =0.007. There is a significant relationship between family support and the motivation of strokepatients to undertake physiotherapy. Hospitals should provide planned and continuoustraining for nursing staff by holding special programs to provide guidance and training forfamilies related to physiotherapy training.

The use of Gadgets around the world continues to increase from year to year. But in reality,very few teenagers or junior high school students use Gadgets properly. They tend to use theseGadgets for things they don't need at their age. Excessive use of Gadgets can result indecreased learning motivation, impaired concentration, and laziness in learning. As a result,students are always obsessed with using Gadgets and forget their learning commitments whichhave an impact on their achievements. The purpose of this study was to determine theRelationship between Gadget Use and Motivation and Learning Achievement of Grade IXStudents at IRA Medan Private Junior High School. The research method used a quantitativeresearch type with an analytical survey method with a research design in the form of DescriptiveCorrelation with a Cross-Sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 53students. The sampling technique in this study was Total sampling. The bivariate test used toanalyze the data in this study was the Spearman non-parametric test because the data wasnot normally distributed according to the results of the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results ofthe study showed that there was a relationship between the use of gadgets and motivation witha p-value = 0.004 (α <0.05) and there was no relationship between the use of gadgets andlearning achievement with a p-value = 0.491 (α > 0.05). It can be concluded that there is arelationship between the use of gadgets and the motivation of grade IX students at IRA MedanPrivate Junior High School and there is no relationship between the use of gadgets and thelearning achievement of grade IX students at IRA Medan Private Junior High School. It isrecommended to conduct further research with more samples and add the variables Stress,Mental Health, Eye Health, and Early Adolescents as respondents.

The achievement rate for exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia in 2018 was 52% and in2020 it increased to 66.1% and has not yet reached the target set by the Ministry of Healthof 80%. One reason is the lack of interest in breastfeeding mothers. The lack of interest inbreastfeeding mothers requires the role of health workers, especially nurses, to provideeducation or health education. Education or health education about breastfeeding is veryimportant to increase the interest of breastfeeding mothers. The purpose of this study is toanalyze the effect of breastfeeding education on the level of interest of antepartum mothers.This research method is quantitative research with the type of pre-experimental researchusing a one group pre and post test design approach. The research was conducted at theNaman Teran Community Health Center, Karo District. The total population is 32 peopleand using total sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data.Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the Paired Sample T-test.The result showed that characteristics of antepartum mothers at the Naman Teran HealthCenter, Karo Regency, aged 20-35 years (78.1%), have secondary education (SMA)(40.6%), respondents work (56.3%), and have 2 children (43.8%). Before being givenbreastfeeding education, the majority of antepartum mothers had low interest (65.6%), thepretest average score was 8.13. After being given breastfeeding education, the majority ofantepartum mothers had a high interest (75.0%), the pretest average score was 12.53.There is an effect of providing breastfeeding education on the level of interest of antepartummothers at the Naman Teran Health Center, Karo Regency, with p-value = 0.000 <0.05 andtcount = -13.130 > ttable (1.694), there is an increase in interest score of 4.40 points. It can beconcluded that Breastfeeding education affects the level of interest of antepartum mothersto breastfeed. It is recommended that health workers always provide breastfeedingeducation to antepartum mothers so that mothers can increase their interest inbreastfeeding after giving birth.

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is not as easy as imagined. The coverage of exclusivebreastfeeding is still low because mothers feel that their breast milk is not enough or does notcome out in the first days of the baby's birth, working mothers, and feelings of anxiety aboutfeeling that their breast milk is not enough. Most mothers need support and encouragement inthe form of reliable information so that they can provide their breast milk properly. The objectiveof this study is to determine the relationship between joint care and mothers' motivation toprovide exclusive breastfeeding. This study is a descriptive correlational study with a cross-sectional design. This study will be conducted at RSIA Rosiva Medan. The population is 58people and all of them are used as samples. Sampling is by accidental sampling. The dataused are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out univariately in afrequency distribution table, and bivariate analysis using the Pearson test with a significancelevel of = 0.05. The study showed that all respondents were 25-35 years old (100%), had ahigh school education (77.1%), and were self-employed (58.3%). The majority of mothers weretreated in joint care (56.3%), and the majority of mothers had moderate motivation to provideexclusive breastfeeding (50.0%). The Pearson test results obtained p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05)meaning that there is a relationship between joint care and maternal motivation to provideexclusive breastfeeding at RSIA Rosiva Medan. It is concluded that the motivation of mothersto provide exclusive breastfeeding is because mothers are joint care with their babies. It isrecommended that further researchers conduct research on maternal motivation to provideexclusive breastfeeding using other variables such as perception, family support, and healthworker support.

The emergency department is one of the service units in a hospital that provides first aid andis the first route for entry of patients with emergency conditions. There are several nursingfactors that can influence the accuracy of carrying out triage, namely, the skills and personalcapacity of the implementing nurse. Skills in this case include education level, work experience,and age, while personal capacity includes knowledge and motivation. The objective of thisstudy is to find out the factors that influence decision making regarding the implementation oftriage in the ER at Murni Teguh Sudirman Hospital, Jakarta. The research design uses acrosssectional approach in quantitative research. This research is explanatory research. Thesample in this research was 31 respondents using nonprobability sampling. The results of theresearch obtained a chi-square test between workload and decision making in implementingtriage in the emergency room at Murni Teguh Sudirman Hospital. The p value was 0.014, whichmeans that there was an influence between workload and decision making in implementingtriage in the emergency room at Murni Teguh Sudirman Hospital. It is concluded that there is asignificant relationship between decision making and the implementation of triage in the ER atMurni Teguh Sudirman Hospital, Jakarta.
