Abstract

Credit success in a bank plays a role in maintaining the survival of a bank. Therefore it is very necessary to measure creditworthiness accurately to classify customers with good credit and bad credit. Based on these conditions the right data mining technique to use is classification. One of the data mining classification techniques is Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC), but the accuracy is still less than the C4.5 and SVM algorithms. This final report describes the steps of research using the Particle Swarm Optimizatin (PSO) algorithm to weight attributes to increase the accuracy of SVM. This study uses data set public German Credit Data. The validation process uses tenfold-cross validation, while testing the model using confusion matrix and ROC curve. The results show SVM accuracy increased from 74.6% to 76.50% after combined with PSO.

Abstract

Buah jeruk adalah buah yang kaya akan kandungan vitamin C yang tinggi. Selain itu buah jeruk siam jawa ini manis juga mempunyai rasa yang menyegarkan. Untuk mendapatkan kesegaran serta rasa yang manis maka perlu dipilih buah jeruk yang telah matang. Tingkat kematangan buah jeruk siam jawa terlihat dari tekstur kulit serta warna kulitnya. Buah yang telah matang biasanya mempunyai tekstur kulit yang halus, tipis dan mengkilat serta warna yang cenderung tegas. Banyak permasalahan yang timbul ketika melakukan identifikasi kematangan buah jeruk secara tradisional. Bagi petani jeruk, tingkat kematangan ini sangat mudah mereka bedakan, tetapi bagi orang awam tentu akan mengalami banyak kesulitan. Masalah ini akibat sifat manusia yang memiliki beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya adalah kelemahan yang diakibatkan keterbatasan fisik maupun faktor kelelahan. Dengan semakin majunya teknologi komputer membuat kerja manusia semakin cepat dan mudah. Masalah mengklasifikasikan kualitas buah jeruk dapat diselesaikan dengan menerapkan ilmu computer vision, memungkinkan piranti dapat mengenali serta menganalisa obyek berupa gambar yang diambil dalam mengenali kondisi kematangan buah jeruk.  Kemampuan ini jelas akan sangat membantu khususnya bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang pemilihan kematangan buah jeruk. Kematangan buah biasanya ditentukan oleh beberapa parameter, diantaranya adalah dari parameter ukuran, berat, ciri warna, keharuman dari buah tersebut, dan lain-lain. Parameter kematangan buah dari sisi warna kulit buah merupakan salah satu faktor penting didalam identifikasi kematangan buah. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means dan Neural Network (NN PSO) untuk mengklasifikasikan kualitas Buah jeruk, berdasarkan. ciri. fisiknya. yaitu, menggunakan. analisis. tekstur warna, ukuran dan berat yang merupakan salah satu dari ciri fisik buah jeruk. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 buah jeruk siam jawa yang terdiri dari 25 jeruk siam jawa matang dan 25 jeruk siam jawa mentah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan berapa presentase keberhasilan pengenalan dengan metode Fuzzy C-Means dan membandingkan tingkat presentase keberhasilan yang lebih baik antara algoritma Fuzzy C-Means dengan algoritma Nueral Network. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini, terbukti bahwa metode yang diusulkan dapat digunakan untuk mengkalsifikasi jeruk siam jawa. Akan tetapi tingkat akurasi masing cukup memeuaskan, yaitu 87%. Maka untuk penelitian berikutnya metode dapat dikembangkan lagi. Abstract

Comments given by users or people on social media such as Instagram are varied, some are positive or negative. In terms of netizens, there is nothing wrong when you want to comment or pour out your heart. In Indonesia, denying netizens comments related to negativity, agreeing to agree with the law and the police. This research will help people who want to send comments that they make so as not to contain negative content so they can avoid cyber crime. The method used in supporting this research is the K-Mean method, to determine whether the comments entered are positive or negative. Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) greatly influences human needs and activities. One influence occurs in buying and selling transactions carried out by two parties, namely consumers and producers or more online. The transaction process is E-commerce (Electronic Commerce). Internet use certainly has risks, one of which is Cyber Crime. Cyber Crime is a crime committed in the internet world involving individuals or groups. Types of Cyber Crime consist of hacking, craking, sniffing and so forth. Cyber Crime cases are grouped into 4 groups namely Interruption, Interception, Modification, and Fabrication. This study uses a literature study method that analyzes 21 journals that discuss Cyber Crime in E-Commerce. The purpose of this study is to determine the Cyber Crime that often occurs in E-Commerce. The results of this study provide recommendations that can be used for developers related to the Cyber Crime group that need to be watched out and prevented.Keywords- E-Commerce, Cyber Crime

Abstract

Abstract - Technology neural network system has been implemented in various applications, especially in terms of forecasting (forecasting), including backpropagation that can be applied to predict foreign exchange rates. There are two steps being taken in this backpropagation method of training and testing phases. In this network backpropagation algorithm is given a pair of pattern - a pattern that consists of the input pattern and desired pattern. When a pattern is given  to the network, weights - weights modified to minimize the differences in the pattern of output and the desired pattern. This exercise is performed over and over - re-issued so that all the patterns the network can meet the desired pattern. The next stage is the testing stage. This stage begins by using the best weights obtained from the training phase to process the input data to produce the appropriate output. It is used to test whether the ANN can work well is that it can predict the pattern of data that has been drilled with a small error rate. From the test results using data from the monthly period in the training process the network can recognize input patterns are provided so entirely in accordance with the target. While testing with the use of data daily and weekly period that does not comply with the given target, it is because the network requires more data to identify patterns provided. As more data are trained, the better the network will recognize the pattern - a pattern so that the results more accurate predictions, but will be impacted by slowing the process of training. Keywords:  Foreign currency exchange rate prediction, Neural Network, Bacpropagation

Abstract

AbstrakSistem Pendukung Keputusan dirancang untuk mendukung pengambil keputusan mengenai penerima jaminan kesehatan masyarakay (Jamkesmas). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  penerapan sistem Informasi pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan penerima bantuan jaminan kesehatan masyarakay (Jamkesmas) di desa Nyatnyono yang dapat membantu memilih calon peneriman bantuan sesuai dengan kriteria dan tepat sasaran, dengan metode Analitycal Hireararchy Proccess (AHP).Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan pendekatan prototipe (prototyping approach) dengan memodifikasi model  Borg and Gall  (1987), menggunakan software PHP dengan database Mysql. Abstract

AbstrakRadian Rent a Car Semarang, one of developing transportation service provider, faces obstacles in processing data and information since its customer is increasing year to year. The obstacles are spending many times to make report of car damage in mechanic division because weekly or monthly car maintenance data has to be checked one by one, there is not any accounting report that is directly given to the owner since it take long time to look for and reprocess the data, and taking long time to searching car’s receipt and maintenance archive as there are so many unprocessed data that are still in stack of archive. It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error.In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. Abstract

E-Da’wah is alternative propaganda through internet media to facilitate its users. E-Dakwah makes it easy for its users to find out about Islam as well as expand its reach for da’wah. This phenomenon is integrated because it is line with the times. This E-Da’wah activity was initiated by several communities, one of which was a community in Islamic studies that was active in da’wah through virtual media. In addition, Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the Corona-19 outbreak which requires people to maintain social distance by staying at home and doing activities at home. With the regulation of social distance from the goverment, preachers and the public do not attend recitals, which are ussually held routinely. But virtual media has made it easy for preachers to be able to broadcast Islamic knowledge through several virtual media, for example through the web, Youtube and social media. Preachers can easily create e-mails and then accounts, the they can easily make propaganda messages. Broadcast short videos titled Islamic, updated Islamic material can be accessed through blogs or websites  from preachers as well as through social media accounts from propaganda activists.  Keywords: E-Da’wah, virtual media dan social distancing

Abstract

Masih belum familiar dalam penggunaan software simulasi Packet Tracer bagi para siswa beserta para guru yang mengampu mata pelajaran jaringan komputer, selain itu modul materi pelajaran jaringan komputer masih belum terstruktur dan tertata dengan baik sehingga materi pelajaran tersebut belum bisa dipahami secara langsung oleh para siswa dari segi konsep teori maupun praktikum. Pelatihan jaringan komputer ini dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal konsep ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mengenai bagaimana penggunaan software simulasi dan modul materi jaringan komputer Netacad Cisco yang bisa diinstal secara offline.Perangkat lunak atau software yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah Cisco Packet Tracer, sedangkan peserta pelatihan merupakan para siswa dan guru SMK. Pemberian materi dimulai dari pengantar jaringan komputer, pengantar software simulasi jaringan Cisco Packet Tracer dan tutorial proses instalasi software simulasi jaringan Cisco Packet Tracer, setelah itu diberikan materi inti berupa pemberian kasus-kasus jaringan komputer yang diberikan terdiri dari studi kasus yang sifatnya level dasar, menengah dan mahir. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan diantaranya merupakan bagian dari modul atau kasus yang tersedia di Netacad Cisco, sehingga hasil penyelesaian dari berbagai kasus tersebut menjadi parameter kemampuan para peserta. Dari peserta terdiri dari para siswa dan guru, yang diharapkan semuanya dapat mengikuti pelatihan dari awal sampai akhir, sehingga dari peserta dapat memahami penggunaan dan menyelesaikan studi kasus di jaringan komputer menggunakan software Cisco Paket Tracer. Kata Kunci: Simulasi Jaringan Komputer, Cisco Packet Tracer
