Al-Khair Journal: Management Education di tahun 2022 telah merubah institusi/lembaga penerbit dari IAIN Bengkulu menjadi UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Hal ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan status IAIN Bengkulu menjadi UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Al-Khair Journal: Management Education di tahun 2024 telah menggantikan/merubah nama dari Al-Khair Journal: Management, Education and Law MENJADI Al-Khair Journal: Management Education. Al-Khair Journal : Management Education pernah mengalami kerusakan servers jurnal secara total (di hack) pada awal tahun 2024, yang mengakibatkan semua artikel yang sudah dipublish mulai Vol.1 No.1 2021 s-d Vol. 3 No.2 2023 hilang semua. Maka untuk menghindari kekosongan artikel tim pengelola Al-Khair Journal : Management Education melakukan upload ulang artikel tersebut secara quicksubmite.

Abstract

Abstract: Student administration has not functioned optimally, characterized by the fact that there are still students who are not able to continue their education to a higher level, there are still students who choose to work rather than continue their education. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the administrative function of education in improving the quality of graduates in Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Najiha Seluma. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques using descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Huberman's theory. The results of the study can be concluded that the administration of students in improving the quality of graduates in Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Najiha Not functioning optimally, student administration practices are inseparable from various challenges, such as limited resources, both human resources and learning facility resources. To overcome this challenge, the madrasah has adopted a collaborative approach by involving all school residents, including teachers, students, and parents/guardians of students. Therefore, it can be suggested that to overcome the quality problem of student graduates, the Madrasah adopts a collaborative approach with all school residents, including teachers, students, and parents of students, in preparing the planning and implementation of student programs in an effort to improve the quality of student graduates in Madrasah.Keywords: Student Administration Function, Student Graduate Quality, Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Najiha Seluma. Abstak: Administrasi peserta didik belum berfungsi secara optimal, ditandai dengan masih terdapat siswa belum mampu melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, masih ada siswa memilih bekerja daripada melanjutkan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fungsi administrasi psesrta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Najiha Seluma. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Huberman. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa administrasi peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Najiha belum berfungsi secara optimal, praktik-praktik administrasi peserta didik tidak terlepas dari berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, baik sumber daya manusia maupun sumberdaya fasilitas pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, madrasah telah mengadopsi pendekatan kolaboratif dengan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah, termasuk guru, siswa, dan orang tua/ wali siswa. Oleh karena itu, dapat disarankan bahwa untuk mengatasi masalah mutu lulusan siswa, maka Madrasah mengadopsi pendekatan kolaboratif dengan seluruh warga sekolah, termasuk guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa, dalam menyususn perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program kesiswaan dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu lulusan siswa di Madrasah.Kata kunci: Fungsi Administrasi Peserta Didik, Mutu   Lulusan Siswa, Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Najiha Seluma.

Abstract

Abstract: The use of technology in the process of independent learning is still relatively low, marked by social networks, e-mail or skype, sufing the internet only as communication in cyberspace. This study aims to describe the role of ICT teachers in independent learning in SMP Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah. Using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the role of ICT teachers in independent learning is very important such as teachers as learning designers, facilitators, managers, demonstrators, supervisors, motivators, and as elevators. ICT teachers think positively and always want to progress in learning ICT, have a high awareness to make changes, read journals, learn independently by exploring to find potential and talents, and participate in training, comparative studies to develop abilities, skills to continue to develop in educating students to learn independently. Independent learning can utilize ICT such as E-Learning, powerpoint, e-mail, youtube, learning videos, websites and various learning applications that can be used independently by teachers and students in gaining knowledge, knowledge and information about learning independently. So it can be concluded that ICT teachers can play a role in improving students' independent learning. Thus, it can be suggested that to increase student independent learning, increase the role of ICT teachers in schools.Keywords: The Role of Information and Communication Technology Teachers, Student Independent Learning. Abstrak: Penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran mandiri masih tergolong rendah, ditandai jejaring sosial, e-mail atau skype, sufing internet hanya sebagai komunikasi di dunia maya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru TIK dalam pembelajaran mandiri di SMP Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru TIK dalam pembelajaran mandiri menjadi sangat penting seperti guru sebagai perancang pembelajaran, fasilitator, pengelola, demonstrator, pembimbing, motivator, dan sebagai elevator. Guru TIK berfikir positif dan selalu ingin maju dalam mempelajari TIK, memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi untuk melakukan perubahan, membaca jurnal, belajar mandiri dengan bereksplorasi menemukan potensi dan bakat, ikut pelatihan, studi banding untuk mengembangkan kemampuan, keterampilan untuk terus berkembang dalam mencerdaskan siswa belajar secara mandiri. Pembelajaran mandiri dapat memanfaatkan TIK seperti E-Learning, powerpoint, e-mail, youtube, video pembelajaran, situs dan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri oleh guru dan siswa dalam mendapat ilmu, pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai pembelajaran secara mandiri. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru TIK dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran mandiri siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disarankan, untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran mandiri siswa, maka tingkatkan peran guru TIK di sekolah.Keywords: Peran Guru Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, Pembelajaran Mandiri Siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: Curriculum administration has not played an optimal role in improving the quality of learning, characterized by the lack of teachers' knowledge about curriculum standards and modern learning methods, as well as the limitations of educational facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process. This study aims to describe and analyze the role of curriculum administration in improving the quality of learning in MTsN 2 South Bengkulu. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of the study show that curriculum administration in MTsN 2 South Bengkulu has not been fully effective in improving the quality of learning. There are several challenges, including the lack of teachers' knowledge of applicable curriculum standards and modern learning methods, as well as the limitations of facilities and infrastructure that support curriculum administration, so that the quality of learning is still not optimal. Thus, it can be concluded that the role of curriculum administration can improve the quality of learning. Therefore, it can be suggested that in policy formulation, school principals, and teachers design more effective strategies in curriculum administration, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum, so as to improve the overall quality of learning in MTsN 2 South Bengkulu.Keywords: Role, Curriculum Administration, Learning Quality, Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Abstrak: Administrasi kurikulum belum berperan secara optimal dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran ditandai dengan masih kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang standar kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran modern, serta keterbatasan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran administrasi kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi kurikulum di MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Terdapat beberapa tantangan, termasuk kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang standar kurikulum yang berlaku dan metode pembelajaran yang modern, serta keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung administrasi kurikulum, sehingga mutu pembelajaran masih belum optimal. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran administrasi kurikulum dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dapat disarankan bahwa dalam pengambila kebijakan, kepala sekolah, dan guru merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dalam administrasi kurikulum yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum, sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran secara keseluruhan di MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan.Kata kunci: Peran, Administrasi Kurikulum, Mutu Pembelajaran, Madrasah Tsanawiyah.

Abstract

Abstract: The values of social care character are still difficult to internalize, marked by the fact that it is still difficult to share, help, help and still lack a sense of kinship among students. The purpose of describing Friday infaq activities in increasing the internalization of students' social care character values at SDN 76 Bengkulu City. Using a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of the research are principals, teachers, and students. Interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that Friday infaq activities can increase the internalization of students' social care character values, such as devotion, help, family, loyalty, care, democracy, cooperation, discipline, tolerance, empathy, and devotion. Friday infaq activities such as condolence compensation activities, disaster compensation, school mosque renovation construction, holiday event activities, education costs for underprivileged students, and providing compensation to the underprivileged. Par conséquent, on peut conclure que la mise en œuvre des activités d’infusion du vendredi peut augmenter l’intériorisation des valeurs de caractère de l’aide sociale des élèves, de sorte qu’il peut être suggéré d’intérioriser les valeurs du caractère de l’attention des élèves, augmentant ainsi la mise en œuvre des activités d’infaculté du vendredi dans les écoles.Keywords: Friday Infaq Activities, Internalization, Character Values of Social Care for Students.  Abstrak: Nilai-nilai karakter peduli sosial masih sulit diinternalisasikan, ditandai masih sulit berbagi, menolong, membantu dan masih kurang rasa kekeluargaan di kalangan siswa. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan infaq jumat dalam meningkatkan internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter peduli sosial siswa di SDN 76 Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan infaq Jum’at dapat meningkatkan internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter peduli sosial siswa, seperti sikap pengabdian, tolong menolong, kekeluargaan, setia, peduli, demokrasi, kerjasama, disiplin, toleransi, empati, dan sikap pengabdian. Kegiatan infaq Jum’at seperti kegiatan santunan duka cita, santunan musibah, pembangunan renovasi masjid sekolah, kegiatan acara hari besar, biaya pendidikan siswa kurang mampu, dan memberikan santunan kepada masyarakat kurang mampu. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan infaq jumat dapat meningkatkan internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter peduli sosial siswa, sehingga dapat disarankan untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai karakter peduli siswa, maka tingkatkan pelaksanaan kegiatan infaq jumat di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Kegiatan Infaq Jumat, Internalisasi, Nilai-nilai Karakter Peduli Sosial Siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The professionalism of teachers is still low, marked by teachers still not being able to show learning programs such as SILABUS, Semester Program Plan (RPS), Learning Program Plan (RPP), Weekly Program Plan (RPM) and Daily Program Plan (RPH). The purpose of this research is to map and analyze the role of learning programs in improving the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 South Bengkulu. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Huberman's theory. The results of the study show that the existing learning programs are not fully effective in supporting the improvement of teachers' professionalism, due to limited understanding in creating learning programs, including constraints on access to training, limited technology, and lack of coordination between stakeholders. The professionalism of teachers has not been maximized, marked by teachers who have not been able to display learning programs systematically and have not been able to develop the latest curriculum. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning program plays a role in improving the professionalism of teachers, so it can be suggested that to improve the professionalism of teachers, then increase the role of the learning program systematically in the madrasah.Keywords: Role, Learning Program, Teacher Professionalism, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Abstrak: Profesionalitas guru masih rendah, ditandai dengan guru-guru masih belum mampu memperlihatkan program pembelajaran seperti SILABUS, Rencana Program Semester (RPS), Rencana Program Pembelajaran (RPP), Rencana Program Mingguan (RPM) dan Rencana Program Harian (RPH). Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peran program pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembelajaran yang ada belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan profesionalitas guru, disebabkan keterbatasan pemahaman dalam membuat program pembelajaran, termasuk kendala akses pelatihan, keterbatasan teknologi, dan kurangnya koordinasi antar-stakeholder. Profesionalitas guru belum maksimal, ditandai dengan guru belum mampu menampilkan program pembelajaran secara sistematis dan belum mampu mengembangkan kurikulum terbaru. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pembelajaran berperan dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, sehingga dapat disarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, maka tingkatkanlah peran program pembelajaran secara sistematis di madrasah.Kata kunci: Peran, Program Pembelajaran, Profesionalitas Guru, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Abstract: The administration of educational facilities and infrastructure has not played an optimal role, so that the quality of education is still difficult to achieve, marked by planning, procurement, maintenance and recording as well as the elimination of goods have not been fully carried out.  The purpose of this research is to map and analyze the role of facilities and infrastructure administration in improving the quality of education in Quran Bakti Ilahi Bengkulu Elementary School. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis uses Hubermant's theory. The results of this study show that the quality of education at SD Quran Bakti Ilaahi Bengkulu is generally quite good.  This can be seen from the achievement and development of student learning outcomes. From the learning results of SD Quran Bakti Ilaahi students in grade 3 children have been able to memorize 3-10 juz, students are able to read the Quran well in only 3 to 6 months. However, at the level of management of facilities and infrastructure administration, it has not fully played a good role, because there is still improper procurement, maintenance is not optimal, and the recording of facilities and infrastructure does not exist. As a result, the achievement of quality education becomes difficult to realize. So it can be suggested, to improve the quality of education, then increase the role of the administration of educational infrastructure facilities in schools.Keywords: Role, Facilities and Infrastructure Administration, Education Quality, Elementary School. Abstrak: Administrasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan belum berperan secara optimal, sehingga mutu pendidikan masih sulit dicapai, ditandai dengan perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan dan pencatatan serta penghapusan barang belum sepenuhnya dilakukan.  Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peran administrasi sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar quran bakti ilaahi bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teori Hubermant. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan mutu pendidikan SD Quran Bakti Ilaahi Bengkulu secara umum sudah cukup baik.  Hal ini terlihat dari prestasi dan perkembangan hasil belajar siswanya. Dari hasil belajar siswa SD Quran Bakti Ilaahi  di kelas 3 anak-anak sudah mampu menghafal 3-10 juz, siswa mampu membaca al-Quran dengan baik hanya kurun waktu 3 sampai dengan 6 bulan saja. Namun pada tingkat pengelolaan administrasi sarana dan prasarana belum sepenuhnya berperan secara baik, karena masih terdapat pengadaan tidak tepat, pemeliharaan tidap optimal, pencatatan sarana dan prasarana belum ada. Sehingga mengakibatkan pencapaian mutu pendidikan menjadi sulit diwujudkan. Sehingga dapat disarankan, untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, maka tingkatkan peran adminstrasi sarana prasarana pendidikan di sekolah.Kata kunci: Peran, Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana, Mutu Pendidikan, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of an independent curriculum is still difficult to apply to PAI subjects, because the content of the design still overlaps with other subjects. The purpose of the research is to analyze the content of the design of the development of the independent curriculum in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at SDN 066 North Bengkulu. Using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the content of the independent curriculum design of Islamic Religious Education subjects includes (1) Al-Qur'an and Hadith which contain learning hijaiya, harakat, makhrojul letters, writing, reading and memorizing short letters, (2) Aqidah which contains: pillars of faith and pillars of Islam, (3) Morals which contains: understanding of commendable behaviors, (4) Fiqh which contains: Halan and Haram, Thaharah, Fasting, Sunnah Prayer, Fardhu Prayer. Hajj and Qurban, zakat, and infaq, and (5) SKI which contains: The Story of the Prophets and Messengers, The Hijrah Journey of the Prophet Muhammad, and Khulafaurrasyidin. Therefore, it can be concluded that the content of the design of the development of the independent curriculum in the subject of Islamic Religious Education includes the design of the implementation of the independent curriculum, the elements and achievements of the Islamic Religious Education subject, the pouring of achievements per element into the goals and learning flow made to become a teaching module. So it can be suggested, for the development of an independent curriculum, then increase the analysis of content and curriculum design in schools.Keywords: Analysis, Content of Independent Curriculum Development Design, Islamic Religious Education. Abstrak: Pengembangan kurikulum merdeka masih sulit diterapkan pada mata pelajaran PAI, karena isi desain masih tumpang tindih dengan mata pelajaran lain. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis isi desain pengembangan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 066 Bengkulu Utara. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi desain kurikulum merdeka mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam meliputi (1) Al-Qur’an dan Hadis yang berisi pembelajaran hijaiya, harakat, makhrojul huruf, penulisan, pembacaan dan penghafalan surat-surat pendek, (2) Aqidah yang berisi: rukun iman dan rukun islam, (3) Akhlak yang berisi: pemahaman terhadap perilaku-perilaku terpuji, (4) Fiqh yang berisi: Halan dan Haram, Thaharah, Puasa, Sholat sunah, Shalat Fardhu. Haji dan Qurban, zakat, dan infak, dan (5) SKI yang berisi: Kisah para nabi dan Rasul, Perjalanan Hijrah nabi Muhammad, dan Khulafaurrasyidin. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa isi desain pengembangan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam meliputi rancangan penerapan kurikulum merdeka, elemen dan capaian mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, penuangan capaian per elemen kedalam tujuan dan alur pembelajaran dibuat untuk menjadi modul ajar. Sehingga dapat disarankan, untuk pengembangan kurikulum merdeka, maka tingkatkan analisis isi dan desain kurikulum di sekolah.Kata kunci: Analisis, Isi Desain Pengembangan Kurikulum Merdeka, Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of educators still seems difficult to realize, because the management of the technology-based administrative system has not been optimally carried out, this can be seen that there are still educators who are not able to fill in the value of technology-based report cards. The purpose of the research is to describe and analyze the management of technology-based administrative systems in improving the quality of educators in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the management of the technology-based administrative system in general has been managed well, but there are still educators who have not been able to manage properly, especially in the management of report card assessments, so that there are often assessment errors, educators in general have been of good quality, but there are still educators who are not of good quality, this can be seen at the level of learning management ability such as learning program planning,  The organization of learning, the implementation of learning and the supervision or evaluation of learning outcomes have not been optimally implemented. So it can be concluded that technology-based administrative system management can improve the quality of educators, so it can be suggested, if you want to improve the quality of educators, then improve the management of technology-based administrative systems in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Bengkulu SelatanKeywords: Management, Technology-Based Administration System, Quality of Educators. Abstak: Mutu tenaga pendidik masih terkesan sulit diwujudkan, karena manajemen system administrasi berbasis teknologi belum optimal dilakukan, hal ini terlihat masih ada tenaga pendidik belum mampu mengisi nilai rapot berbasis teknologi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen system administrasi berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen system administrasi berbasis teknologi secara umum telah dikelola dengan baik, namun masih ada tenaga pendidik belum mampu mengelola secara baik, khususnya dalam pengelolaan penilaian raport, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan penilaian, tenaga pendidik secara umum telah bermutu, namun masih ada tenaga pendidik yang belum bermutu, hal ini  terlihat tingkat kemampuan manajemen pembelajaran seperti perencanaan program pembelajaran, pengorganisasi pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengawasan atau evaluasi hasil pembelajaran belum optimal dilaksasanakan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen system administrasi berbasis teknologi dapat meningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik, sehingga dapat disarankan, jika ingin meningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik, maka tingkatkan manajemen system administrasi berbasis teknologi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Bengkulu SelatanKata kunci: Manajemen, Sistem Administrasi Berbasis Teknologi, Mutu Tenaga Pendidik.

Abstract

Abstract: An organized and systematic Filing System is the key to managing information and documents, but it has not played an optimal role in improving the quality of education, this can be seen as still difficult to find correspondence documents during accreditation. The purpose of the research is to describe the role of the archiving system in improving the quality of education in 49 public elementary schools in Bengkulu City. Using a qualitative method of descriptive approach, involving observation, in-depth interviews with teaching and administrative staff, and analysis of school documents. The results of the study show that the role of the archiving system in general is good, seen not only to increase administrative efficiency, but also to support decision-making in planning and evaluating educational programs. In addition, neat archiving helps in facilitating communication between stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and the school. However, in an effort to improve the quality of education that has not been optimally carried out, it is still difficult to find important documents in schools. Thus, it can be concluded that the role of the archiving system can improve the quality of education, thus recommending further development in archiving practices to achieve more optimal results.Keywords: Role, Filing System, Quality of Education, Elementary School. Abstrak: Sistem Pengarsipan yang terorganisir dan sistematis menjadi kunci dalam pengelolaan informasi dan dokumen, namun belum berperan secara optimal dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, hal ini terlihat masih kesulitan menemukan dokumen persuratan saat akreditasi berlangsung. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peran system pengarsipan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar negeri 49 Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan staf pengajar dan administrasi, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran system pengarsipan secara umum sudah baik, terlihat tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, tetapi juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan dan evaluasi program pendidikan. Selain itu, pengarsipan yang rapi membantu dalam memfasilitasi komunikasi antar stakeholder, termasuk guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah. Namun dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan belum optimal dilakukan terlihat masih sulit menemukan dokumen surat-surat penting di sekolah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran sistem pengarsipan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, sehingga merekomendasikan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam praktik pengarsipan untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal.Kata kunci: Peran, Sistem Pengarsipan, Mutu Pendidikan, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Abstract: English learning still creates difficulties among students, marked by a lack of motivation and creativity of students.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the pedagogic competence of teachers in learning English for students at the Modern Islamic Boarding School of Darussalam Kepahyang. Using qualitative descriptive methods, data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique follows Huberman's theory through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification as the stage of concluding. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the pedagogic competence of teachers in teaching English to students in Islamic boarding schools is generally at a good level, because English teachers have the skills to open classes, and have the ability to master learning materials and methods, and teachers have been able to manage classes, including closing learning. However, in the English learning process, there are still obstacles and obstacles, such as the lack of optimal student learning outcomes. So that it can be suggested to improve students' English learning, then increase the pedagogic competence of teachers in Islamic boarding schools.Keywords: Pedagogic Competence of Teachers, English Learning for Students, Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Kepahiang. Abstrak: Pembelajaran bahasa inggris masih menciptakan kesulitan dikalangan santri, ditandai motivasi dan kreatifitas santri masih kurang.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogic guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa inggris santri di pondok pesantren Modern Darussalam Kepahyang. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data mengikuti teori Huberman melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data sebagai tahapan menyimpulkan. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengajar bahasa Inggris siswa di pondok pesantren secara umum berada pada tingkat baik, karena guru bahasa Inggris telah memiliki keterampilan untuk membuka kelas, dan memiliki kemampuan menguasai materi dan metode pembelajaran, dan guru telah mampu mengelola kelas, termasuk menutup pembelajaran. Namun, dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa inggris masih mengalami hambatan dan kendala, seperti kurang maksimalnya hasil belajar santri. Sehingga dapat disarankan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran bahasa inggris siswa, maka tingkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di pondok pesantren.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru, Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Santri, Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Kepahyang.
