Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerangkan peran religiusitas dalam memoderasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra terhadap kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas.  Sampel diambil secara acak sebanyak 250 orang pasien yang sedang menunggu antrian periksa di Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhamadiyah Surakarta. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Multi-Group SEM. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, citra rumah sakit dan kepuasan pasien mempengaruhi loyalitas, sedangkan kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien.  Ditemukan juga, bahwa religiusitas memeoderasi pengaruh kualitas layanan, citra rumah sakit dan kepuasan paseien terhadap loyalitas pasien.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien dengan tingkat religiusitas yang tinggi dan rendah mempunyai perbedaan tingkat loyalitas di Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhamadiyah Surakarta.  Hasil penelitian ini mendukung penelitian terdahulu dengan objek yang berbeda.  Penelitian ini juga mengemukakan penemuan, implikasi teoritis di masa mendatang dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention. Data were collected from 60 honorary employees at regency Grobogan by using a convenience sampling. The statistical method is multiple regression analysis. The result of this research which is showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords—: Job Satisfaction; Organizational Commitment; Turnover Intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is twofold. First, to examine the relationship between employee's perception of abusive leader and their organizational citizenship behavior. Second, to investigate the moderating role of agreeableness on this relationship. Data were collected from 200 employee's working at Rural Bank (BPR) in Surakarta, Indonesia through online questionnaires. The finding of the study confirms that abusive leader is negatively related to subordinates' organizational citizenship behavior. The study also reveals that agreeableness moderated the relationship between abusive leader and subordinates' organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between lifestyle and individual preferences in choosing local or foreign brands. The sample consisted of 250 people, taken randomly through surveys in several public places in Surakarta - Indonesia, including the department stores, traditional markets, or other public areas, where many people were there and were willing to become research participants. Fur­thermore, the collected data is processed using factor analysis to reduce lifestyle dimensions, and logistic regression analysis is used to explain the relationship between lifestyle dimensions and pre­ferences in choosing a local brand or foreign brand, in this case represented by Wong Solo Grilled Chicken (WSGC) or Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC).The test results indicate 13 dimensions of lifestyle, and only 5 dimensions are significantly related to brand preference: (1) individuals who have a fashion consciousness lifestyle tend to choose KFC rather than WSGC, (2) individuals with health consciousness lifestyles tend to choose WSGC rather than KFC, (3) individuals with leadership lifestyles tend choosing KFC rather than WSGC, (4) individuals with attentiveness lifestyle tend to choose WSGC rather than KFC, and (5) individuals with extroversion lifestyles tend to choose KFC rather than WSGC. This study also discusses the implications of studies related to the contribution of theory, practitioners, and possibilities for future studies

Abstract

This study aims find Islamic consumption patterns regarding halal and toyyib aspects, simplicity in consumption, and income redistribution implemented by residents of Islamic boarding schools, especially residents of Hidayatullah Islamic boarding schools in Towuti.This research used descriptive qualitative method where data collection was carried out using triangulation method. The participants in this study were limited to residents of the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School who belonged to the Towuti Mushida group. The results of this study indicate that the residents of the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School in Towuti are trying to apply a halal and toyiban consumption pattern, live with a simple life, and share or help each other based on the advice in Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Hotel juma Eluk. Fenomena peningkatan jumlah tamu sejak Juli 2021 sampai Juni 2022 di Hotel Juma Eluk, adanya tamu yang menginap lebih dari 5 kali, dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Jenis penellitian yang dilakukan adalah explanatory kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Metode penentuan sampel adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 99 orang. Hasil penelitian secara parsial Hargaberpen garuh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian,  Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian . Secara simultan Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan mampu mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 36% sisanya sebesar 64% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of remuneration, work flexibility, and work discipline on the efficiency of online motorbike taxi drivers in Medan. This research is based on the growing popularity of online motorbike taxi services in Medan, which can be easily ordered through smartphone applications at any time and place. Additionally, preliminary interviews with drivers have revealed that compensation factors play a role in their work performance. This research utilized quantitative approaches and collected samples from the community of online motorbike taxi drivers in Medan. The sample method employed was accidental sampling, with a total of 102 respondents who were drivers. The data analysis strategy employs the method of multiple linear regression. The research findings suggest that salary does not have a partially significant impact on driver performance. However, job flexibility and discipline have a positive and substantial influence on enhancing driver performance in Medan. Ultimately, the combination of remuneration, adaptability, and work ethic has a constructive and noteworthy influence on enhancing the productivity of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between poverty variables to economic growth, the relationship between natural disaster variables to economic growth, moderation of philanthropic variables on the relationship between poverty and economic growth, and moderation of philanthropic variables on the relationship between natural disasters and economic growth. The object of research is the member countries of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The type of research is quantitative research. Data collection methods with secondary data collection. The population in this study were 57 OIC member countries. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 7 OIC member countries. The data used is panel data processed using Eviews 10. The model chosen is the random effect model. The results showed that poverty has a negative but insignificant effect on economic growth. In addition, the natural disaster variable has a positive but insignificant effect on economic growth. The moderating variable of philanthropy proved to be able to moderate the effect of poverty and natural disasters on economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic Branding, Price Fairness and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty Mediated by Customer Satisfaction among Elisha Mart Ngaliyan customers. This research is quantitative research with primary data, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 206 people from Elisha Mart Ngaliyan customers. The sampling method and technique used 200. And the data analysis tool used was IBM SPSS Statistics 29 software. Based on the t test results, it showed that Islamic branding and price fairness had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, serice quality has no effect on customer loyalty. Then, Islamic branding, price fairness, service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on path analysis, it shows that customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on mediating price fairness on customer loyalty but is unable to mediate between Islamic branding and service quality on customer loyalty. This research can be used as consideration for Elisha Mart in improving and increasing customer satisfaction as needed.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan unsur yang paling penting untuk kemajuan atau kemunduran suatu perusahaan. Untuk memperoleh tujuan perusahaan, tentu memerlukan pekerja yang berdasarkan pada syarat yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja karyawan yang baik sangat dibutuhkan demi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan islami, dan budaya organisasi islami terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Nada Surya Tunggal dengan sampel 73 responden. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah diedarkan kemudian diuji menggunakan SPSS V25. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) Kepemimpinan islami berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) Budaya organisasi islami berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (5) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (6) Kepemimpinan islami berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (7) Budaya organisasi islami berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (8) Kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (9) Kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan islami terhadap kinerja karyawan (10) Kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi islami terhadap kinerja karyawan.
