Abstract

This study explores the key factors influencing the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in Indonesia, focusing on economic conditions, government policies, infrastructure availability, and public awareness. Using a qualitative approach, relevant peer-reviewed sources were carefully selected and thematically analyzed. The findings reveal that government subsidies and supportive policies have significantly increased EV adoption, particularly between 2020 and 2022. Improved charging infrastructure in urban areas has alleviated range anxiety, while macroeconomic conditions influence consumer purchasing power. However, significant challenges remain, including limited rural infrastructure, high upfront costs, and low public awareness. The study makes a theoretical contribution by integrating consumer behavior theories with economic and policy factors, offering a comprehensive framework that enhances the understanding of EV adoption in developing countries and serves as a foundation for future research and policymaking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions towards halal cosmetic products, focusing on a leading local brand in Indonesia, Wardah. The variables examined include green marketing, consumer ethnocentrism, halal lifestyle, and Islamic consumption ethics. The research uses a quantitative approach, with purposive sampling, involving 385 respondents from Wardah’s customer. Data analysis using IBM SPSS 27. Based on research results that consumer ethnocentrism, halal lifestyle, and Islamic consumption ethics have significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Among these, Islamic consumption ethics is the strongest predictor, indicating that consumers highly value Islamic principles such as halal status, simplicity, and social benefit in their consumption behavior. Meanwhile, the green marketing no significant effect, which is suspected to be due to the respondents' low purchasing power, as the majority are students with limited income, making environmental aspects not yet a primary consideration in purchase decisions. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating ethical, religious, and cultural values in halal product marketing strategies. Especially in the context of Indonesia, where Muslim consumers make up a large and diverse market, understanding these driving factors is crucial for building trust and sustained loyalty in the halal cosmetics industry.

Abstract

Accounts receivable management is an important aspect in maintaining the financial stability of a company, especially for PT PLN (Persero), which has a large customer base with a postpaid payment system. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of accounts receivable management through the accounts receivable turnover ratio at PT PLN (Persero) in 2023–2024. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a case study approach, based on secondary data in the form of financial reports for the 2023–2024 period. The analysis was conducted through the receivable turnover ratio, average receivables, and collection periods. The results show that PT PLN (Persero)'s receivable turnover ratio was around 12.91 times in 2023 and increased to 12.96 times in 2024, which is classified as “sufficient” according to industry standards. Meanwhile, the collection period improved from 30 days in 2023 to 29 days in 2024. This condition reflects the effectiveness of receivables management, marked by improvements in the billing system, the implementation of digital payments through the PLN Mobile application, and the diversification of payment channels that support the company's cash flow efficiency. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of proper accounts receivable management can reduce the potential for bad debts, increase liquidity, and support the company's operational sustainability. This study is expected to provide practical contributions to PT PLN (Persero) and other utility companies in strengthening their digital-based accounts receivable management strategies

Abstract

The present study aims to examine the effect of student organizational involvement on academic achievement and to assess the moderating role of time management in this relationship. Data were collected using a quantitative approach through a closed-ended questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale, developed from indicators previously tested for validity and reliability. The findings indicate that student engagement in organizational activities significantly contributes to improved academic performance by fostering essential competencies, including communication, leadership, collaboration, and responsibility. Furthermore, this study provides novel empirical evidence by demonstrating that time management functions as a critical moderating mechanism in this relationship, whereby ineffective time management weakens the positive impact of organizational involvement on academic achievement. These results suggest that organizational participation supports academic success only when accompanied by strong time-management skills. However, the use of purposive sampling from a single private university may limit the generalizability of the findings, and caution is therefore required when extending the conclusions to broader higher education contexts. Future research may employ mixed-methods designs to complement quantitative findings with qualitative insights and explore additional moderating or mediating variables, such as self-discipline, burnout, or self-regulated learning, to offer a more comprehensive understanding of the factors shaping students’ academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to map the intellectual landscape of research on entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within multi-stakeholder innovation ecosystems using a bibliometric approach through Biblioshiny. A total of 38 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2010 and 2025 were analyzed to identify publication trends, thematic structures, conceptual evolution, and collaborative research patterns. The findings reveal a significant increase in scholarly attention to the topic, particularly after 2020, driven by the growing relevance of collaborative innovation, digital transformation, and ecosystem-based approaches to SME development. Key themes emerging from the knowledge mapping include entrepreneurial ecosystems, open innovation, sustainability, SMEs’ innovation capabilities, and multi-actor collaboration involving government, academia, industry, and community. The study highlights Brazil, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Australia as major contributors, with notable participation from emerging economies such as Indonesia. Three-field plots, thematic maps, and co-occurrence networks indicate that current research increasingly integrates theoretical foundations of innovation systems with contemporary issues such as digitalization and green entrepreneurship. This study contributes to the literature by offering a comprehensive overview of global research patterns and identifying thematic gaps that provide strategic directions for future studies on ecosystem-based SME development.
