Abstract

Problem found and interested to be studied is the low of work satisfaction from the most of civil cervant on duty little and intermediate micro effort corporation Belu regency. It’s predictable influenced by leaderships style, work environment, job character, and civil cervant’s work motivation.To analyze the problem found, the writer chose 20 civil cervants as the sample by using cold-drawn sampling. The data gathered from both primary and secondary sources then it’s analyzed by descriptive statistic and inferencial with SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software support release 20. The result of research shows that the value of hypothesis probality test partially and simultaneously smaller than alpha 0, 05 so it shows that leaderships style, work environment, job character, and civil cervant’s work motivation partially and simultaneously is significance influenced to work satisfaction of civil cervant on duty little and intermediate micro effort corporation Belu regency. The result of analyzis standardized bifilar linear regression shows that work environment as the bigest factor that influenced to civil cervants’ work satisfaction with β2 = 0,563 coefficient regression while work motivation as the smallest factor that influenced to civil cervants’ work satisfaction with β4 = 0,173 coefficient regression. Simultaneously, leaderships style, work environment, job character and work motivation has influence 74, 80 % to civil cervants’ work satisfaction while 25, 20 % is influenced by another factors which didn’t include in model used or which isn’t be studied because of constant assumed.

Abstract

This research is to find out the level of patients who get Regional Health Insurance (Jamkesda) in RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai, Berau Regency. Based on the results of the study, the sample in this study were 96 Jamkesda patients in dr. Abdul Rivai, Berau Regency. Data processing in this study uses an average average analysis tool and then prints the average income with Eligible (KHL) then to test hypotheses with a 95% confidence level. The results show that the average income of Jamkesda patients in RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai of Berau Regency was Rp. 1,888,542, - Monthly while the Decent Living Needs Value (KHL) of Berau District in 2016 was Rp. 2,778,624, - meaning the income of Jamkesda patients in dr. Abdul Rivai is under the value of Decent Living Needs (KHL). In general, the work of Jamkesda participants in RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai is a farmer, fisherman, daily laborer, builder and housewife whose income is still below the needs of decent living (KHL). Of the 96 respondents there were 10 people from the group of fishermen as many as 7 people, farmers as many as 2 people and builders as many as 1 person whose income was above the needs of Decent Living (KHL), while 86 patients participating participants received income still needed. . Characteristics of patients participating in Jamkesda in dr. Abdul Rivai of Berau District, out of 96 respondents, 89.6% are still classified as poor people who are eligible to become Jamkesda participants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the financial performance of PT Berau Motor Part in 2015, 2016, and 2017. In this paper using financial ratio analysis tools. Based on the results of the study and discussion of the analysis of financial statements and doing some calculations using financial ratios, among others, liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio, and profitability ratio can be concluded that the liquidity ratio of PT Berau Motor Part is in good condition. Where the company is declared healthy and in good condition because it is able to pay off short-term obligations. The solvency ratio of PT Berau Motor Part is in a good condition. Where total debt is still low compared to total assets and total capital. Then it can be interpreted that the company is able to cover its debts with assets and capital. Activity ratio at PT Berau Motor Part is in a bad condition. In the sense that the company has not been effective in using the company's resources. The profitability ratio of PT Berau Motor Part is in a bad condition. Then it can be interpreted that the company has not been able to increase profitability. So the writer draws back this research hypothesis, because the results of the study indicate that the financial performance of PT Berau Motor Part is not fully in good condition.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The economy of Berau Regency undergoes changes in the structure dominated by the primary sector through: mining & excavation and agriculture, forestry & fisheries. Changes in the contribution of the secondary sector towards the tertiary sector are dominated by the large & retail trade sector; transportation & warehousing; and education services. Changes in the secondary sector experienced a slowdown sourced from the processing industry giving a slow Shift-Share and the construction sector being the biggest driver for changes in the secondary sector. The results of the Location Quotient analysis for the period 2001-2017 state that the business sectors categorized as superior in Berau Regency include the mining & quarrying sector; agriculture, forestry & fisheries; big & retail trade; transportation & warehousing; education services; government administration; real estate; food & drink accommodation providers; information & communication; other services; health services & social activities; company services; water supply; and the electricity & gas procurement sector. Keywords: Superior Economic and Sector Structure ABSTRAK Perekonomian Kabupaten Berau mengalami perubahan struktur yang didominasi sektor primer melalui: pertambangan & penggalian dan pertanian, kehutanan & perikanan. Perubahan kontribusi sektor sekunder menuju sektor tersier didominasi sektor perdagangan besar & eceran; transportasi & pergudangan; dan jasa pendidikan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the extent to which the contribution of the Coal Mining Sub Sector to the Mining and Excavation Sector in Berau District. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the coal mining sector to the mining and quarrying sector in Berau District. In this study using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2013-2017 Berau District. The results of the study show that in 2013 the contribution of the coal mining sub sector to the mining and quarrying sector showed a higher figure than in 2014-2017, this was due to higher production of rill production and an increase in global coal prices. Keywords: Contributions, Mining Sector ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana Kontribusi Sub Sektor Pertambangan Batu Bara Terhadap Sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian Di Kab.Berau. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi sektor pertambangan batu bara terhadap sektor pertambangan dan penggalian di Kabupaten Berau. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang di peroleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) priode 2013-2017 Kabupaten Berau. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2013 kontribusi sub sektor pertambangan batu bara terhadap sektor pertambangan dan penggalian menunjukkan angka yang lebih tinggi dari pada tahun 2014-2017, hal ini dikarenakan produksi rill lebih tinggi peningkatan produksi nya dan peningkatan harga batu bara global. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the income of traders in the Dusk Market Build-Up Market in Sambaliung Subdistrict and then compare it with the standard Berau District Minimum Wage for 2018 The method used in this paper is survey research using interviews as a data collection tool. homogeneous, that is, all traders in the Pasar Dusk Kampung Bebanir Bangun Sambaliung District. However, the number of traders in Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun, Sambiung District is more than 100, so the number of samples taken in this study is 20% of 120 traders, which is as many as 24 traders. This is in accordance with the opinion of Suharsini Arikunto (2006: 14), if the research subjects are less than 100, it is better to take all, but if the subject is large or more than 100, it can be taken between 10-15% or 20-25% or more. The analytical method used in the study included validity and reliability tests to test questionnaires, in addition to other analyzes that were used, among others, regression analysis which included Calculating Average, T Test, and Standard Deviation. The results of testing and analysis can be concluded that the value of th is greater than td, then the hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted. This means that the income of the traders at the Kampung Pasar Dusk Market Builds Sambaliung Sub-District above the Berau District Minimum Wage in 2018. Keywords: Merchant Income ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Pendapatan Pedagang Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun Kecamatan Sambaliung kemudian di bandingkan dengan standart Upah Minimum Kabupaten Berau Tahun 2018 Metode yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian survai dengan menggunakan wawancara sebagai alat pengumpulan data. bersifat homogen, yaitu seluruh pedagang yang berada di Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun Kecamatan Sambaliung. Namun jumlah pedagang di Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun Kecamatan Sambiung lebih dari 100, maka jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 % dari 120 pedagang, yaitu sebanyak 24 pedagang. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan pendapat Suharsini Arikunto (2006:14), apabila subyek penelitian kurang dari 100, lebih baik diambil semua, tetapi jika subyeknya besar atau lebih dari 100, maka dapat diambil antara 10-15 % atau 20-25 % atau lebih. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian antara lain uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk menguji kuisioner, selain itu analisis lain yang diigunakan antara lain analisis regresi yang mencakup Rata-Rata Hitung, Uji T, dan Standar Deviasi. Hasil pengujian dan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Nilai th lebih besar dari td, maka hipotesis yang diajukan penulis diterima. Artinya pendapatan pedagang Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun Kecamatan Sambaliung diatas Upah Minimum Kabupaten Berau Tahun 2018. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Pedagang

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence Revenue in Tanjung Redeb Public Port in 2017. In this study using secondary data obtained from the Office of Class III Port Operator Unit Tanjung Redeb. The unit of analysis in this thesis research is Tanjung Redeb's Class III Port Operator Unit Office which is engaged in controlling and supervising port activities, shipping safety and security at ports, as well as providing port services. The population taken is all types of port services in the Office of Class III Port Operator Unit Tanjung Redeb. Sempel used in this study is port services that are recorded in the Office of Class III Port Operator Unit Tanjung Redeb with reports of data and information needed in this study. From the results of the study indicate that in 2017 the hypothesis is generally accepted, because based on the Analysis of the Service Type Regression regression coefficient has a dominant effect on Port Revenues in the Port of Tanjung Redeb. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang di peroleh dari Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Tanjung Redeb. Unit analisis dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Tanjung Redeb yang bergerak dalam bidang pengendalian dan pengawasan kegiatan kepelabuhanan, keselamatan dan keamanan pelayaran pada pelabuhan, serta penyediaan atau pelayanan jasa kepelabuhanan. Populasi yang diambil adalah semua jenis jasa kepelabuhanan yang ada di Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Tanjung Redeb. Sempel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jasa kepelabuhanan yang terdata di Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Tanjung Redeb dengan laporan data maupun informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2017 secara umum hipotesis diterima, karena berdasarkan analisis koefisien regresi Jenis Jasa Labuh berpengaruh dominan terhadap Pendapatan Pelabuhan di Pelabuhan Umum Tanjung Redeb. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of rice farmers in Central Sukan Village, Sambaliung District. Furthermore, this research is expected to be useful as input and consideration for the Berau District Government to determine strategies and programs in the development of rice food crops in Berau District. The analysis tool used is by using the Coob Douglas Function and through regression and correlation analysis which is then tested using the F Test. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done, it can be seen that the effect of land and capital usage on the production of paddy farmers in Central Sukan village using regression analysis is obtained by the equation: Y = 0.0452 + 0.0016 X2 + 1.3810 X3. Furthermore, it is stated in the Cobb Douglass production function as follows: Qi = 0.0443 Li (0.0016) Ki (1,3810) This equation shows that every addition to the Land Area factor will have an influence on increasing Paddy Farmer Production in Central Sukan Village. Likewise, the addition of working capital will have an influence on increasing Paddy Farmer Production in Central Sukan Village. Then the results of the calculation in hypothesis testing with the F (Fh) test are compared with the F value in the table (Ft) with free degrees 2 and 7, so that the Ft value is 4.74. because F count (175) is greater than F table, the hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted. In this case, the area of ​​land and capital together have a significant effect on the production of farmers at a confidence level of 95%. The correlation coefficient from the results of the analysis is 0.99 means that each addition of land area and capital will be followed by the addition of production proportionally and vice versa. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.98 or 98% of the variation in fluctuations in the production of farmers in Central Sukan village influenced by land area and capital factors. While the remaining 0.02 percent is influenced by other factors that are outside the model. Keywords: Land Area, Capital, Production ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi petani padi di Kampung Sukan Tengah Kecamatan Sambaliung. Selanjutnya penelitian ini diharapkan berguna sebagai bahan masukan dan pertimbangan bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten Berau guna menentukan strategi dan program dalam pengembangan tanaman pangan padi di Kabupaten Berau. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan Fungsi Coob Douglas dan melalui analisis regresi dan korelasi yang selanjutnya diuji dengan menggunakan Uji F. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh penggunaan Luas Lahan dan Modal terhadap Produksi Petani Padi di Kampung Sukan Tengah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan : Y = 0,0452 + 0,0016 X2 + 1,3810 X3. Selanjutnya dinyatakan dalam fungsi produksi Cobb Douglass sebagai berikut : Qi = 0,0443 Li (0,0016) Ki (1,3810) Persamaan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa setiap terjadi penambahan faktor Luas Lahan maka akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan Produksi Petani Padi di Kampung Sukan Tengah. Demikian pula penambahan Modal kerja akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan Produksi Petani Padi di Kampung Sukan Tengah. Selanjutnya hasil hitungan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F (Fh) dibandingkan dengan nilai F pada tabel (Ft) dengan derajat bebas 2 dan 7, sehingga diperoleh nilai Ft sebesar 4,74. karena F hitung (175) lebih besar dari F tabel maka hipotesis yang diajukan penulis diterima. Dalam hal ini bahwa Luas Lahan dan Modal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produksi Petani pada tingkat keyakinan sebesar 95%. Koefisien korelasi dari hasil analisis adalah 0,99 berarti bahwa setiap penambahan Luas Lahan dan Modal akan diikuti dengan penambahan Produksi secara proporsional demikian pula sebaliknya. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai 0,98 atau 98% variasi naik turunnya Produksi Petani di Kampung Sukan Tengah dipengaruhi oleh faktor Luas Lahan dan Modal. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,02 persen adalah dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang berada diluar model. Kata Kunci : Luas Lahan, Modal, Produksi

Pendapatan karyawan depo air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Tanjung Redeb secara rata-rata sebesar Rp. 4.392.000 per karyawan dalam satubulan, dengan nilai standar deviasi sebesar Rp.793.950. Berdasarkan analisis secara statistic dengan menggunakan uji t pada tingkat keyakinan 95% di dapat nilai t hitung sebesar 14,368 sedangkan t tabel sebesar 2,009. Karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, maka penulis menolak H0 dan Ha1 dan menerima hipotesis alternatif 2 (Ha2) bahwa pendapatan karyawan depo air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Tanjung Redeb sudah berada diatas kebutuhan hidup layak Tahun 2017 yaitu sebesar Rp. 2,778.624. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the income of Inpatient Patient Class III at General Hospital of Drs. Abdul Rivai Berau District which is then compared with Decent Living Needs in Berau District. This writing using the analysis tool is the average method of calculation proposed by Anto Dajan and hypothesis testing with Test t. Based on the results of the study, the average income count of each inpatient class III patients at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Abdul Rivai of Berau Regency is Rp 2,723,333, - per month, which is lower than Berau District Living Needs in 2016 worth Rp 2,778,624, -. Standard deviation of average income of inpatient class III patient at Dr. General Hospital. Abdul Rivai District of Berau is Rp.870.510, -. That the value of t arithmetic (th) is -0.34 is smaller than the value of t in the table (td). Since th value is smaller than t value, the hypothesis is rejected. This means that the income of inpatient class III patients at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Abdul Rivai District Berau below the value of Berau District Living Needs Year 2016. Distrik Abdul Rivai Berau yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan Kebutuhan Hidup Layak di Distrik Berau. Tulisan ini menggunakan alat analisis adalah metode perhitungan rata-rata yang diusulkan oleh Anto Dajan dan pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penghitungan pendapatan rata-rata setiap pasien rawat inap kelas III di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Abdul Rivai dari Kabupaten Berau adalah Rp 2.723.333, - per bulan, yang lebih rendah dari Kebutuhan Hidup Distrik Berau pada 2016 senilai Rp. 2,778.624, -. Standar deviasi pendapatan rata-rata pasien rawat inap kelas III di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Distrik Abdul Rivai di Berau adalah Rp.870.510, -. Bahwa nilai t hitung (th) adalah -0,34 lebih kecil dari nilai t dalam tabel (td). Karena nilai th lebih kecil dari nilai t, hipotesis ditolak. Artinya pendapatan pasien rawat inap kelas III di RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Kabupaten Berau di bawah nilai Kebutuhan Hidup Kecamatan Berau Tahun 2016.
