Abstract

Pemetaan lahan merupakan tahap penting dalam perencanaan pembangunan perumahan karena berkaitan dengan ketepatan posisi, batas, dan luas bidang tanah. Pada Perumahan Cipunegara, pengukuran detail tidak dilakukan pada tahap awal pembangunan sehingga diperlukan pemetaan ulang untuk memperoleh data geometrik yang akurat sesuai kondisi lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil pemetaan lahan menggunakan metode poligon tertutup dengan pengolahan data theodolit berbantuan aplikasi Metrist. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei terestris dengan pengukuran poligon tertutup yang diawali dari titik tolok ukur (BM). Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi sudut horizontal, bacaan benang, tinggi alat, azimuth awal, elevasi awal, dan koordinat titik awal. Data tersebut diolah menggunakan aplikasi Metrist untuk memperoleh jarak antar titik, sudut azimuth, koordinat, elevasi, serta luas lahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode poligon tertutup yang diolah melalui aplikasi Metrist menghasilkan data spasial yang sistematis dan terkontrol, dengan luas lahan sebesar 2.074,4527 m² dan keliling 312,5 meter. Hasil ini selanjutnya digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan peta situasi lahan.

Abstract

This article documents the supervision and execution of beam and floor slab structural work at the Blitar Regency Library Building project, managed by the local Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR). Activities covered preparation, technical design, field implementation, and final evaluation. Data were gathered through direct site observation, technical literature review, mentoring sessions, and systematic report writing. Quality oversight followed ISO 9000 standards and project specifications requiring K-300 concrete with a slump of 12 ± 2 cm. Work was carried out in three sequential phases: formwork installation, steel reinforcement assembly, and concrete casting. Findings confirm that disciplined quality management consistently produced structural outcomes meeting specified technical requirements. Nevertheless, unpredictable field weather occasionally caused slump readings to deviate from acceptable limits, and project completion was delayed beyond the contracted timeline.
