Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that inhibit the function of Social Security Protection Division (Linjamsos) on the Social Service of Berau District in the implementation of Hope Harvest Program (PKH) as government effort in alleviating poverty and development of Social Security Protection Division (Linjamsos) an effort to strengthen the function of the Social Service of the District of Berau in the context of poverty alleviation. This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used is institutional capacity building theory from Riyadi Soeprapto (2010). The results of this study indicate that Linjamsos Social Service of Berau Regency can not optimally perform its function as the implementer of Family Hope Program (PKH) in efforts to alleviate poor vulnerable population because it still has barriers from the system in the form of lack of commitment of PKH Assistant to implement the rule expressly as legal basis, communication systems, limited facilities and infrastructure, poor road infrastructure, unknowing beneficiary families (KPM) with banking system, and inclusion of errors and exlusion errors in the KPM data validation process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether significantly the average income level of street sellers in Jalan Ahmad Yani (Tepian Sungai Segah) Tanjung Redeb has been above the Berau Living Needs (BLN) of Berau District in 2017. The usefulness of this research is knowing and getting the picture average income level of the Street Traders on Jalan Ahmad Yani (Tepian Sungai Segah) Tanjung Redeb. This information is expected to be useful for the local government of Berau District in taking steps in handling or management of street vendors in the area of ​​Jalan Ahmad Yani (Tepian Sungai Segah) Tanjung Redeb The results showed that based on t test results at 95% confidence level and degrees of freedom of n-1 is known t value count (th) is 9.214 while the value of t in the table is equal to 1.761. Because the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t on the table (th> tt), thus the hypothesis proposed authors accepted, it means that the income of street vendors in Jalan Ahmad Yani (Edge River Segah) Tanjung Redeb already above the standard of Living Needs Berau District Year 2017.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the analysis results obtained regression equation Y = 395.186 - 19.424 (X). Based on the results of the analysis shows that the influence of interest rates on the amount of motorcycle sales in Berau District is negative or there is a relationship that is inversely proportional, where if the interest rate increases then the sales of motorcycle credit decreased and vice versa if the interest rate decreased then the sales of motorcycle loans will increased. Correlation analysis is a statistical tool used to find out the strong weak relationship between variables (X) in this case the interest rate with variable (Y) in this case motorcycle sales credit. After analyzed by correlation analysis shows that the relationship between interest rate and credit sales of motorcycles equal to -0.767. This means the relationship between interest rates and sales of motor credits is strong because it is close to 1 and the negative indicates that the relationship is inversely proportional. RINGKASAN Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 395,186 – 19,424 (X). Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh suku bunga terhadap jumlah penjualan kredit sepeda motor di Kabupaten Berau adalah negatif atau terdapat hubungan yang berbanding terbalik, dimana apabila suku bunga naik maka penjualan kredit sepeda motor menurun dan sebaliknya apabila suku bunga turun maka penjualan kredit sepeda motor akan meningkat. Analisis korelasi adalah alat statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kuat lemahnya hubungan antara variabel (X) dalam hal ini tingkat bunga dengan variabel (Y) dalam hal ini penjualan kredit sepeda motor. Setelah dianalisis dengan analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara suku bunga dengan penjualan kredit sepeda motor sebesar -0,767. Hal ini berarti hubungan antara suku bunga dengan penjualan kredit sepeda motor cuku kuat karena mendekati angka 1 sedangkan nilai negative menunjukkan bahwa hubungannya berbanding terbalik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this case the residential area of Saoda Sambaliung District is one of the right alternatives, both in terms of price, convenience facilities and strategic location located in streets Bayanuddin gang Akasia Mandiri Sambaliung District can meet the expectations of the community will a housing needs. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. Respondents of this research are residents of Saoda sub-district of Sambaliung. The result of analysis shows that price, location, income and substitution price have an effect on the decision of house purchase. From the test of coefficient of determination known that 68.60% of the variations that occur in the purchase decision variables are simultaneously influenced by the variable perception of price, location, income and price substitution. While the rest of 31.40% influenced by other factors. From the results of this study found that the factor of the facility is very influential in the purchase of the house. Judging from the amount of coefficient affecting the decision to determine the purchase is the income of 0.443%, the location of 0.340%, the price of 0.268% and the substitution price of 0.283%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the elasticity of demand for laundry service in Sambaliung District of Berau Regency whether it is elastic or inelastic, so it is useful for interested parties to take policy in the future. Based on the research result, it can be seen that the elasticity of laundry service demand in Sambaliung District of Berau Regency is elastic (É›> 1). This is shown from the average elasticity value is 3,337 means that the hypothesis expressed by the authors accepted. The calculation result from simple linear regression equation is known Y = - 47,1+11,950 X with elasticity value in year 2016 is equal to 13,349 (É›> 1) with total of Laundry Service production value is Rp. 738,062,500.

Abstract

The purpose of this study refers to the background and the formulation of problems that researchers proposed is to determine the effect of the number of public transport vehicles to the acceptance Levy Testing Motor Vehicles in the District of Berau during the year 2010 - 2016. There is also a usefulness that researchers expect from the results of this study is to be made as an information material and input for the Government of Berau Regency in the effort to determine the policies related to the business of optimizing the acceptance of Motor Vehicle Testing Test in the future. The result of the research shows that the result of t test is known that the hypothetical that the researcher stated that allegedly the Number of Public Transport Vehicle has significant effect to the acceptance of Retrebusi Testing of Motor Vehicles in Berau District, acceptable. It is biased to see where the tcount (5,624) is greater than the ttable value (2.015). The correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.929 or 92.9% indicates that the relationship between the Number of Public Vehicles (X) on the Receipt of Motor Vehicle Inspection Levies (Y) in Berau District is strong because it is close to one or one hundred percent. Thus, the ups and downs of Motor Vehicle Levies Acceptance is very influential by the ups and downs of the Number of Public Transport Vehicles. The value of coefficient of determination is equal to 0.863 or 86.3%, this figure illustrates that the variation of the rise and fall of the rate of Revenue Levy of Motor Vehicles in the Regency (Y), 86.3% is influenced by the Number of Public Transport Vehicles (X), while the rest of 0.137 or 13.7% is influenced by other factors that are outside the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know clearly about the effect of supervision on the discipline of employee staff RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai District of Berau. This writing uses analysis tools that are Product Moment correlation coefficient, simple linear regression equation and hypothesis testing with Test r. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the simple linear regression equation about the influence of supervision on the discipline of employee staff RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau is Y = 26,94 + 0,61 X. The value of product moment correlation coefficient is 0,5287, so r> 0 (0,5287> 0) hence there is positive linear correlation between supervisory variable and discipline variable work. In this case the closeness of the relationship between the two variables can be interpreted as a fairly good correlation (on a scale of 0.400 to 1.599). The value of t arithmetic is 3.30 while the r value of the table is 0.361. So that th value greater than rt (3,30> 0,361), hence hypothesis proposed in this research accepted or proved that supervision have an effect on signifikan to work discipline employee of RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai District of Berau

Abstract

This study aims to determine the population, the rate of economic growth and the amount of health service fees retribution and also to determine the effect of population and economic growth on the acceptance of health service charges. This study takes place at the District Health Office of Berau and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Berau District. The research method used is documentation study method which comes from financial report and other related documents from Berau District Health Office and Central Bureau of Statistics of Berau Regency. Proving The hypothesis of this study using the F test to test the level of significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously. The results obtained in this study is calculated F calculated by 61.34> from F table with a number of 6.94 using α = 5% so it can be concluded that the population and economic growth together have a significant effect on Acceptance of health service charges

Abstract

The purpose of research that is executed is for calculating and analyze level of income fishermen their Biduk-Biduk In Kabupaten Berau.While uses in this study is to provide an illustration on level of income their Biduk-Biduk In Kabupaten Berau and as information for the government to determine the steps will improve the income especially the fishermen in their Biduk-Biduk.Instrument the analysis used in this research is the average count. Based on the research done it was discovered that the rata-rata the fishers catch broke out at the village the same product with traditional Biduk-Biduk In Kabupaten Berau, pt pgn promised to supply the value of t to count up all ( who came after him and ) was recorded at 9,054 while t table ( tt ) was recorded at 1,691 means a sense of ownership the value of t to count up all ( ) who came after him and was greater than the value t table ( who came after him and & gt; tt ) , as a result of this hypothesis advanced by writer had been obtained by the , and what that means is the yield suggests that the income fishermen who sell their goods in the kampongs are Biduk-Biduk revenues from the divestment were built with the sweat of the needs of decent living khl is regretted by ( ) Kabupaten Berau in years 2017. Abstract

The purpose of research that is done is to find how the influence of the number of patients health BPJS against earnings RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district . While it is expected that writer of function as well as are the result of this research is to be able to used to apply a theory that obtained to in a situation indeed that is in the field and as material information for the hospital side about the influence of the number of patients health bpjs against RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district. Based on the results of regression analysis shows that the number of patients health bpjs influence give a positive response to income of the hospital RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district .Thus the more patients bpjs of health the more it income of the district general hospital RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district that can be accepted .The results of the analysis that a change in the number of patients correlation BPJS health is affecting income of the hospital dr. abdul rivai so that rise or the decline of patients Dr. Abdul Rivai will have the effect of large exposure to income rsud dr. abdul rivai berau district. Hypothesis accepted , it is because based on the t generate that t count & gt; t table but it only increases the number of patients health BPJS significantly affect the income RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district .
