Abstract

In terms of access to mobilization/demobilization and the location is very steep, the dump load is minimal due to poor access. Very high rainfall has resulted in further delays in the implementation of work. ACBC (Asphalt Concrete Binder Course) asphalt foundation and top layer or asphalt surface wear layer ACWC (Asphalt Wearing Course) for the material used, namely Asphalt Emulsion CSS -1 or SS -1 layer thickness (AC-BC) solid with a thickness of 0.6 cm with a loose thickness of 7.4 cm, the layer thickness (AC-WC) was solid with a thickness of 0.5 cm and a loose thickness of 6.4 cm. AC-WC compaction is divided into 3 parts, namely first compaction (breakdown rolling), second compaction (intermediate rolling), final compaction (final rolling). The first compaction is carried out when the temperature reaches 111 C to 102 C or about 0 – 10 minutes from the time the AC – WC is held. This ride uses a tandem roller with the number of tracks according to the trial compaction. The second compaction is carried out at a temperature of 102 C to 83 C or about 10-20 minutes since the AC-WC was held. This event uses a Pneumatic Roller with the number of passes according to trial compaction. The final compaction was carried out at a temperature of 83 C to 63 C or around 20-45 minutes since the AC-WC was held. This event uses a Pneumatic Tandem Roller with 12 to 15 passes. In the work of the Cikowoan – Kadut Road Improvement Reconstruction Project in Majalengka Regency, the tools used are Mini Excavators, Asphalt Tanks and assistive devices (asphalt sprayer), Dump trucks, Tandem combin rollers, Mini iron wheel compactor machines (baby roller), soil compactor machine.

Abstract

Oil and gas business activities are high-cost and high-risk activities, therefore it is necessary to carefully calculate all existing aspects. Directorate General of Oil and Gas c.q. The Directorate of Oil and Gas Engineering and Environment has the task of ensuring the feasibility of using an equipment so as to create a safe and appropriate installation for use in oil and gas operations. The drilling tower is one of the main components in oil and gas drilling activities. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out inspections to ensure the quality of the towers produced so that they comply with existing standards and are safe to use. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) is one of the Non-Destructive Test (NDT) methods to carry out inspections to ensure that equipment, especially towers, are in a safe and suitable condition for use. By ensuring the safety and feasibility of the tower as a supporting component of a drilling installation, it can be concluded that its safety and feasibility can be concluded.

Abstract

PT X. is a cement manufacturing company. which experiences production losses due to the high value of downtime. Based on downtime data, the largest machine downtime value is found in the Raw Mill, so the Raw Mill machine becomes the object of research. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Raw Mill machine in the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The method used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to measure machine effectiveness and loss factor analysis with the Six Big Losses method. The results found that the average OEE value in 2022 was below the international OEE standard of 85%, namely 78% for Raw Mill Plant 10 in the 2019 period and 74% in the 2022 period. The low performance of the Raw Mill Plant 10 machine is caused by the breakdown loss factor and the reduced speed loss factor. The root causes found are lack of mechanical training and lack of control for spare parts. The recommendations given are the implementation of predictive maintenance, improving training facilities, and creating a spare parts inventory management system.

Abstract

Transportation is an inseparable part of human survival. Related to human activities,transportation plays a very significant role in social, economic, environmental and other aspects.Tol Road is a public and closed road where its construction is charged to cross according to theapplicable tariffs. This road is a form of tariff grant on the road that is generally applied to coverthe cost of construction and maintenance of the road. Tol Road Cisumdawu is one of the road freeof barriers that crosses from the area of Cileunyi, Sumedang, Dawuan. This Tol road is no morethan an effort to streamline traffic to improve the distribution of goods and services that grow theeconomy around, as well as become one of the fast access between the districts of the city. A bridgeis a building that allows a road to cross a river, valley or other road of different elevations. In theplanning of the bridge must take into account the functional needs of transportation. This journalfocuses on methods of implementation of pile bore, pilecap, as well as pier work located on theconstruction project of Road Tol cisumdawu section 5 b located in the village of cipelangkecamatan ujungjaya sumedang.

Abstract

PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia is a company engaged in sheet metal stamping and dies in Majalengka Regency. One of the products produced at PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia is Part Ring Rainforcement. In the process of making Part Ring Rainforcement using SPCC-SD material using a CHIN FONG Press Stamping Machine with a capacity of 110 Tons through the process of selecting Dies for the Blanking, Bending, Pierching, Marking, Embosh processes.The researcher used the observation method to find out the Part Ring Rainforcement process, Part Ring Rainforcement, one of the components contained in the vehicle tank which is produced at PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia. The Rainforcement Ring Part Making Process is divided into several parts, namely the Planing process, Blanking Process, Bending + Pierching Process, Marking + Embosh Process, and Quality Control Process.

Abstract

Optik Salsa Fortuna is a business engaged in the sale of optics that provides a variety of glasses, frames, contact lenses, eyeglass cleaning fluid and other optical accessories, which is located on Jl.Raya K H Abdul Halim No.396, Majalengka Wetan.The problems faced by the Salsa Fortuna Optical Shop include problems in processing goods data that are still not computerized, there is no proof of transactions such as proof of sale. Another problem that exists at the Salsa Fortuna Optic Shop is that they often experience difficulties in checking stock, there is no sales report prepared and their profits are only using a recap of notes for reports.Based on the problems above, we need an information system that can help process goods data, sales reports and profits by combining components that have not been computerized into one system so that later they can be used in business processes to make them more effective and faster, in making the system using the waterfall method which is very suitable in solving this problem. The purpose of this research is to find out the system that is running at Optik Salsa Fortuna, then evaluate and find problems that hinder business processes at Optik Salsa Fortuna, to make it easy for shops to record transactions which of course will generate sales reports and profit reports. precise and accurate, and to implement a sales information system at Optics Salsa Fortuna, so that it can solve existing problems

Abstract

Memelihara ikan dalam akuarium adalah salah satu hobi yang digemari banyak masyarakat. Kesibukan adalah salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi untuk pemilik ikan sesuai dengan jadwalnya. Karena dengan adanya masalah tersebut, tulisan ini membahas tentang perancangan sebuah alat untuk memberi ikan makan secara otomatis melalui aplikasi mobile, mengatur banyaknya pakan ikan yang diberi sesuai keinginan pemilik. Otomatisasi ini dimungkinkan dengan penggunaan Arduino-Uno sebagai pengendali utama. Aktifitas yang dilakukan dalam rancangan ini adalah ketika keluar pakan dari wadah pada motor servo yang sudah tersimpan pada RTC nanti dikirimkan melalui smartphone kemudian ke Arduino UNO melalui perantara Bluetooth. Dan output dari percancangan ini adalah pergerakan motor servo untuk membuka katup dari tempat pakan ikan. Hasil dari proses perancangan adalah sebuah alat yang dapat memberi makan ikan secara otomatis dengan memberi perintah menggunakan smartphone Android

Abstract

When starting to practice at PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia found several problems, one of which is why SPHC-PO material is used in the production of Bump Stopper and what is the production process. Stamping Sheet Metal Press is used in the production process using the Blanking+Draw process and the Triming+pierching process. Based on the process of making a Bump Stopper, this practical work has the goal of knowing the working process of a Stamping Press machine. The methods used in this Job Training are processes by observing, summarizing, and recording data from sources and hard copies from PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia. After carrying out the methods systematically, we get some results from this practical work, including being able to make a product using a Stamping Press machine and knowing the flow of the production process in the automotive part industry. Abstract

PT. Amanah Jaya Persada is a company engaged in the manufacture of automotive parts, precision parts, jigs & fixtures, molds & dies, casting parts, fabrication and manufacture of tools for other industrial needs. PT. Amanah Jaya Persada manufactures Vertical Shaft Mixer Parts using conventional lathes and CNC Milling machines. In the process of making Part Shaft, the process of measuring the initial diameter of the material, making a sketch of the size of the workpiece, and the process of making the CNC Milling program code. The purpose of this research is to find out the production process time for Vertical Shaft Mixer Parts on Conventional Lathes and CNC Milling Machines, to understand the types of program codes on CNC milling machines. The research stages were carried out from the observation stage, problem formulation, literature study, field practice, data collection and data analysis, followed by material specifications, Conventional Lathes and CNC Milling Machines. The results showed that the production process for the Part Shaft Mixer Vertical using a conventional lathe required machining time of 33 minutes 6 seconds, while for a CNC milling machine it took 14 minutes 6 seconds. The CNC milling process uses a combination of G91 incremental and absolute G90 machining commands, G28 to return to the reference point for repeated feeding, as well as M code for rotating spindle commands, changing tools, turning on the coolant and stopping the machine / program is complete.

Abstract

The effective management of inventory is a critical aspect of any business, as it directly influences operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction. In this study, we present the design and implementation of a comprehensive Inventory Management System (IMS) aimed at optimizing inventory control and streamlining the inventory-related processes for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The system is developed using a combination of modern technologies, including a web-based front-end for easy accessibility and a robust database to store inventory-related information securely. The backend utilizes algorithms to predict demand patterns, ensuring optimized stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. The results indicate that the implementation of the IMS significantly improves inventory management efficiency, reduces carrying costs, and enhances inventory accuracy by minimizing manual errors. The streamlined processes lead to faster order fulfillment and improved customer satisfaction.
