Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the low level of understanding among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by the PSE of Redemptor Mundi Parish in Surabaya in recording their business finances. Many of these businesses do not yet have a proper bookkeeping system, still mix personal and business finances, or do not know how to prepare simple financial statements. The purpose of this activity was to improve the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in financial recording using simple digital applications. A participatory and educational approach was applied through several stages, including preparation, socialization and training, mentoring in preparing financial statements, and evaluation. The results of this activity show that participants gained a better understanding of how to record transactions, separate personal and business finances, and prepare simple income statements and cash flow reports. This program greatly assisted MSMEs assisted by the PSE of Redemptor Mundi Parish Surabaya in preparing financial reports independently. The activity also increased awareness of accountability and financial transparency, while supporting the sustainability and competitiveness of MSME.

Abstract

This community service was driven to local MSMEs that face the digital era challenges, including marketing, product packaging, and financial management. The activity was carried out at MSME OO Pizzat, Madiun Regency. The aim is to assist MSME actors in improving their skills in using e-commerce platforms, enhancing product packaging design, and strengthening basic financial literacy. The implementation methods included interviews, direct mentoring, creating social media content, and digital publication. The activities were carried out in stages from June 17 to July 3, 2025. The program's results showed an increase in the partner's capacity for digital promotion through Instagram and TikTok, the installation of business banners, and a better understanding of financial recording and evaluation. This program applied the Objective and Key Results approach, which helped focus goals and measure the outcomes concretely. In conclusion, this program successfully promoted the digital transformation of MSMEs through practical and sustainable assistance.

Abstract

Tax administration at BPKPD Pamekasan Regency still faces data discrepancies and inefficient administrative processes. Repeated data verification also affects work efficiency. In addition, the use of the Coretax system has not been fully optimized, so assistance is still needed in its implementation. This community service activity aimed to support tax administration through assistance in digital tax administration based on the Coretax system. The method used was a service learning approach through the MBKM internship program. The activity was carried out through preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting stages. The results showed that data verification became more systematic. Billing code creation and withholding tax slip preparation became more structured. The use of the Coretax system reduced data input errors. In addition, tax administration became more integrated and digitally documented. This activity improved the efficiency and organization of tax administration within the institution.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia acts as a partner in distributing bansos to the community. One of the problems faced by partners in the social assistance distribution process is the high number of recipients arriving simultaneously, potentially causing long queues, service delays, and disorder in the distribution process. This community service activity was carried out through assistance assistance distribution at the Bangkalan Post Office with the aim of helping smooth services, starting from recipient data verification, queue management, to the aid disbursement process. The methods used included observation, field assistance, and coordination with distribution officers. The results of the activity showed that assistance was able to support smooth distribution to 171 beneficiaries out of a total of 175 registered recipients. This activity has an impact on creating a more orderly, targeted, smooth distribution process, and increasing community comfort in receiving social assistance.
