Abstract

Abstract

Inside the bustle of the city, all kinds of sounds fill the air, which interfere with each other like vying musicians. The brilliant neon lights of colossally tall buildings pierce the night sky. This bizarre glow blankets the city below them. A numbing crowd for pedestrian movement. In firecracker like succession, the smell of grilling food on street side mixes with the fumes of gaseous states. This all is a sort of overdosage from aroma saffron that lingers plenty long afterwards. For all this mayhem, there's an unmistakable vitality that flows through the city. It's a relentless heartbeat that pushes things into night. The researcher aims to: (1) Identify the effect of a rehabilitation program accompanied by a laser device on athletes with disabilities suffering from shoulder joint muscle injuries in weightlifting. (2) Identify the effect of the rehabilitation program accompanied by a laser device on increasing the range of motion of the muscles. (3) Identify the effect of the rehabilitation program accompanied by a laser device on reducing. The nature of the phenomenon addressed by the researcher determines the research methodology. Accordingly, the experimental method was adopted due to its suitability for the nature of the research problem and its objectives. The research population was intentionally selected and consisted of weightlifting athletes with disabilities suffering from shoulder joint muscle injuries from the Sub-Paralympic Committee in Al-Diwaniyah. Tests Used in the Research: (1) Shoulder Joint Range of Motion Test during Anterior Elevation (Akram Khattabiya, 1997, p. 67). This test aims to measure the range of motion of the shoulder joint during anterior elevation using a goniometer. (2) Pain Intensity Measurement Using the Visual Analogue Scale (V.A.S.) (2:42). The researcher adopted the Visual Analogue Scale (V.A.S.) to measure pain intensity. This scale is simple and effective for assessing pain severity and is widely used in motor rehabilitation programs. It provides a numerical rating ranging from 0 to 10, starting with “no pain” and ending with “very severe pain.” Conclusions is The prescribed rehabilitation exercises had a significant effect in reducing injury-related pain and increasing the range of motion among weightlifting athletes with disabilities.

Abstract

Backstroke swimming often faces body balance challenges that cause trajectory deviation and decreased speed in adolescent athletes. This study aims to examine the differences in the effects of the Hello Drill and Glass Balance training programs on 50-meter backstroke swimming speed. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental approach with a two-group pretest-posttest design, a population of 20 Satria Muda athletes from Sidoarjo Regency aged KU3 (13-14 years) was divided into two equivalent groups (n=10). The speed test instrument was analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Levene's homogeneity test, paired and independent t-test via SPSS 31 (α=0.05). The results showed that Hello Drill increased speed by 6.33% (45.25 to 42.39 seconds; p=0.004) and Glass Balance by 20.81% (45.25 to 35.83 seconds; p=0.001), with a significant difference between groups (p=0.043). Glass Balance is more effective because it optimizes body stability.

Abstract

In the last couple of decades, mankind has seen much progress in many fields of life, especially in sports. This is exemplified by the amazing levels of skills and scores we hear about across different types of sports. Wrestling is an open-ended sport where teaching and training have unique attributes, facilitating a requirement for specialized teaching and training, particularly after the recent changes in international rule in terms of technical performance of the Greco-Roman wrestling. Development of complicated strength training and its effect on specific strength and some snatch holds in Greco-Roman wrestlers in experimental and control groups. The researcher applied the experimental method to two groups (experimental and control) on a sample of young Greco Roman wrestlers aged 19-20 years from Al-Rafidain Club for the year 2025. Those were four weight classes, which include two wrestlers for each of the four weight classes (55, 60, 66, and 74 kg). They had an experimental group and a control group (two groups). From those weight classes, four wrestlers from each formed into groups. Specific strength levels and skill performance (drawing hold, over-the-chest throw, snatch, and other holds) were matched for the two groups. The complexity of strength training for (8) weeks included (3) training units per week for each group, with a total of (24) training units (Kanda). The researcher concluded improvement in the specific strength and skills in pull grip : over the chest throw grip (snatch) : Kanda grip in busting the performance levels through complex strength exercises had a significant positive effect to the experimental group than the traditional exercises in controlling group based on the results.

Abstract

One exciting sporting event that requires speed, strength, and adrenaline is the 110-meter hurdles. Since the runner's speed starts to decrease in the 110-meter hurdles race at the beginning of muscle strain, which is determined at some point during the total distance of the race, and this stress affects the level of achievement, the researcher sees a weakness in both speed endurance and strength endurance, which is related to the quality of The significance of researching this came from preparing intensive trainings in the style of In order to determine the effects of plyometric training on the special endurance and performance of 110-meter hurdle runners, this study employed an experimental design with a two-group design. The participants were young athletes from Diwaniya Athletics Clubs; the sample size was ten athletes between the ages of eighteen and nineteen. The researchers then divided the participants into two groups, with five competitors in each. If the variables in question are well matched, we should expect good results from this setup. Results The dimensional test yields a tangible distinction in performance between the two groups, but the explosive strength, speed-associated force, and speed stamina of the experimental group benefited relatively greater from plyometrics training than those of the control group.
