Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reforms No. 14 in 2017 as a regards of Drafting Guidelines of Public Satisfaction Surveys, Public Service Provider Units certify that the State Civil Service (ASN) should providing services to the community professionally. Professionalism highly determined by a person’s competence and capability in working. Related to the services, it could not be establish optimally without the readiness of the State Civil Apparatus to enforce their tasks and responsibilities in serving the community. Based on the results of this study, the conclusions can be drawn as follow : The measurement results of the Community Satisfaction Index at Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Board of Berau Regency totally was 79.01 with B / "Good" service unit category. Relatively, the services in Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Board of Berau Regency categorized as good service by means of the service requirements fulfilled easily, service procedures not convoluted,licensing services also on time, service fees appropriated with the service standards, service results was in accordance with people’s expectation , the staff’s competence was adequate /proficient in serving section, The staff provided an excellent service, and resolved complaints that have been equipped with facilities. From those 9 service indicators indicated that the indicators categorized in a good category, in other word it interpreted by B value

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Population,Investment and Regional Expenditure against Regional Income and Human Development Index of Berau District during period 2014-2018. This research is a causality research that analyze the direct and indirect effect of some independent variables and on the dependent variable by using path analysis. Variable used is variable of Population and Investment and Fregional Expenditure to regional income and Human Development Index of Berau district. The results showed that the variable of population, and Regional Expenditure did not directly affect the regional income in Berau District. The investment variable has a direct and significant effect on the regional income in Berau District. The variable of population, investment, Expenditure, and regional income did not significantly affect the human development index in Berau District. Variables of population, investment, regional expenditure indirectly affect the human development index through regional income in Berau District

Abstract

In the current era of global competition, women and the world of work are not a taboo subject to be discussed. Nowadays women workers have increased increasingly high of course this is supported by the existence of gender equality. where there are equal work rights between men and women. In fact, women are often the main workers in the family. increasing needs in the family require women to become workers to help fulfill the family's economy. therefore, this study aims to explore the contribution of women workers in the family, especially informal sector workers in the city of Palembang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by collecting data through surveys, interviews, and also observations. Data analysis was performed using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the contribution of women workers in urban families, namely women, not only work to take care of the house, husband and children, but women also had towork outside the home and make money to help build the family economy. of course the motivation or desire of working women is driven by the increasing family needs of the day, low husband's income and even sometimes there are husbands who do not work .of course as a woman working as well as a wife and mother is not an easy thing but for the family economy women workers have to divide their time between working outside the home and inside the house so that all the goals can be achieved .

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance at PT Kalimarau Jaya in Tanjung Redeb. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. From the results of employee performance analysis using multiple linear regression, it can be interpreted as follows: The constant value is 7,258. This means that in a state of financial compensation and non-financial compensation the value is fixed or in a state of no influence from Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation, the level of employee performance will move up or down by 7,258. The financial compensation regression coefficient is negative with a coefficient of -0.011. This shows that the financial compensation variable has a negative effect and not in the direction of employee performance. If the level of financial compensation falls by 1 percent, the performance level of PT Kalimarau Jaya's employees in Tanjung Redeb will decrease by 0,011 and vice versa. Non-financial compensation regression coefficient is positive with a coefficient of 0.563. This shows that the non-financial compensation variable has a positive and direct effect on employee performance. If the level of non-financial compensation rises by 1 percent, the performance level of PT Kalimarau Jaya's employees in Tanjung Redeb will also increase by 0.563 percent and vice versa.

Abstract

Tax has a very important role in the life of the state, especially in continuing development, because taxation is one source of state revenue to finance state expenditure. Financing the implementation of government, development and society in the area of Berau Regency needs to be created with maximum efforts to extract sources of revenue and potential utilization owned by the region, one of which is through the Land and Building Tax (PBB). Strategies to increase regional revenue, including the need to know the factors that influence the PBB revenue. This study aims to analyze what factors influence the receipt of land and building tax (PBB) in Berau Regency. The data used in this study are time series data with an observation period of 2014-2018. The analytical tool used is: Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, t Test and F Test. The results of this study indicate that the influence of individual and simultaneous significance of independent variables consisting of: Number of Taxpayers, Building Area, and Land Area has a significant effect on PBB Revenue in Berau Regency. So the hypothesis which states that the alleged number of taxpayers, building area, and land area has a significant effect on the receipt of land and building tax (PBB) in Berau Regency can be accepted. The basis for calculating the amount of PBB owed is the sale value of the tax object (NJOP) on the relevant tax object, there is often an imbalance in the amount of PBB that must be paid due to the location of the tax object and the amount / extent of the tax object concerned, it is recommended to the relevant agencies in terms of This Regional Government of Berau Regency through the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Berau is able to formulate an NJOP assessment system that better reflects the sense of community justice and meets the principle of accountability (besides being accountable), in addition it is necessary to update tax object data owned by taxpayers regularly, so that can be seen the current tax object conditions so that the NJOP can be adjusted.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the contribution of agriculture sector towards the Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) in the Berau regency. Under the guidance of Dr.H.Muhammad Bayu, Drs.MM as the first supervisor and Mr. Dandy Ahmad Drajad, S.Sos.Msi as the second supervisor. The aims of this study is to find out the percentage contribution of agriculture sector towards Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) in the Berau regency. This study use secondary data within annual years form or time series from 2013 until 2017 which obtainable from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in the Berau Regency. Result of this study indicate that every years the contribution of agriculture sector always increase, however always stand under ten percent. In 2017 the contribution of agriculture sector indicate the bigger number than four years latest in 2013-2016. It’s beacause of goverment program for development agriculture and plantation sector and the demand of agriculture result to shipped.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh yang diberikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pendapatan Pedagang Kain Pasar Sanggam Adji Dilayas Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau. Model penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap Pedagang Kain Pasar Sanggam Adji Dilayas Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau pada bulan sebanyak 42 orang pemilik usaha dagang dan penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenus/sensus dengan jumlah responden 42 orang dan diambil sebanyak 42 sampel/responden Metode analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Double Log, dimana secara bersama-sama seluruh variabel independent berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Kain Pasar Sanggam Adji Dilayas Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau. Sedangkan secara parsial semua variabel Modal Usaha, Lokasi Tempat Berdagang dan Kondisi Tempat Berdagangberpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan pedagang kain. Variabel lokasi tempat berdagang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepada Pedagang dengan nilai Thitung 5,841.

Abstract

This study ains to dertemine the effect of economic growth on original local goverment revenue in Berau Regebcy. The purpose of the researche carried out to determine and analyze the effect of economic growth on original local goverment revenue in Berau Regency. Based on the results of this study, it could be seen that economic growth has a negative effect on local own-source revenues, which is indiacated by a correlation of -0.00467. This means thar if economic growth increases bt 1 % the original regional income decreases by 0.00467% thus that the hypithesis stated can be accepted.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out how far the Contrbution of Hotel Tax to Own Source Revenue of Berau District in 2013 – 2018. The data used in this study is the quantitave data taken from the institutions related to this studi such as Central Bureau of Statistics and Local Government Finance and Management Office of Berau District. The methodology used in this study is library research and secondary data obtained from book, scientific journal, and the previous study. The instrument used by the researcher is the formula to find out the contribution, then it confirmed to the table of classification criteria. The result of this study concluded that the contribution of Hotel Tax to Own Source Revenue of Berau District tend to increase year by year. However, based on the average calculation, the contribution is about 1,65% or determined as “less contribution” which means the hypothesis in this study is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of revenue on the consumption of Bagan fishermen in Kampung Tanjung Batu subdistrict Derawan Island. The research was conducted to 75 people in the chart as respondents. The analysis tool used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research can be noted that the amount of income partially influential and positive against the consumption of bagan fishermen in Kampung Tanjung Batu Sub-district Derawan Island. The consumption function indicates the relationship between the revenue variable and the consumption variable where the consumption formula obtained is C = 0.704 + 0.586 Y. Of such equations can be known amount of consumption made at the time of the fishermen income chart Equal to zero hence consumption of fishermen family there is 0.704 or (in million rupiah) Rp. 704,000 and the value 0.586 or 58.6% meaning there is an addition to consumption at the time of increasing revenues and the remainder of 41.4% is used for savings.
