Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan merupakan bagian penting dalam sistem administrasi pendidikan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu pendidikan secara menyeluruh. Artikel ini membahas konsep supervisi pendidikan, jenis-jenis supervisi, prinsip-prinsip pelaksanaan, serta dampaknya terhadap proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Melalui kajian pustaka dan pemaparan teori, ditemukan bahwa supervisi yang dilakukan secara profesional dan berkesinambungan mampu mendorong guru untuk berkembang secara kompetensi maupun profesionalisme. Supervisi yang bersifat kolaboratif dan membina terbukti lebih efektif dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif dan produktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji eksistensi Islam Kejawen di Desa Sarimulyo, Kabupaten Boyolali, sebagai bentuk integrasi harmonis antara ajaran Islam dan tradisi Jawa dalam membentuk tatanan sosial yang inklusif dan toleran. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-sosiologis, penelitian ini menganalisis keterkaitan antara praktik keagamaan berbasis budaya lokal dan kerangka hukum positif yang menjamin kebebasan beragama. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan observasi lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi praktik ritual seperti slametan, nyadran, kenduren, dan sedekah bumi, yang tetap lestari dan diterima lintas generasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam Kejawen di Sarimulyo berfungsi sebagai instrumen pelestarian budaya, penguatan modal sosial, serta media resolusi konflik berbasis nilai kearifan lokal. Secara yuridis, praktik tersebut memiliki landasan konstitusional yang kuat sebagaimana diatur dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945 dan peraturan terkait hak asasi manusia. Meskipun mendapat kritik dari kelompok skripturalis, masyarakat Desa Sarimulyo mempertahankannya melalui pendekatan adaptif yang menekankan substansi ajaran Islam di balik ritual budaya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Islam Kejawen di Sarimulyo memiliki legitimasi historis, kultural, dan hukum, serta relevan sebagai model toleransi berbasis kearifan lokal dalam memperkuat moderasi beragama di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis efektivitas bahan ajar fikih materi Munakahat dengan penerapan metode Moving Class di MA Al-Irsyad. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Moving Class meningkatkan interaksi antara guru dan siswa, memperkaya media dan pendekatan pembelajaran, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam memahami materi Munakahat secara kontekstual. Namun, ditemukan pula kendala seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kebutuhan akan koordinasi yang baik, serta kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi dinamika ruang belajar. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan metode Moving Class pada pembelajaran fikih materi Munakahat terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemahaman konseptual dan keterlibatan siswa, meskipun membutuhkan perencanaan dan dukungan yang optimal agar implementasinya efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between corporate punishment and academic performance in the southwestern region of Madagascar, where cultural traditions and official educational policies often stand in tension. The Ministry of Education formally prohibits physical discipline in schools, yet teachers and parents continue to use and defend it as a necessary tool for maintaining respect, order, and academic focus. Drawing on a qualitative approach, the study was conducted between 2023 and 2024 in Toliara I, Manombo, and Befandefa, involving 25 teachers, 30 parents, and 40 students aged 10 to 15 years. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using thematic content analysis. The findings show that teachers often view corporal punishment as indispensable in resource-limited classrooms, parents especially in rural areas, perceive it as proof of care and responsibility, and students express ambivalence, recognizing both fear and increased compliance. The study highlights the contrast between international frameworks that condemn corporate punishment and local practices that legitimize it. It concludes that addressing this issue requires culturally sensitive interventions, greater investment in teacher training, and the development of practical alternatives to physical discipline. These results contribute new insights into the ongoing debate on education, discipline, and child rights in Madagascar.

Abstract

This study aims investigate the incorporation of Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah into the Islamic law education curriculum to reinforce the basis of justice and the applicability of Islamic law in contemporary society. This study employs a qualitative technique, including literature analysis and interviews with scholars and practitioners of Islamic law. The study's findings suggest that including Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah into the Islamic law curriculum may enhance students' comprehension of the overarching aims of Islamic law, namely the safeguarding of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property. Maqāṣid principles in Islamic law education assist students learn theory and also make them think critically and be flexible when faced with new problems. In conclusion, including Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah into the curriculum of Islamic law education is essential for cultivating legal practitioners who comprehend social justice and can apply Islamic law more effectively in contemporary society.
