Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the low level of understanding among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by the PSE of Redemptor Mundi Parish in Surabaya in recording their business finances. Many of these businesses do not yet have a proper bookkeeping system, still mix personal and business finances, or do not know how to prepare simple financial statements. The purpose of this activity was to improve the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in financial recording using simple digital applications. A participatory and educational approach was applied through several stages, including preparation, socialization and training, mentoring in preparing financial statements, and evaluation. The results of this activity show that participants gained a better understanding of how to record transactions, separate personal and business finances, and prepare simple income statements and cash flow reports. This program greatly assisted MSMEs assisted by the PSE of Redemptor Mundi Parish Surabaya in preparing financial reports independently. The activity also increased awareness of accountability and financial transparency, while supporting the sustainability and competitiveness of MSME.

Abstract

This community service was driven to local MSMEs that face the digital era challenges, including marketing, product packaging, and financial management. The activity was carried out at MSME OO Pizzat, Madiun Regency. The aim is to assist MSME actors in improving their skills in using e-commerce platforms, enhancing product packaging design, and strengthening basic financial literacy. The implementation methods included interviews, direct mentoring, creating social media content, and digital publication. The activities were carried out in stages from June 17 to July 3, 2025. The program's results showed an increase in the partner's capacity for digital promotion through Instagram and TikTok, the installation of business banners, and a better understanding of financial recording and evaluation. This program applied the Objective and Key Results approach, which helped focus goals and measure the outcomes concretely. In conclusion, this program successfully promoted the digital transformation of MSMEs through practical and sustainable assistance.

Abstract

Tax administration at BPKPD Pamekasan Regency still faces data discrepancies and inefficient administrative processes. Repeated data verification also affects work efficiency. In addition, the use of the Coretax system has not been fully optimized, so assistance is still needed in its implementation. This community service activity aimed to support tax administration through assistance in digital tax administration based on the Coretax system. The method used was a service learning approach through the MBKM internship program. The activity was carried out through preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting stages. The results showed that data verification became more systematic. Billing code creation and withholding tax slip preparation became more structured. The use of the Coretax system reduced data input errors. In addition, tax administration became more integrated and digitally documented. This activity improved the efficiency and organization of tax administration within the institution.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia acts as a partner in distributing bansos to the community. One of the problems faced by partners in the social assistance distribution process is the high number of recipients arriving simultaneously, potentially causing long queues, service delays, and disorder in the distribution process. This community service activity was carried out through assistance assistance distribution at the Bangkalan Post Office with the aim of helping smooth services, starting from recipient data verification, queue management, to the aid disbursement process. The methods used included observation, field assistance, and coordination with distribution officers. The results of the activity showed that assistance was able to support smooth distribution to 171 beneficiaries out of a total of 175 registered recipients. This activity has an impact on creating a more orderly, targeted, smooth distribution process, and increasing community comfort in receiving social assistance.

Abstract

AbstractBUMDes Muda Berkarya continues to face challenges in preparing financial reports, particularly regarding cash book recording and financial transaction management, which are still handled manually. This community service initiative aims to assist the Village-Owned Enterprise BUMDes Muda Berkarya in Soket Laok Village, Tragah District, Bangkalan Regency in preparing simple financial reports using a Microsoft Excel application designed for BUMDes financial reporting. The method employed involves mentoring that fosters active and participatory learning among all stakeholders. The outcome of this initiative is the adoption of the Microsoft Excel application developed by the Accounting Department of Trunojoyo Madura University—by BUMDes Muda Berkarya for its financial reporting process, thereby facilitating more structured financial recording and reporting. This activity has enhanced the BUMDes management's ability to prepare financial reports in a more structured manner and supports improved financial management of the enterprise.

Abstract

AbstractThe group of housewives engaged in MSMEs in Nambo Village holds significant economic potential following the development of Nambo Beach tourism, yet they still record finances manually, mix business and personal finances, and have low digital accounting literacy. The aim of the community service activity is to improve the ability to maintain simple bookkeeping records using Microsoft Excel through the SIMUDA UMKM template. The community method uses Participatory Action Research comprising preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The activity was actively attended by 24 participants who completed the entire program, with partners becoming able to independently prepare simple financial records using the template's automatic calculation features. This generated social impact through greater awareness of financial recording; economic impact through improved efficiency supporting business decisions and credit access; and institutional impact through strengthened partnerships between higher education and village government, overall enhancing accounting technology literacy and economic empowerment among housewives engaged.

Abstract

UPT Puskesmas Pamolokan lacked specific technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for requesting and procuring medicines and disposable medical supplies (BMHP). Existing practices relied on general SOPs, routine habits, and verbal instructions, leaving workflows, responsibilities, and supporting documents insufficiently detailed. This community service activity aimed to develop three draft SOPs: requests from service units to the pharmacy warehouse, requests from the health center to the District Pharmacy Installation, and procurement through the e-purchasing mechanism. Conducted from May to June 2026, the participatory process involved pharmacists, procurement officers, and the expenditure treasurer. Activities included observation, interviews, consultation, regulatory review, drafting, revision, and confirmation. The three drafts were prepared based on identified needs and relevant regulations, then refined with the partner to suit the health center’s workflow. The finalized drafts were accepted as initial standardization guidelines and provide a systematic, documented basis for strengthening inventory governance.

Abstract

Anugerah Jaya Traditional Beverage MSME, owned by Mrs. Tutik Widarwati in Jiwan District, Madiun Regency, faced marketing limitations because sales relied solely on direct selling, resulting in a monthly turnover of approximately IDR 3,000,000. Its products, beras kencur and kunyit asam, had not been promoted through digital media. This community service program aimed to increase sales through digital marketing assistance using Instagram and TikTok. The methods applied included observation, interviews, and training on creating social media accounts, promotional videos, digital pamphlets, weekly content, and a pre-order system via Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. The assistance resulted in active Instagram and TikTok accounts independently managed by the partner. Monthly turnover increased to IDR 3,800,000 with 25 new customers, along with additional sales of IDR 420,000 generated during the Universitas PGRI Madiun MSME Expo. This activity also positively impacting income growth and strengthening the partner's ability to manage marketing independently.
