Jurnal ini menerima seluruh bidang dalam penerapan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni (IPTEKS) yang berupa hasil kegiatan maupun ulasan ilmiah (critical review) tentang penerapan IPTEKS kepada masyarakat. Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this Service Program is to form a Kelompok Tani Campagaya in Campagaya Village, Galesong District, Takalar Regency to be independent in the management of out-grown maize through effective cultivation techniques in producing seeds, increasing seed production for food and an effective and efficient waxy corn marketing system. The problem with Partner farmer group is the low yield of waxy corn production due to seed and maintenance factors. The program will be conducted in December 2021 using the active participation method. The Kelompok Tani Campagaya is involved and active in participating in counseling about the cultivation of big maize, training on the make of fertilizers and pesticides and how to apply them, providing knowledge about marketing strategies for results through collaboration between farmer groups and traders and supermarkets and online systems. The results obtained in this service program are the potential for increased production of waxy corn, experience in making organic fertilizer products and natural pesticides, and being able to apply them to their crops, as well as understanding management and marketing strategies for waxy corn

Abstract

Tamasaju Village, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency continues to experience an increase in population and economic development every year. Population growth triggers the expansion of new residential areas. One of the strategic areas for the area is the coastal area. This can be seen from the stretching of the construction of fishermen's settlements that continue to jut out into the sea. Based on its existence, the area has the potential to directly receive the impacts of climate change. Seeing the high potential threat of coastal abrasion and flooding as well as the rapid development and population growth in the coastal area of Tamasaju Village, efforts to overcome coastal abrasion and flood disasters are needed based on aspects of spatial planning based on the characteristics of the disasters that have occurred. To reduce the impact and post-disaster losses, mitigation is needed by raising awareness and increasing the community's ability to face disaster threats through socialization of spatial planning so that people can anticipate losses and damage caused in the event of a disaster in their area. So that the expected target from this service activity is to disseminate information to residents about the importance of spatial planning for disaster risk reduction, especially coastal abrasion and flood disasters in their area by cooperating with the village government to help the service team carry out outreach activities in Tamasaju Village

Abstract

Development is a systematic effort to create conditions that can provide various alternatives for achieving the aspirations of every citizen. Various kinds of government efforts to improve the welfare of the community, among others, by building physical facilities and infrastructure. One of the developments carried out by the Government in the construction of irrigation for agriculture. The Ministry of PUPR has an irrigation development program, namely the Program for the Acceleration of Improved Irrigation Water Use (P3-TGAI). P3-TGAI is an activity that aims to improve the performance of village irrigation for the welfare of farmers, improve the economy of the surrounding community, and contribute to food security. This activity also aims to foster farmer participation in the improvement and improvement of irrigation networks based on needs where the community is involved in the development of small irrigation under 150 hectares by involving P3A directly. In its implementation, P3-TGAI activities are accompanied by Community Assistance Personnel (TPM). The method of implementing this activity is proposed using participatory data collection and mapping with P3-TGAI, Village Government, and WUA. The results of service activities in this data collection activity will be used as recommendations to the P3-TGAI program implementers.
