Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce information system quality on user satisfaction and customer loyalty, with user satisfaction positioned as a mediating variable. The research adopts a Systematic Literature Review approach by examining peer-reviewed journals in the fields of information systems, e-commerce, and digital marketing. The findings indicate that information system quality, including system reliability, ease of use, security, and information accuracy, has a significant effect on user satisfaction. User satisfaction plays a crucial role in translating system quality into long-term customer loyalty, as loyal behavior emerges from consistent and positive user experiences rather than technical performance alone. The results also reveal that satisfaction strengthens trust, engagement, and repurchase intentions among e-commerce users. This study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive understanding of the mediating role of user satisfaction in the relationship between information system quality and customer loyalty. Practically, the findings suggest that e-commerce platforms should prioritize user-centered system development to enhance satisfaction and sustain customer loyalty in a highly competitive digital marketplace.

Abstract

High competition in the e-commerce sector demands superior user experience as the key to retention. The research adopts a quantitative approach, testing hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on data from active platform users. The analysis confirms that Information System Quality significantly influences User Satisfaction, and Satisfaction exerts a strong influence on Customer Loyalty. The most crucial finding is the confirmation of partial mediation by User Satisfaction in transmitting the effect of Information System Quality to Loyalty. This highlights that technology investment must translate into a satisfying experience to effectively drive Loyalty. Managerial implications suggest the platform should prioritize optimizing usability and service responsiveness to bolster Satisfaction, which is the primary factor in maintaining a stable customer base.

Abstract

The rapid growth of marketplace platforms has intensified competition, shifting managerial focus from user acquisition to retention and re-purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of User Experience (UX) and trust on re-purchase intention within marketplace platforms using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the analytical framework. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed, with data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to active marketplace users who had conducted repeated transactions. The constructs of UX, trust, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and re-purchase intention were analyzed to examine their interrelationships. The findings indicate that UX significantly influences perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, which subsequently shape users’ acceptance of marketplace technology. Trust plays a critical role in strengthening users’ attitudes toward the platform by reducing perceived risk and enhancing confidence in system security and reliability. The integration of UX and trust demonstrates a synergistic effect in driving re-purchase intention, highlighting that positive digital experiences must be supported by strong user trust to sustain long-term transactional behavior

Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of various features in the BCA mobile application (mBank BCA), including transfers, payments, purchases, balance inquiries, QRIS, and cardless withdrawal, as part of a broader effort to enhance digital banking services. The research focuses on examining system responsiveness, the stability of integration between the mobile application, backend servers, and relevant devices, as well as multilayered security mechanisms that protect each stage of transactions. Using a qualitative approach, the study draws on system analysis and user experiences to understand how these features operate under different usage conditions. The findings reveal that the features perform consistently and efficiently, with rapid transaction processing, accurate real-time verification, and minimal errors across various services. The implementation of one-time codes, short validity periods, and encryption protocols significantly strengthens security and minimizes potential risks. Furthermore, seamless communication between the mobile system and server or device infrastructure ensures a smooth user experience without compromising safety. Overall, the study concludes that mBank BCA features represent effective digital innovations that enhance service flexibility and reliability, providing a reference model for the development of similar banking technologies in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to model the weekly number of academic assignments received by students using the Poisson distribution, with a case study of Regular CK class students at Universitas Pamulang. The data were collected from 20 students through an online questionnaire that recorded the total number of assignments received from all courses during the previous week. Descriptive statistical analysis shows that the average number of weekly assignments is 4.25, with a variance of 2.41 and observed values ranging from 2 to 8 assignments. These characteristics indicate a discrete count data structure within a fixed time interval. The Poisson distribution parameter was estimated using the sample mean, and a Chi-Square Goodness-of-Fit test was applied to examine the suitability of the Poisson model. The test results indicate that the observed frequency distribution does not significantly differ from the expected Poisson distribution at the 5 percent significance level. This finding suggests that the weekly assignment distribution can be adequately represented by a Poisson model. The study demonstrates the practical application of Poisson distribution in educational data analysis and provides a quantitative perspective on academic workload patterns among working students.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based campus information system integrated with an automatic cloud-based database backup mechanism to improve data security and operational efficiency. The research adopts a system development approach through needs analysis, system design using UML, interface prototyping with Figma, and implementation using PHP, MySQL, and cloud storage integration. The backup mechanism is automated using scheduled processes to ensure consistent data protection without manual intervention. System evaluation was conducted through a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents, selected using the Slovin formula, to measure user perceptions of efficiency, reliability, and system performance. The results indicate a high level of user acceptance, with an overall average score of 4.44, reflecting strong system reliability and effectiveness. The automatic backup integration significantly reduces the risk of data loss, enhances accessibility, and optimizes cloud storage utilization. The findings demonstrate that the developed system provides a robust solution for campus data management and supports sustainable digital transformation in higher education institutions.
