Abstract

Abstract

The growing technology of the public complaint system requires the development to solve the problems that exist in Pangandaran Regency. One of the problems is not applying the classification of complaints based on keywords. So that people still have difficulty understanding the functions of government agencies correctly because there are several government agencies that have similar functions. The development of the complaints system can minimize these errors. System development used is the Extremme Programming method which has four frameworks including planning, design, coding and testing, using UML modeling (Unified Modeling Language). Extreme Programming is the development of the previous method, the Agile method. For testing applications using Black Box Testing is done only to observe the results of execution through test data and check the functional of the software. So that the results obtained are classifiers of public complaints that are directly conveyed to the relevant agencies running well.

Abstract

The implementation of websites in universities has become crucial in providing a platform that enables quick and easy access to academic, administrative, and institutional information. University websites fall under the category of official websites, serving as platforms created and managed by organizations, companies, or official entities to provide information, services, and interaction with users. Universitas Siliwangi, one of the state universities in West Java, operates an official website at https://unsil.ac.id/. This website serves as a promotional tool and information hub accessible to students, faculty, staff, and external parties interested in Universitas Siliwangi-related information. However, the website's utilization lacks evaluation by users and usability testing. Initial observations reveal that only a few students and high school students use this website as a source of Universitas Siliwangi-related information. Therefore, this research aims to examine the usability and usefulness of the website for users and to promote the university. The findings of this study will serve as the basis for university website development and benefit Universitas Siliwangi. The method used to measure the website's usability is the Jakob Nielsen method with user satisfaction survey techniques. The results of this research indicate that the usability of the Universitas Siliwangi website falls into the high category. With users' information needs met on the website, it is expected that they will feel satisfied and inclined to revisit the site. Descriptive analysis shows that students give high ratings to the usability of the Universitas Siliwangi website, although there are still some shortcomings that need to be addressed in certain aspects.

Abstract

Liver disease is a general term that refers to a number of disorders or problems that affect the liver. The liver is an important organ in the human body and has many diverse functions, including food processing, protein production, toxin removal, and energy storage. Therefore, when the liver experiences disorders or disease, it can have a serious impact on the overall health and function of the body. Liver disease is a significant global health problem. Early detection as well as classification of liver disease can provide valuable guidance for effective treatment. Based on the problems above, the aim of this research is to create a liver disease classification model using C5.0 and Support Vector Machine with Radial Basis Function (RBF) and Sigmoid kernels. With data obtained from the liver disease dataset. The two methods will be compared and we will find out which one produces the best results. The method used is also optimized with CFS (Correlation Based Feature Selection) feature selection. The results of the classification process, namely the C5.0 Model and Support Vector Machine (RBF) with CFS have a similar accuracy of 76%, while the Support Vector Machine (Sigmoid) has an accuracy of 70%, without feature selection the C5.0 algorithm has an accuracy of 66% , Support Vector Machine between RBF and sigmoid kernels has an accuracy of 69% and 55%.

Abstract

Currently, the success and continuity of a company or organization is very much based on IT, in terms of speed and results that can help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes to achieve goals. In its implementation, the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) of Kuningan Regency encountered problems with the SaData-Ku application, errors occurred when inputting data (system failure to operate), there was a risk that when collecting data there was a delay from the predetermined schedule, the operation of the application was limited in time. for data input, resulting in bugs in the application. This problem has a negative impact on the continuity of the development planning process and can reduce the quality performance of information technology. To overcome this, application users need learning and growth to become more proficient in the field of information technology, thereby reducing difficulties in dealing with sudden changes or disruptions to applications. These problems can be identified thoroughly with governance using the COBIT 2019 framework. The form and content of the COBIT 2019 model are updated from the previous COBIT method and many new functions are added, including enabling improvements to the IT governance system. By conducting analysis, you can provide recommendations to improve the organization's capabilities to meet the agency's expectations and goals regarding IT governance in supporting its performance. The COBIT 2019 domains used are APO and DSS with details of the APO07, APO12, APO14 and DSS01 processes. The results of measuring the capability level of the APO07 domain at the Kuningan Regency Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) got a capability level 4 value, the APO12, APO14 and DSS01 domains got a capability level 5 value.

Abstract

The Tasikmalaya District Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries Service is an office that has the task of assisting the regent in carrying out regional household affairs in the fields of agriculture, food security and fisheries. The Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries Service of Tasikmalaya District is an agency that has just merged in the last 3 years as stated in the Tasikmalaya District Regent Regulation Number 59 of 2021. Based on Presidential Regulation Number 3 of 2003 and Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). So it is necessary to design a master plan for Information Systems and Information Technology using the Ward and Peppard method which consists of input and output stages and adds IS Demand as a tool to identify information system requirements made from an internal business analysis perspective. The results of this research are in the form of an output stage, namely compiling an IS business strategy with the results of 12 proposed information system priorities, an IT strategy with a proposed network infrastructure, and an IS / IT management strategy with a proposal for additional IT fields that support the business processes of the Tasikmalaya District Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries Service
