Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee loyalty at PT Catur Sentra Duta (CSD) Consortium, Duri Branch. A conducive work environment is believed to play an important role in increasing employee loyalty to the company. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT CSD Consortium, Duri Branch, with purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The better the work environment perceived by employees, both in terms of physical conditions, relationships between colleagues, and support from superiors, the higher the level of loyalty shown by employees to the company. Therefore, company management needs to pay attention to creating a comfortable, safe, and supportive work environment so that employee loyalty can be maintained and improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style on the Performance of Employees of Mutia Sari General Hospital, Bengkalis Regency. The method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires to several employees of Mutia Sari General Hospital. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, determination tests (R²), and t-tests. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicate that all research instruments are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test prove that the data is normally distributed. The results of simple linear regression and hypothesis testing indicate that Leadership Style has a positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.939 indicates that job training contributes 93.9% to improving performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The t-test produces a significant value (Sig.> 0.05), so it can be concluded that Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance at Mutia Sari General Hospital. Thus, Leadership Style is an important factor in improving Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training on the performance of Security Squat 1 Alpha at PT. Global Arrow, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires to security members. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, simple linear regression, determination test (R²), and t-test. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicate that all research instruments are valid and reliable. Normality and heteroscedasticity tests prove that the data is normally distributed and free from symptoms of heteroscedasticity. The results of simple linear regression show that job training has a positive effect on security performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.996 indicates that job training contributes 99.6% to improving performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The t-test produces a significant value (Sig. <0.05), so it can be concluded that job training has a significant effect on the performance of Security Squat 1 Alpha at PT. Global Arrow. Thus, job training is an important factor in increasing employee effectiveness and productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis implementasi akad murabahah pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia dengan menggunakan perspektif maqashid syariah. Akad murabahah merupakan salah satu produk pembiayaan dominan dalam industri perbankan syariah. Namun, dalam praktiknya sering kali terjadi penyimpangan dari prinsip dasar syariah, terutama ketika murabahah hanya digunakan sebagai instrumen pembiayaan konvensional berbasis margin tetap. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mendalam mengenai kesesuaian implementasi murabahah terhadap maqashid syariah, yang mencakup perlindungan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka dan analisis konten terhadap praktik perbankan, fatwa DSN-MUI, serta teori maqashid syariah menurut para pemikir kontemporer seperti Jasser Auda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik murabahah di beberapa bank syariah masih cenderung formalis dan belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan nilai-nilai maqashid syariah, terutama dalam aspek keadilan, transparansi, dan perlindungan terhadap nasabah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan reformulasi model akad murabahah yang lebih substansial dan sejalan dengan tujuan syariah secara holistik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan praktik keuangan syariah berbasis maqashid syariah demi tercapainya keadilan dan kesejahteraan umat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the work environment influences employee performance at PT. Mesitechmitra Purnabangun. How to improve employee performance by considering the work environment within the company. The method used in this study is a survey, this type of research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 46 people, using a saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mesitechmitra Purnabangun Duri-Riau branch, seen from the T Statistic value of 11,698> 1,684 which illustrates that the work environment influences employee performance. And also strengthened by the results of the Determination Coefficient (R2) of 0.778 which contains the understanding that the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Mesitechmitra Purnabangun is 77.8%.
