This paper examines the legal protection of informal women workers, who until now have not received legal protection. The condition occurs because the ideology that is built leads to the effort of marginalization of women, so that in their working relationship experience exploitation. For example: unclear working rules; a disproportionate wage system; no social and health insurance and so on. Act of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 Year 2003 concerning Manpower, can actually be made as legal umbrella for informal women workers, because they are included in the category of labor as well as status as workers / laborers as contained in the Manpower Act. However, the absence of the government's political will to recognize informal sector workers, as workers, leaves them out of labor protection law.

Woman is a figure who often get second class predicate, because deemed not have ability as men. Women are deemed incompetent in their career because of their basic nature. While career is the right of every individual is no exception women, and this does not violate the principle of the creation of women. The direction of women's career development should be tailored to the nature and character of women who are known to be feminine. One of the career development and decision-making efforts is through a career counseling service with Trait and Factor approach carried by Frank Parson. This effort is done so that women can still work in accordance with the nature and nature of the basic that has, so it can complement the role of men.

Individual counseling techniques that are gender-sensitive, are individualized counseling techniques that are inserted by Gender Aware Counseling (GAC) techniques. That is, the counselor's assistance to the counselee (male and female), to increase gender awareness and sensitivity, broaden insights about gender roles, and help improve skills overcoming career development challenges in the background of gender relations. This technique includes, among others: attending behavior with gender insight, responding behavior, personalizing and initiating. GAC techniques that go into individual counseling techniques, among others: the conceptualisation of problems in responding, counseling interventions in personalizing, and termination after initiating. It is hoped that with this technique, able to solve problems based on gender equality, so that it will produce solutions that are gender sensitive

Every adherent of a religion, believes in the truth of every doctrine that is in his religion, whether in worship or in daily life, such as life in marriage. According to Muslim femenis that the interpretation of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet related to women often discriminate against women, resulting in the abuse of violence against women. The conclusion is, the content of truth contained in religion (especially Islam), if carried out in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah, it will gradually give a positive influence on every Muslim individual, including in realizing a sakinah family of gender perspective.

Education is a media for transferring values, cultures, knowledge and capabilities in society. So, arising of gender inequalities in society, should be assumed as a result of gender bias thought in education. We found them in islamic one too. The main of its problem in Islam could be rooted from its thoughts, that assumed contain some misinterpretations of its origins and base. The reinterpretation of religious understanding which gender biased, becomes necessary and improving the content of the Islamic education curriculum by eliminating the dichotomy between men and women.

This paper examines the thought Yusuf al-Qardhawi about women fiqh. The theory used is maqasidus Shari'ah. The analysis used was content analysis. This research, including qualitative research because examines the idea of a character in response to public issues are very real. The results showed that, women in the time of Prophet Muhammad followed the prayer jamaah, Jum'ah prayer, the prayer of Eid fithri and Eid al-Adha.They also attended the majlis of science and even in the battlefield. Women are also allowed to work outside the home with requirements pertaining to religion and are not prohibited, consistently maintaining the ethics of Islam, and not leave its core responsibilities to her husband and children. in the context of the public, women should be leaders; and others.

Al-Quran at the first time was sent down to transform the bias gender relation. In relation to this, it is necessary to let the Quranic verses to talk about gender itself by using the variant readings (Qira’at) of the Al-Quran. This paper aims to built the argument how important the qira’at is to understand the verses talking about gender. For example, this will analyze the Q.S. Al-Nisa' (4):19. This concludes that wariant readings (qira’at) contributes to understand the Quran thematically and contextually. Second, using the qira’at in Q.S. Al-Nisa’ (4): 19, we understand how to position the women more respectfully.

This paper examines the culture of patriarchy, which dominate and discriminate against women. Control of patriarchy on female sexuality, making them no longer have authority over his own body. Culture that built into the foundations of a patriarchal society with control over female sexuality, be threatening the existence of women was regarded as liyan, so that it becomes the root of the problem of gender inequality. Contributions patriarchy over the control of women's sexuality, make women experiencing the condition in which, when there are any problem affecting the female body (biological), then it happens because women's own fault. Ironically, in a society characterized by patriarkhisme, then the control, domination and discrimination both in the public and domestic over women's bodies become considered reasonable by the community, even countries.

this study aims to explore the reasons of women Sasak, preferring divorce mubara'ah rather than go through the legal procedures in courts and; mubara'ah divorce decision effectiveness in providing protection against the interests of women. The results showed that, women prefer to divorce mubara'ah Sasak village rather than litigation in court because it was easier, cheaper and faster than in court. overseas. The practice of mubara'ah be allowed to live by the government, and even tend to be protected, through the act of manipulating the data by the village government, in order that people who have divorced mubara'ah can remarry without having to show a divorce certificate from the court. The action manipulate this data, known, tolerated and accepted by the Office of Religious Affairs with the appropriate reason for divorce Islamic law. Divorce mubara'ah provides protection against the interests of women in society, related to marital status, the right to joint property and child custody. However, such protection is weak when dealing with the need of the orderly administration of the country, for example: birth certificate, family card, registration of Hajj and registration work abroad.

This paper examines the neglect of household in the perspective of law and gender. The argument, which was developed in this study is that neglect of household as one form of domestic violence, which legally regulated clearly and firmly in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Sociologically, neglect of household, related to the construction of gender in the context of patriarchal society, which results in gender inequality with the victims were women and children.
