Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To describe the planning of the Al- Qur'an literacy program at SD Negeri 02 Dalam Kaum in developing students' religious character. 2) To describe the implementation of Al- Qur'an literacy at SD Negeri 02 Dalam Kaum in developing students' religious character. 3) To describe the implementation of Al-Qur'an literacy at SD Negeri 02 Dalam Kaum in developing students' religious character. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research results show that: 1) Planning for the Al-Qur'an literacy program in training students' religious character at SD Negeri 2 in Kaum Sambas District for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely, the school principal determines the objectives of Al-Qur'an literacy, determines the method, and the media to be used. 2) Implementation of the Al-Qur'an literacy program in training students' religious character at SD Negeri 2 in Kaum Sambas District for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely, starting 15 minutes before lessons start by teachers who teach in class from Monday to Saturday, using the Al- Qur'an as a medium and using the grouping method. 3) embedding the Al- Qur'an literacy program in the religious character training of students at SD Negeri 2 in Kaum Sambas District for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely, students become more fluent in reading the Al-Qur'an and students' character becomes better, like students more ethical towards teachers and friends, more trustworthy in carrying out the responsibilities given, more honest and more disciplined, and the school environment becomes more conducive

Abstract

This research began with the discovery of the phenomenon of low student learning motivation, especially in mathematics subjects, students experiencing difficulties in mathematics lessons.The aim of this research is to describe and analyze teacher planning, implementation and evaluation in increasing student learning motivation in mathematics subjects at MIS At-Taqwa Sambas for the 2023-2024 academic year.This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking techniques use source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member checks.The results of this research show that: (1) Planning the teacher's role in overcoming low student learning motivation is by understanding the classroom situation which is done by observing student interactions then preparing teaching methods and learning strategies that are appropriate to the learning material and then preparing the materials. teaching that will be delivered. (2) The teacher's implementation in increasing students' low learning motivation by conveying interesting learning objectives, then at the core stage the teacher involves students who play an active role in the learning process and at the final or closing stage the teacher always evaluates learning by repeating the learning material that has been explained previously, and (3 evaluations of teachers carrying out their role in overcoming low student learning motivation are checking students' achievements by giving practice assignments to students then, giving questions and quizzes to students which then becomes feedback for improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology, especially self check-in machines, has significantly improved efficiency and service quality at airports, including Adi Soemarmo International Airport in Surakarta. While these innovations are intended to reduce long queues at check-in counters, many passengers still face difficulties in using the machines. This study aims to evaluate both the utilization and challenges of the self check- in service to enhance its effectiveness and passenger comfort, contributing to the development of more modern airport services. Using a quantitative approach, the research assesses passenger understanding of self check-in machines at the airport. Data was collected from 100 respondents through purposive sampling and analyzed using descriptive percentage methods. Validity and reliability tests ensured the accuracy and consistency of the questionnaires. Conducted from August to September 2023, the study found that passenger understanding of the self check-in service was generally knowledgeable, with an average score of 56.88%, indicating a good grasp of the machines' basic features. However, challenges such as technical issues, lack of usage instructions, and limited staff assistance persist. Improving these supporting facilities is essential for enhancing the passenger experience with self check-in services

Abstract

The company's motivation to accomplish its objectives comes from the performance of its employees. Avsec officers at Adi Soemarmo Airport deal with a number of issues pertaining to work discipline and human resource quality in the course of their duties. Researchers found that several workers lacked job discipline, professionalism, and collaboration. The primary emphasis of research is this issue in order to comprehend how work discipline and the caliber of human resources affect output.The research was carried out from February 1 to March 31, 2024. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample in the study was 82 Avsec officers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 82 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heterokedasticity test, multicollinearity test, T test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient. The study’s findings indicate that the work discipline and human resource quality variables have a partial impact on Avsec officers’ performance. A T test with a variable's sig value less than 0.05 was used to obtain this. Work discipline and human resource quality have a simultaneous impact on performance, according to the F test results. An adjusted r-square of 0.558 was calculated based on the determination coefficient. This indicates that 44.2% of the variation in officer performance was due to other factors, while the remaining 55.8% was impacted by the variables of work discipline and human resource quality

Abstract

The Terminal Service Officer (TSO) assists airport service customers in the terminal area. The Airport Operation Landside and Terminal Service Improvement Unit is a division that provides services to airport users. In accordance with Article 1 paragraph 8 of the Standard Operating Procedure of PM 178 of 2015, the responsibilities of the Terminal Service Officer include setting objectives for service performance and being a reference for evaluation, responsible for supervising, monitoring, controlling, and coordinating with related units to maintain the terminal area and the land side of the airport, in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. The topic of this research is Terminal Service Officer. Three approaches were used to obtain data: documentation, interviews, and observations. Three informants were interviewed for this qualitative research approach: supervisors, information service officers, and terminal service officers. The results of this study show that low effectiveness and performance are caused by the breadth of responsibility of the position and limited human resources. Meanwhile, the workers who act as Terminal Service Officers have overcome obstacles in accordance with the relevant Standard Operating Procedures.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of capital production factors in Mr. Robi's Bangkok chicken farm. The research method employed is descriptive. To analyze the effectiveness of capital production factor utilization in Mr. Robi's Bangkok chicken farm, effectiveness and efficiency analyses were conducted. The research results indicate that the utilization of capital production factors has a percentage of 90.8%, indicating effective capital usage. Meanwhile, the efficiency analysis results of capital production factor utilization in Mr. Robi's Bangkok chicken farm are below 60, indicating highly efficient utilization of production factors in Mr. Robi's Bangkok chicken farm

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction at the J&T Express company in Timika City. The research method used in this study is by using the associative method, and the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The researcher used path analysis to analyze the effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction at the J&T Express company in Timika City. The results of the study showed that Tangibility, reliability, assurance had an effect on customer satisfaction. While Responsiveness and empathy did not affect customer satisfaction. Tangibility, reliability, assurance had an effect on customer loyalty. While Responsiveness and empathy had no effect on customer loyalty. There was no effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. Tangibility, responsiveness, and empathy had no effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction. While Reliability and assurance had an effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between job happiness and work engagement in the State Civil Apparatus at the Population Control Service, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Badung Regency. The data collection process was carried out from June 1 2024 to July 1 2024. Work happiness was measured using the work happiness scale and work engagement was measured using the work engagement scale which had been tested for validity and reliability again. This research involved a sample of 70 people with an age range of 35-58 years. The data analysis method used in this research is the Pearson correlation test. Based on the results of the correlation analysis between the two variables, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between job happiness and work engagement.

Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon that the cooperative producer of joint work business is a form of cooperative that establishes a partnership with PT. Fajar Saudara Lestari in order to distribute and share the results of palm oil production. The Joint Work Business Cooperative (UKB) receives payments or fees from the Company at a rate of 1% of the total sales value of Fresh Fruit Buns (FFB) each month. It can be concluded that the cooperative earns a fairly large income every month, however, the funds are only distributed to members according to the agreement that has been regulated in the cooperative regulations. The focus of this study is 1) What is the role of the Joint Work Business Producer Cooperative in improving the economic capacity of its members? 2) What are the efforts to improve the economic capacity of members of the Joint Work Business Producer Cooperative according to Islamic economics? This study uses a qualitative approach and a Descriptive type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses an interactive model that includes data reduction, data display and data verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study The role of cooperatives in improving the welfare of members can be marked by an increase in the income of its members. The role of the Karya Bersama Business Producer Cooperative in improving the economic capacity of its members is through a mutual assistance system (ta'awun), without interest and without fines on the savings and loan system. Then, efforts to improve the economic capacity of members of the Karya Bersama Business Producer Cooperative according to Islamic Economics are by establishing cooperation in a network of work partners with the palm oil company PT. Fajar Saudara Lestari so that they get a fee from the cooperation which is distributed to members so that it can help increase income or the economy. The practice of the Karya Usaha Producer Cooperative is in accordance with the principles of Islamic Economics.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is making decisions about costs, marketing, marketing mix, marketing allocation in relation to expected environmental conditions and competitive conditions. Marketing strategy is very important to measure the success of a business. The marketing strategy applied at Roemah Jamoer Ikram is well, it could be sent from the 3 (Three) years ago that production could be continued to grow so that it creates new products such as Jamur Crispy. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in increasing sales volume and sharia economic review in the marketing strategy of Jamur Tiram in Roemah Jamoer Ikram.This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and includes the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The primary data source is the owner of Jamur Tiram production in Roemah Jamoer Ikram and the secondary data source is from written sources relating to the marketing strategy of Jamur Tiram. Research data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification of research data. The data techniques used are the degree of confidence and continuous observation.Based on the results of the study concluded that Roemah Jamoer Ikram has implemented a marketing mix strategy that uses 5P variable are Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People. Based on viewed by the perspective of sharia economics related to marketing strategies at Roemah Jamoer Ikram, it has implemented what the prophet Muhammad Saw, namely by prioritizing the nature of: Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, Tabligh, and Istiqamah
