Abstract

The utilization of GPS (Global Positioning System) technology on telecommunication tools stimulates Location Based Service (LBS) in smartphone.  This service provides an information that can be accessed through mobile network and is able to use geographic location. In this research, application is designed and created for giving the information about Friday prayer schedule in Bandar Lampung, including the information about mosques, preacher in charge in certain mosque, and shows the nearest mosque location within a radius of 1 km. The application consists of Android Mobile application for users and Web Based System for Administrator and both are connected with Web Service. This study shows that the new created application can give the information about Friday prayer in Bandar Lampung and the test result by using Black-Box equivalence partitioning shows that the application runs in accordance with the requirements.

Abstract

Zakat, infak, and sedekah management was regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2011 includes planning, collection, distribution, and utilization. They should also be managed institutionally with accordance of Islamic Shari'a, trusting, benefiting, justice, rule of law, integrated, and accountability. One objective of the Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) is to colect and manage deposited of zakat, infak, and sedekah (ZIS) from muzakki to be distributed and utilized to mustahik accordance with Islamic Shari'a. Using and developing of System Information for ZIS is necessary, so zakat management on LAZ can be managed by an accountable and transparent. With ZIS System Information, it can be easier for officers in zakat data processing, provide the public in general and muzakki in particular to look directly existing information, and speed up the process of presenting information regarding the collecting and utilization of ZIS.Keywords: collection, infak, management, sedekah, utilization, zakat.

Abstract

Distance students can be seen from the data stored student's address. Address high school students in the Pringsewu District have different distances. This research was conducted to determine the classification of the distance stored in high school students in the Pringsewu District. Distance students are classified to obtain five categories: "sangat dekat", "dekat", "sedang", "cukup jauh",  and "jauh" by using eight attributes are "nomor", "SMA", "kabupaten", "kecamatan", "kelurahan", "jarak", "asal SMP", and "class". The classification performed by using Naive Bayes using Weka tool. Distribution of training data and testing data is defferent as much as 20 times of testing, resulting in the highest accuracy Naive Bayes is 89.329% on distribution of 60% training data : 40% testing data. The data of students address and information classification results displayed in the form of digital map that is mapping of student's address in high school in the Pringsewu District.

Abstract

A large amount of data can affect the search process the data in a database. The greater the amount of data, then the data search process will take longer. In a process of value management, activity data changes the value of an activity that is often overlooked by managers value. This system is used to listing activites done by student grades manager. The recording process will make the amount of data increases and pencarianya time it will take substantial time. The prior research explained that relational operators combined with indexing strategy in sub query has a better performance compared to using the other methods. This research using indexing strategy and nested query for activity listing information system for student grades data changes. The process of system testing conducted several experiments such as comparing data using index and data that did not use the index (table scan) to several conditions, namely the data on the amount of 517, 980, 2369, and 4221. Nested query testing and regular query or query were tested directly using the same amount of data and applied on subjects data search. Indexing strategy that is applied to the big amount of data will generate faster execution time than a search without indexing strategy, in contrary to the small amount of data indexing strategy does not really affect the search process. The use of nested query in the subjects data search will be faster than the search time regular query or query directly.

Abstract

Data Bank System is a place that is used to store data. In Computer Science Department, Data Bank System that is used to store data of students’ score at Computer Science Department. The System of Students’ Data Bank Score at Computer Science Department is still in manual form. Therefore, the system of Students’ Data Bank score at Computer Science Department that is still in the manual system is developed to be digital system. In searching the system of students’ data bank Score at Computer Science Department in digital form by applying Brute Force algorithm. Brute Force algorithm is a string searching algoritm which is used each character checking method in pattern with every character in the text. Data searching in the System of Students’ Data Bank Score at Computer Science Department the testing was done with some case  tests that focused on functional system. Data searching in the System of Students’ Data Bank Score at Computer Science Department was using Brute Force Method by ten people that was randomly chosen. The questionnaire result of system testing was using Likert scale, with the result of final score was 83,33 or it could be stated that the System of Students’ Data Bank Score at Computer Science Department by using Brute Force method was “Very Good”.

Abstract

Hadiths narrated by Bukhari hadith is no question of their validity in the level of Indonesian society. Because people are Muslims desperately need information fast hadith related by Bukhari. In the life of more advanced, more and more people find information that was not relevant in the spread of hadith Bukhari. To know the hadith infromasi, in accordance with the original or not, the communities need to open the book so thick and takes a long time. In order to accelerate and facilitate the public in Bukhari hadith access to the daily life of the days of the search information systems developed in the hadith narrated by Bukhari.In this study designed a web-based information system called Information Systems Development Search Hadith Bukhari, designed using programming languages PHP MySQL. With this information system, it is expected to answer the problems that occur in the community to access the hadith is easy with a relatively short time.Keywords: Hadith Bukhari, PHP MySQL, information systems

Abstract

Local Government Finance and Regional Asset Lampung Tengah Regency is a government agency that is engaged in the field of financial management and regional assets. Employees are resources that very important to determining the success of a work unit. Efforts to improve the quality of the performance of a public servant namely the position increase. Incumbency is the position that indicates the level of a Civil Servants. Incumbency increase is an award given on work performance and dedication Civil Servants. Decision Support System which can help facilitate determining an employee can be said to be worthy for incumbency increase. In this study the calculation method of decision making used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with 6 criteria echelon, working lives of civil servent, working lives of echelon, working lives of incumbency, last education and training. The system is built using the PHP programming language. The test results using Black Box Testing and questionnaires show that the system can be function according to user needs and system is deemed to have the criteria of incumbency increase structural of the Civil Servant in Local Government Finance and Regional Asset Lampung Tengah Regency

Abstract

Nowadays the internet is growing rapidly including in Indonesia. Internet has become an essential requirement for everyone to get information or other purposes. The benefits of internet make  many people use the internet as appliances for supporting their activities. The use of internet has an impact on the increasing demand to the internet services provider. Internet provider is a company which engaged in providing internet services. In the process of instalation and troubleshooting for internet network, the provider requires a management information system which is used to organize the division of task for handling the installation and troubleshooting of internet network. The internet provider who has not had a management system yet, will get difficulties to devide the tasks of their employees for handling the process of installation and troubleshooting of the internet network. This research, created a management information system for installation and troubleshooting of internet network service which is recieve the information of internet interference from the customers and help in handling process division of tasks for installing and troubleshooting of internet network. This management information system was created using PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) and some plugins such as twitter bootstrap and high chart. The result of Black Box testing showed that this management information system for installation and troubleshooting of internet network service has been successfully created as the users need.Keywords: Internet, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Management Information Systems (MIS), PHP.

Abstract

Rice plant diseases can be identified from their symptoms. To find out exactly the rice plant disease, it will need agricultural experts. Numbers and distributions of agricultural expert are very limited and they cannot overcome the problems optimally, so that a system containing knowledge as what experts do is required. This research was to design web-based experts system by using forward chaining method and certainty factor. Data processed in this system were 16 diseases and 26 of disease symptoms. This system which was developed had superiorities and easiness in accessing it, user friendly and displaying certainty levels from diagnosis results with 81% of customer’s satisfaction. Kata Kunci –experts, expert system, forward chaining, rice plant diseases.

Abstract

Most of the system or results of application the final project and computer thesis of science students that is creating applications that can help the performance of the Department. However, applications made have not been utilized properly, only presented and stored in the library only. Besides, container or a place to attach the application provided are difficult for users because there are settings for connecting to the ftp server. This study built an Application Management System (AMS) as one of the solutions that can be implemented to overcome these problems.AMS is a software used to organize the content. AMS facilitates the application that will be displayed as content on the main website. Implementation AMS of the content on the website using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The test results using Equivalence Partitioning (EP) shows that the AMS has been built to facilitate the user in posting applications. Applications that are embedded into websites using AMS can be run properly.Keywords: application management system, equivalence partitioning, website.
