Abstract

Human resources (HR) are one of the important elements that play a direct role in organizational operations to achieve predetermined goals. A good organization that has a positive reputation in the eyes of society will not ignore aspects of developing the quality of its human resources. Therefore, HR management plays a very significant role in organizations. One of the functions of HR management is to develop careers and increase work motivation in order to achieve employee job satisfaction and optimal results.This research uses library research methods. library research is a bibliographic research method carried out scientifically and systematically. This includes collecting bibliographic materials relevant to the research object, using data collection techniques through bibliographic methods, as well as organizing and presenting the data obtained.Career planning is an organized process for planning and managing an individual''s career development within a specified time period. This process includes identifying career goals, evaluating individual strengths and weaknesses, and formulating concrete steps to achieve these goals. The objectives of career management: to achieve employee and company goals, show concern for employee welfare, support employees in recognizing their talents and skills, build close relationships between employees and the company, prove commitment to social responsibility, and increase effectiveness in achieving goals company.Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that career management, which is included in human resource management (HR), plays a very important role in achieving successful results with a structured process. The application of career management provides many benefits, this can encourage individual growth to be able to develop themselves, this will also make it easier to achieve employee and company goals.

Abstract

The elections and local elections in 2024 are still about two years away. However, anticipation is needed so that the 2024 elections can be held safely. Based on the pattern of elections and local elections, which usually are filled by identity politics and lead to massive violence. This study aims to explain the challenges of vulnerability that Indonesia will face in the implementation of the 2024 elections and local elections. This study uses qualitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources obtained from verified and relevant sources for research. The findings found are the potential for polarization from the use of identity politics in the 2024 election, the widespread use of social media accelerates the polarization that occurs in society, and religious moderation is the answer in anticipating the use of identity politics in the administration of elections. With the community's involvement, the work scheme of religious moderation can be a tool to anticipate the politicization of religion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the definition of performance evaluation, employee performance, factors that affect employee performance, the purpose of employee performance evaluation, and the benefits of employee performance evaluation. This research uses the literature study method. The findings of this study are that performance evaluation has forms such as aiming to measure, assess, and improve employee performance. In addition, the purpose of performance evaluation is to ensure the achievement of company goals and objectives, as well as to understand the company's position and the level of achievement of company goals. In this process, performance evaluation helps in detecting delays or deviations that occur, so that they can be corrected immediately and goals or objectives are achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of the Dayah administrators in the adjustment of new students as well as the support and obstacles that Dayah administrators have in the adjustment of new students. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, the subjects in this research were 10 people, namely 6 Dayah administrators and 4 new students. The results of the research show that the Dayah administrators play an important role in the adjustment of new students, acting as parents, teachers and friends who guide and direct the new students. There is support for the Dayah administrators when new students comply with time management, cooperation with the students' parents and the new students' firm stance. Meanwhile, the obstacle is when students are reluctant to tell stories, they tend to keep silent about their feelings that the students don't get a solution. Apart from that, new students are often allowed to go home due to illness and various reasons, making it difficult for the students to adapt to the habits and regulations of Dayah Darul Muta'allimin.

Abstract

Adaptation is an effort to adapt to the environment. Adaptation cannot occur quickly, because students' adjustment to a new environment requires time and process. The purpose of the adaptation is as an effort for students to be able to interact with each other so that a good relationship is built between students and so that students are able to adapt to culture and language and can also communicate well with other students and can also adapt to existing regulations. at the Islamic boarding school. This research aims to examine the various efforts of guidance and counseling teachers to help new students adapt to language differences in Islamic boarding schools, what efforts guidance and counseling teachers can make to help students adapt to these language differences. This research method was carried out by literature study. Various techniques and methods that guidance and counseling teachers can use to help students overcome their problems have been described in this research. It is hoped that the description presented in this research will be useful and can help guidance and counseling teachers solve problems experienced by students who have problems adapting due to language differences.

Abstract

This research aims to study: factors that cause stress in disaster volunteers and employees in an organization, stress management efforts in disaster volunteers, the definition of stress, the definition of work stress, the definition of volunteers, and the definition of disaster. This research uses a literature study method whose content explains the discussion related to the title written by describing it. The findings of this research are that behind the success of a company and the performance of volunteers or employees can cause work stress. The discussion about work stress is not only negative things that are in it, but positive things are also contained in work stress because positive stress is considered important for motivation, adaptation, and reacting to the surrounding environment when someone is unable to cope with unpleasant situations. Most people see stress as something negative. However, stress can help us achieve the best of ourselves.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 16 in hospitals to present transparent and accurate financial reports. The method used by the researcher is a Literature Review (LR). This study utilizes data from journals available in full-text format. The results of the research indicate that the reporting of fixed assets in hospitals in Indonesia does not yet comply with PSAK 16. Therefore, training and improvement of management and hospital staff’s understanding of PSAK 16 are necessary to produce financial reports that are transparent and accurate, in line with applicable standards, and contribute to the accounting literature in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

Indonesia, viewed from a geological and hydrological perspective, is a high-risk area for natural disasters, as it lies at the convergence point of three active tectonic plates, the Indo-Australian Plate. Disaster management is divided into three main stages: (1) pre-disaster, through mitigation and preparedness; (2) emergency response, through evacuation, protection of affected communities, and restoration of vital facilities; and (3) post-disaster, through rehabilitation and reconstruction. Case studies such as the Disaster Preparedness Brigade program in Bantaeng Regency demonstrate the importance of a rapid and organized response in handling emergency situations. However, the implementation of this policy requires consistency in communication, clarity of objectives, and adequate resource support. This paper uses a literature review method to write various institutional and organizational policies for emergency response. Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that the disaster management policy based on Law Number 24 of 2007 emphasizes mitigation, preparedness, emergency response, and post-disaster recovery. With the institutional policies in emergency response created by stakeholders, it is hoped that through a collaborative approach, thorough planning, and continuous evaluation, Indonesia will be able to increase disaster resilience and minimize its impact on society.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of spatial data-based environmental governance systems in supporting development planning in urban areas, especially in DKI Jakarta. The main objectives of this study are to explore the contribution of spatial data in environmental planning, identify implementation challenges in urban areas, and evaluate the effectiveness of its use in addressing environmental problems. Through literature reviews and actual analysis, it was found that spatial data plays a role in detecting land cover changes, analyzing disaster risks, and mapping environmental damage accurately and in real time. Challenges such as limited infrastructure, lack of coordination between institutions, and lack of skilled human resources are still the main obstacles in implementing this system. Spatial data has proven effective in supporting evidence-based policy making at the urban level. Increased technological capacity, regulations that support data openness, and cross-sector integration are needed to encourage optimal use of spatial data in urban environmental.

Abstract

his study examines the collaborative model between government, community, and private sector in integrating the Development Goals (SDGs) into regional development plans. This collaboration is to ensure that development at the regional level can run and is in line with the achievement of SDGs. This study identifies the challenges and obstacles faced by each party in the collaboration process, as well as the factors that support the success of the collaboration. The results of the study indicate that commitment, transparency, and active community participation are key factors influencing the success of collaboration. In addition, information and communication technology also plays a role in facilitating effective collaboration. Based on these findings, it is recommended that government policies be more supportive of the private sector, increase community participation, and utilize technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of collaboration in achieving SDGs at the regional level.
