Abstract

The spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Indonesia is getting wider and results in so many effects. Besides mortality and economy, this country experiences also a lot of problems. However, a lot of expert and scholars said that Perpu (the government regulation in lieu of law) No. 1 Year 2020 resulted in legal problems. Therefore, the research question of this study is questioning “have the government regulation in lieu of law (Perppu) No. 1 Year 2020 fulfilled the requirement of force majeure condition as what has already been stated in Articel 22 UUD NRI Year 1945? And how is the substance of the regulation of Article 27 point (2) and (3) Perpu No. 1 Year 2020 correlated with immunity rights, and the principles of the establishment of legal regulation in Indonesia? The method used in the study was normative. The approach used was legal regulations and legal principles of the establishment of legal regulations. The result found out that the government regulation in lieu of law Perpu No. 1 Year 2020 published by President Joko Widodo to hold Covid-19 is his right in accordance with the clauses of Article 22 UUD NRI Year 1945, however article 27 point (2) and (3) Perpu No. 1 Year 2020 violate the basic principles of the establishment of legal regulation and it would be potential that the provision of this article lead to uncertainty and injustice.

Abstract

Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) is a type of fruit vegetable, very good to be developed because it has a high economic value, has a unique taste, which is a combination of sweet and sour flavors, making tomatoes one of the fruits that are in great demand by the public. Tomatoes can be consumed fresh or processed into juice and a mixture of cooking spices. Industry players use tomatoes for sauces, cosmetic ingredients, and even as ingredients for medicines because they contain protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins. The complete vitamin content in tomatoes is believed to cure various diseases. The research objective was to financially analyze the effect of the interaction between dosage and application of organic liquid fertilizer on tomato plant production and the income of tomato farmers. The hypothesis of this study is that it is suspected that the use of organic liquid fertilizers to the production of tomato plants is financially beneficial. This research was arranged in a randomized block design (RBD) in a factorial pattern. Consists of two factors, namely: the first factor is the type of liquid organic fertilizer (P) which consists of two levels, namely liquid organic fertilizer from seaweed (P1) and liquid organic fertilizer from organic matter (P2) and the second factor is the dose of liquid organic fertilizer ( D) which consists of four levels. The use of seaweed liquid organic fertilizer increases the number of leaves, the number of flowers, and the number of fruit of the tomato plant. The weight of tomatoes also increased from 15,972 kg per hectare to 28,240 kg per hectare. So that financially there is also an increase in farmer income from Rp. 19,318,305, - to Rp. 54,652,305, - or an increase of 182.90%. It is suggested in further research to try the utilization of this organic seaweed fertilizer in other vegetable crops.

Abstract

The community service program (PPM) is the third Dharma college that must be implemented by all lecturers. The method used is generally in the form of technology transfer, either through training, education or hands-on practice. The technology applied must be a proven technology, no longer trial and error. The success of a university in carrying out PPM will be reflected in the performance achieved each year. The first year of research was focused on examining the research scheme managed by LPPM Unsoed with BLU funds for 2017-2019; the amount of funded research in the Soshum field and its suitability with TKT. The method used is a metaanalysis with a systematic review model, which is followed by FGD. The data and information obtained were analyzed thoroughly with an inductive approach based on the results of observations, interviews, discussions and secondary data to compile a descriptive abstraction with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that there were 6 (six) research schemes that were always held by LPPM Unsoed in 2017-2019, namely: International Research Collaboration (IRC), Unsoed Leading Research, Unsoed Institutional Research, Competency Improvement Research, Beginner Lecturer Research and Special Task Facilities Professor. The number of Leading Research Development which was funded for the 2017-2019 period, in the Soshum field was 37 titles and Applied Leading Research which was funded for the 2018-2019 period, as many as 28 titles. Leading Research Development that has been carried out has conformity with TKT levels 7 and 8, while Applied Leading Research has conformity with TKT level 5 and level 6 with indicators for each Level of Technology Readiness (TKT) of Social Humainora and Education Types, according to Permenristekdikti 42/2016.
