This article explains the role of female lecturers at STAIM Probolinggo in fostering sakinah families. This article belongs to field research with an empirical-sociological approach. The methodologies used are qualitative methods and analytical descriptive studies. The results concluded that a career woman is an individual who combines professional dedication and personal aspirations. Career women are examples of women who can achieve success as lecturers and do not override their obligations as housewives. Female lecturers complete work on campus. So that time at home is indeed for family. That's how it's done to maintain household harmony. When viewed from the perspective of maslahah mursalah, career women are included in the category of al-Mashlahah at-Tahsiniyyah, which can increase family economic income. In addition, by entering the world of education, existing knowledge can be more blessed and useful.

Everyone will definitely need other people. More so in terms of human needs. one of them is in the field of trade related to materials. One of them is in the Anugrah Shop. The buying and selling practices carried out at Toko Anugrah have been running for a long time. How to do it is by observation, interviews, and documentation used to collect data. The tool used is the interview guide as the main tool. Data processing begins with data collection, data reduction, data organisation, and data validation. Triangulation techniques were used when testing the validity of the data. The results of the study state that this research aims to explore the practice of buying and selling at Toko Anugrah from the perspective of Islamic economics. Islamic economics emphasises the principles of fairness, transparency, and halalness in every transaction. This study explains how Toko Anugrah applies these principles in its daily operations, particularly in pricing, quality of goods, and the contract process. Through the implementation of the murabaha contract, this shop sells goods with a clear profit margin without the element of usury. The return policy is also set fairly, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust. The results show that the buying and selling practices at Toko Anugrah not only increase customer trust but also provide sustainable profits and blessings for the store. Abstract: The Kadeso tradition in Branggah Village is a cultural ritual as an expression of gratitude to God. This study analyzes the implementation of this tradition from the perspective of Islamic law. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews with religious leaders, and literature review. The results show that this tradition embodies positive values, such as gratitude and social ties, in accordance with Islamic teachings. However, some elements, such as offerings, need to be re-evaluated as they may contradict the concept of tawhid. This tradition can be maintained as long as it aligns with sharia, avoiding practices that lead to shirk. In conclusion, the Kadeso tradition remains relevant if practiced with the principles of Islamic faith, preserving culture while upholding religious teachings. This study examines the perspectives of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah scholars on the phenomenon of child molestation in Probolinggo City. Children, as the future generation, require special protection, especially from the increasing incidents of sexual violence. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data was collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and observation. The findings show that both NU and Muhammadiyah scholars strongly condemn child molestation, viewing it as contrary to moral values and Islamic teachings. Both groups emphasize the importance of moral and religious education as the primary preventive measure and support strict legal enforcement against perpetrators. Although there are differences in approaches to handling cases, the perspectives of these two organizations complement each other in the prevention and management of child molestation. This study provides insights into the role of scholars in formulating policies and strategies that align with religious norms and societal values to protect children from sexual violence.

This study aims to analyze student behavior in determining sharia products using the Network Process (ANP) Analysis approach. The subject of the study was 73 Sharia Economics students who were respondents in this study. A qualitative descriptive approach is used to understand factors that affect student preferences, such as religiosity, knowledge, economic benefits, social environment, and constraints. Data were obtained through questionnaires that were analyzed using paired comparison matrices, normalization, and consistency calculations. The results of the study show that consumer behavior refers to the way individuals or groups make decisions to buy, use, and dispose of goods or services. It covers various aspects that influence purchasing decisions, such as: a). Decision Making Process b) Factors influencing c) Market Segmentation d) Trends and Changes. The results showed that religiosity had the highest priority weight (50.28%), followed by knowledge (26.02%), economic benefits (13.43%), social environment (6.78%), and constraints (3.48%). This shows that the aspect of religiosity is the main factor that affects students' preferences in choosing sharia products, while knowledge plays an important role in improving sharia financial literacy. The consistency of the data obtained was tested using the Consistency Ratio (CR), which yielded a value of 0.0835, indicating that the comparison data was consistent.

The health issues faced by communities are often caused by a lack of knowledge and awareness of healthy living practices. This study aims to enhance community awareness and participation through an education and empowerment-based service program. The methods employed include training, workshops, and outreach activities that involve active participation from the community. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in community knowledge and behavior regarding health issues, evidenced by the rising participation in health check-ups and the adoption of healthy practices in daily life. The implications of this research demonstrate that collaborative and participatory approaches are effective in empowering communities and supporting the sustainability of health programs. Additionally, these findings serve as a foundation for developing more relevant and responsive community service programs that address the evolving needs of society in the future. This research is a field research aimed at knowing and understanding the role and strategy of caregivers in shaping philanthropic characters in the foster children of Muhammadiyah Probolinggo orphanage. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of field study research that takes place naturally in the original environment of the research object (natural setting). The results of the study show that the role of caregivers in the formation of philanthropic character in foster children in the Muhammadiyah Putra Orphanage in Probolinggo City is achieved through several holistic and integrated approaches in the role, including 1) the caregiver as the caregiver itself and also the caregiver as a companion as well as a parent so that they can have emotional, psychological, empathetic and social closeness. 2) The strategy of caregivers in shaping philanthropic character in Muhammadiyah boys' orphanages is to provide several programs and activities called role simulations, emotional reflections, volunteer days, and support for friends. 3) Challenges faced by caregivers in the formation of philanthropic character in Muhammadiyah orphanage foster children include psychological, social, and cultural challenges. The psychological challenges obtained are in the form of the mentality of the recipients of assistance, and the social challenges obtained are in the form of age differences in foster children, while cultural challenges are in the form of the backgrounds of foster children who come from rural communities that also lack proper education.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika kemandirian wanita dalam peran rumah tangga dari perspektif Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) dan kajian kitab Fathul Nizar. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menyelidiki fenomena dan isu terkini yang dihadapi oleh wanita Muslim dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab domestik mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun KHI dan Fathul Nizar memberikan kerangka hukum yang mendukung peran wanita sebagai istri dan ibu, praktik di lapangan sering kali menunjukkan adanya konflik antara tuntutan domestik dan partisipasi dalam dunia kerja. Wanita sering kali mengalami stres akibat peran ganda yang mereka jalani, yaitu sebagai pengelola rumah tangga sekaligus pekerja. Selain itu, keterlibatan suami dalam mengasuh anak dan pembagian tugas rumah tangga masih terbatas, yang dapat menghambat kemandirian wanita. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa akses terhadap pendidikan dan pelatihan sangat penting untuk memberdayakan perempuan dalam konteks ekonomi, sehingga mereka dapat berkontribusi secara finansial tanpa mengabaikan tanggung jawab domestik. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi kebijakan pengembangan yang lebih mendukung kesetaraan gender dalam keluarga dan masyarakat.

Lecturers have a role in the academic field and building student resilience. Academically, lecturers are obliged to teach, research and serve. In addition, students really need the role of lecturers in building student resilience. The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge to lecturers that in addition to teaching, researching and serving, lecturers also have a role in building student resilience. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with SWOT analysis. The results of the study said that there were six student respondents who became student resilience in lectures. Factors that become student resilience in lectures from several respondents can be seen that student resilience is related to finance in paying tuition fees, self-development, mental heal and motivation. Meanwhile, at the Ahmad Dahlan Institute campus, the role of lecturers in building student resilience consists of four types, namely a) Character Development, b) Academic Guidance, c) Emotional Support and d) Stress Management. In addition, the role of lecturers in building student resilience has four categories, namely i) Integrative-Collaborative, ii) Innovative-Communicative, iii) Innovative-Collaborative and iv) Integrative-Communicative.
