Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financing on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) in BMT (Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil) financial institutions in Bandung. Understanding this relationship is crucial, as the LDR serves as a key indicator of liquidity management and financial stability within Islamic microfinance institutions like BMT. The research population includes all financial reports, particularly balance sheet reports, from BMT financial institutions operating in Bandung City. A sample was taken from financial reports covering the period from 2015 to 2023. The collected data was processed using the LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) formula and analyzed through various statistical methods using SPSS 24, including simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and the t-test, to assess the significance and strength of the relationship between financing and LDR. The findings of the study indicate that financing does not have a significant effect on the LDR of BMT institutions in Bandung City. This suggests that LDR is influenced by multiple factors beyond financing alone. Other key determinants include third-party funds, the level of deposits, and the equity owned by BMT institutions, which play a crucial role in shaping liquidity ratios. These findings highlight the complexity of liquidity management in Islamic financial institutions and suggest that a more comprehensive approach is needed to evaluate the factors affecting LDR.

communities in Palopo, with a specific focus on the Hijaber Palopo community. Halal food consumption is not only perceived as a religious obligation but also as part of social identity and cultural expression. Using an Islamic economic anthropological approach, this research aims to uncover how halal practices are performed, interpreted, and socially constructed within a local context. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal that halal consumption practices within the Hijaber Palopo community are influenced by local values, the reinforcement of religious identity, and social change driven by the penetration of social media. Halal is not only a religious norm but also a means of community empowerment, social solidarity, and a symbol of Islamic lifestyle and status. This research highlights the importance of understanding local dynamics in the practice of Islamic economics and contributes to the development of a culturally contextual halal discourse.

Abstract

This research analyzes the suitability of the salam contract with the pre-order system in Tokopedia . The pre-order   system in Tokopedia  allows buyers to order goods that are not yet available, with the seller promising to deliver them at a later date and payment is often made in advance. This mechanism shows similarities with the concept of a salam contract in fiqh muamalah, which is a sale and purchase contract in which payment is made in advance for goods that will be delivered in the future. However, to ensure Shariah compliance, it is important to observe the unique characteristics of Tokopedia 's pre-order   system. This analysis focuses on the potential alignments and differences between the two. While there are fundamental similarities regarding upfront payment and delivery of goods at a later date, some aspects require more attention. These include issues such as item specifications, delivery timeframes, risk of transaction cancellation, and dispute resolution mechanisms in case of problems. Potential discrepancies may arise if the specifications of the goods are unclear, the delivery time is uncertain, or there are provisions that may disadvantage one of the parties. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the terms and conditions in Tokopedia 's pre-order   feature explicitly fulfill the legal pillars and conditions of the salam contract, in order to provide legal certainty and sharia compliance for all parties involved in the transaction.
