Abstract

Keeping employees in a company that keeps to working in the company. The study purposed to know how compensatition and career development affect employee loyalty partial and simultaneously in PT Tor Ganda Perkebunan Karya Perdana. The study used as many as 105 employees who worked there. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. Hypothetical testing was done using linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. The study explains that there is an effect between compensation and career development simultaneous on employee loyalty. Partial, compensation affects employee loyalty, whereas career development does not not affect employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of free shipping promotions and paylater payment methods on purchasing decisions. The sample in this study were 201 respondents. The sampling method in this study used the cluster random sampling method. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression method using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that the Free Shipping Promo has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the Paylater Payment Method has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the Free Shipping Promo and the Paylater Payment Method have a simultaneous effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction in the Sappo Drinks Business, Branch 5, Sengkang City. This study used 310 respondents from Puangrimaggalatung university students. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study explain that there is a simultaneous effect of Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction in the Sappo Beverage Business Branch 5 Sengkang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji validitas, dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi (X) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Palopo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis regresi yang menunjukkan variabel Budaya Organisasi memiliki nilai t-hitung (7.484.) > t-tabel (1.701) dengan sig. 0.000 < 0,05. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,655 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (Budaya Organisasi) terhadap variabel terikat (Kinerja Pegawai) adalah sebesar 65,5% sedangkan sisanya 34,5% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti. Manfaat tenuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai saran dan masukan untuk Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Palopo.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis yang penuh dengan persajngan, strategi pemasaran menjadi aspek yang penting. Salah sayu elemen kunci dalam strategi pemasaran adalah penetapan harga. Dalam bisnis warung makan, peran harga penting dalam membentuk pandangan konsumen terhadap produk, oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada Warung Makan Fresh Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang dibantu aplikasi SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Warung Makan Fresh Kota Palopo. Besarnya pengaruh yang disebabkan oleh harga adalah 0,867 atau 86,7% yang berarti bahwa variabel harga mampu memengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 86,7%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran bagi Warung Makan Fresh Kota Palopo.Dalam dunia bisnis yang penuh dengan persajngan, strategi pemasaran menjadi aspek yang penting. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financing practices of Kampoeng Tahfidz Al-Kautsar Housing in Simpang Sungei Duren Village with an al-istishna contract, to determine the factors that cause cancellation of boking and cancellation of istishna' contracts in financing Housing of Kampoeng Tahfidz al-Kautsar of Simpang Sungei Duren Village, to knowing the impact of the cancellation of the istishna' contract on the financing of Kampoeng Tahfidz al-Kautsar housing, Simpang Sungei Duren Village. This study uses qualitative research methods with primary and secondary data types. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition to processing the data, this research was analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing a conclusion. Based on the research results, it can be seen that housing finance in Kampoeng Tahfidz al-Kautsar does not have any criteria regarding housing buyers. But on the other hand there are some consumers who have problems in making buying and selling transactions using an istishna contract. Where out of 135 people there were 3 people who had problems financing buying and selling houses at Kampoeng Tahfidz Al-Kautsar Muaro Jambi Housing Complex. The practice of financing buyers at Kampoeng Tanfidz al-Kautsar housing is carried out in stages that have been directed by the developer to minimize the risks that will occur. These risks include credit risk, legal risk, compliance risk, strategic risk and operational risk. The cancellation of the contract also has a negative impact on consumers and sellers. Among them are the black list carried out by the Sharia Bank and Housing Kampoeng Tahfidz al-Kautsar, the loss of trust from developers or sellers to consumers who commit defaults, to losses suffered by sellers.

Abstract

The results this study were analyzed using the inductive method, namely the process thinking from empirical facts obtained from the field (in the form field data) which were then analyzed, interpreted and ended with conclusions on problems based on the field data. From this study it can be concluded that the process producing refill drinking water is appropriate and some is not in accordance with the principles Islamic business ethics, because business actors do not routinely replace refill drinking water filters and ultraviolet lamps. Apart from that, in the production refill drinking water, there are also several depots that violate Islamic business ethics in the production process, namely the prohibition production which leads tyranny. While the process selling refill drinking wateR appropriate and some are not accordance with the principles Islamic business ethics where some depots do not provide clear information regarding water quality, and stock drinking water refills in gallons. Apart from that, in the sale refill drinking water, there are those who violate Islamic business ethics in the sales process, namely the prohibition gharar and tadlis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial ratios to assess village government performance through the 2020, 2021, and 2022 APBDes. The financial ratios used in this study are 5 ratios, namely the Village Independence Ratio, Harmony Ratio, Growth Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio and Efficiency Ratio . This study uses a Quantitative Descriptive method. The research data was obtained from the results of interviews, and documentation in the form of the 2020-2022 APBDes Realization Report. The results of the study show that the performance of the Adabang Village government from the aspect of the ratio of independence and the ratio of harmony is still very lacking. The growth rate of Adabang village is quite good and the level of effectiveness of Adabang village is already effective, while from the level of efficiency Adabang village is still not efficient.

Abstract

This thesis aims to find out how marketing is to increase coffee sales at Ghona Coffee Jambi City. This study uses a qualitative approach by using the results of interviews and accurate data sources. From the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, in this case the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The marketing strategy to increase sales at Ghona Coffee is dominantly using the 4 p marketing mix which includes product, price, promotion, and location or place . The products used at Ghona Coffee always prioritize the quality of goods and services.The price set at GhonaCoffe is fairly economical, friendly in the pocket, right for students and can be reached by all people. Promotions are carried out at GhonaCoffe by disseminating information about GhonaCoffe because more customers will affect sales levels and increase sales at GhonaCoffe. And as for the implementation of the location strategy carried out at Ghona Coffee, it can be said that it meets the criteria.(2) There are two obstacles in increasing the sales of GhonaCoffe regarding the product and also the location. Where the food products offered at Ghona Coffee can be said to be minimal in food products, while the location of Ghona Coffee is very narrow for parking vehicles.(3) GhonaCoffe's efforts in increasing sales are twofold, namely products and locations where GhonaCoffe's products will provide the best and also meet consumer demand, and GhonnaCoffe will provide a good parking space for vehicles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the government’s role in improving the economy of the Orang Rimba, the obstacles encountered in fulfilling the Suku Anak Dalam, and the reasons why the Orang Rimba are still isolated from life in general. This study uses qualitative research. Explain the reality of the events under study. This makes it easier for the writer to obtain data in understanding the analysis of the government’s role in improving the economy of the tribal children in. From the results of this study it can be concluded: 1. The role of the government in improving the economy of the tribal children in, namely: assistance from the government, business capital, coaching. 2. Obstacles faced by the government in improving the internal tribal economy, namely: the absence of focused organization, constraints in conducting outreach, constraints in data collection. 3. The causes of the inner tribe of children who are still isolated from outside life, namely: still following the beliefs of their ancestors, and still following the old culture and rejecting new cultures from the outside.
