Abstract

This study aimed to examine the implementation of nursing care for families with hypertension with stress disorders during the Covid 19 pandemic in the Raos Baru Carat Gempol Pasuruan. This study used a case study design with 2 families as the observation unit that selected by purposive sampling method using certain inclusion criteria. The results showed that after the assessment on the families of Mr. K and Mr. M by using the family assessment format, interview method, observation and physical examination to add the necessary data, it showed that both patients said they did not dare to control or check for fear of contracting Covid-19. The results of the assessment with the DASS, obtained a score of Ny. S was 14 (mild stress) and Mrs. M was 16 (moderate stress). The perceived symptoms were difficulty sleeping, unable to relax, restless, irritable, irritable, easily irritated for trivial reasons. The difference between client 1 and 2 is in the family history of hypertension where client 1 has a family history of hypertension, the duration of suffering from hypertension was 20 years, while client 2 did not have a family history of hypertension, the age of client 1 was 51 years and client 2 was 56 years. The nursing diagnosis for both clients' families was stress that related to the family's inability to make decisions in carrying out appropriate actions to overcome family health problems. The intervention given to the families of the two clients was the same, because both families had the same problem and were carried out for 2 weeks. There was no difference in intervention between clients 1 and 2. The final evaluation results showed that the family had been able to practice deep breathing relaxation, transcendental meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation well, and had applied it every day until both clients seemed calmer and less anxious, more relaxed. and can sleep more soundly, both families are also willing to control the Puskesmas while still implementing health protocols according to the rules set by the government at the Puskesmas

Abstract

Every worker has the right to obtain protection for occupational health and safety. Each person's workload is different depending on their abilities. If a person's workload is excessive, it can cause work fatigue. Work fatigue can cause decreased physiological functions, decreased performance, decreased company productivity and accidents to workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and fatigue on workers at PT.Mutiara Pesona Abadi, Mojokerto City. The research method used was observational analytic and cross sectional research design. The population in this study were 34 people using total sampling technique. The instrument used to measure fatigue is the Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT) questionnaire adopted from the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) Japan consisting of 30 questions and measuring workload with pulse that is carried out before and during work then calculated using the Cardiovascular Load formula (CVL). The results showed that almost all workers experienced moderate workload as many as 26 respondents (76.5%) and almost all workers experienced moderate work fatigue as many as 31 respondents (91.2%). Analysis of the data used in this study using the Spearman Rank Test with a p value of 0.001 so that it can be concluded that a <0.05 then there is a relationship between workload and fatigue on workers at PT.Mutiara Pesona Abadi, Mojokerto City. The company is advised to rearrange the workplace to be better to create comfort so as to increase productivity and workers are expected to optimize rest hours to recover energy. ..

Abstract

Aggressive in children is one of the big social problem because it can be a tendency that can persist into adulthood. Social skills training Therapy is needed to improve the social skills of pre-school children in order to build and maintain a positive relationship with the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of social skills trainning therapy for aggressive pre-school children. The research design was quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group. The sampling technique was proportionate stratified random sampling and found the number of respondents 24 children were divided into 2 groups, 12 children given therapy social skills training and 12 children as control. Data were collected before and after therapy and then compare the results between the two groups. Statistical analysis showed a decrease in the aggressive in the group receiving social skills training therapy were significantly higher (pvalue < 0.05) compared to the control group.

Abstract

Family support is very important in optimizing the health of sick family members. The purpose of this case study is for families to be able to care for a family member experiencing impaired physical mobility after a stroke at home to minimize going to health facilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The design used in this research is a case study, using 2 families, then nursing care diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation are made. The diagnosis of impaired physical mobility is related to the inability of the family to care for sick family members. Methods of data collection by interview, observation, and documentation using the format of family nursing care. The results obtained from the study are that families are unable to care for sick family members. Interventions and implementations carried out are planning ROM (Range of Motion) therapy according to needs, teaching clients and families about ROM. The evaluation found that the family of client 1 and client 2 said that they could care for family members who had impaired physical mobility after stroke with ROM

Abstract

Epilepsy is a manifestation of brain function disorders with various etiologies and with a single characteristic symptom, namely recurrent seizures due to excessive and paroxysmal electrical discharge of brain neurons. Seizures often occur in epileptic children younger than 15 years. Children with epilepsy have a high risk of developmental delays, physical accidents, learning problems, cognitive delays, social problems, difficulty being independent and being a burden to their families and environment. Families play an important role in healing in children with epilepsy. The purpose of writing is to determine family nursing care for children with epilepsy which includes assessment, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. The research method is descriptive or a description of a case. The results of this scientific paper are that after 3 visits, the family understands and is able to state the meaning, causes, signs and symptoms and the first treatment at the time of seizures, the family is also able to mention things that can trigger seizures and the family can apply how to treat seizures. Family support is needed for the success of nursing care for children

Abstract

One indicator to see the success of maternal health is by monitoring the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). In Mojokerto Regency, the MMR in 2019 was 89.60 per 100,000 live births. Reducing mortality and improving the quality of maternal and child health will achieve the expected results if accompanied by an increase in antenatal care and delivery assistance by health workers. The purpose of this study was to provide obstetric care for pregnant women. This type of research is a case study by providing obstetric care for pregnant women. This research was conducted using midwifery management and documentation using SOAP. The sample in this study was 1 respondent. The research was conducted at UPT Puskesmas Sooko, Mojokerto Regency. By holding this activity, it is hoped that maternal health during pregnancy can be maintained and be able to produce a healthy and intelligent generation

Abstract

Success in treating diabetes mellitus patients requires a family role. One of the family roles of diabetes mellitus patients is controlling blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients. This study aimed to provide diabetes mellitus family nursing care with an inability to controll blood sugar levels. The design used in this research was a case study. The study used 2 families. then diagnosed nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation. Data collection methods by interview, observation, and documentation using the family nursing care format. The results of the assessment of the two families showed the same results, namely were not knowing and were being unable to controlling blood sugar levels. After conducting three interventions which included counseling and assistance in is controlling blood sugar levels, which was carried out three times, the results were that the family understood and were able to controlling blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients. Controlling blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients at home is largely determined by the role of the family.
