Abstract

The objective of this research is to find the space of experience (level of depression, relationship disharmony, resilience, and rising from bad experiences), the subject's narrative as an actor of dating as the victim and explore the extent of the losses obtained when entering the realm of toxic relationships. The problem of this study is that researchers find overlapping complexities of experience as experiences that cannot be quantified by numbers that need to be parsed one by one through the narratives of the three research subjects Wkhcath, Ldckyga, and Skcapthcu who are currently undergoing the lecture process on one of the campuses in Central Kalimantan. The research method is qualitative research with data search techniques through a series of interviews with three research subjects from Central Kalimantan (including the boyfriends of the three research subjects). Researchers before the interview asked permission first before recording the conversation and then the recording results were transferred into writing. The results showed that the problems of the three female students did not always originate during the lecture process, but had been present since they were in high school. In addition, the research results from the three research subjects show that resilience and daring to take a stand when experiencing oppression are important as an attitude of autonomy as well as a space of respect that should not be used as property.

Abstract

Harassment is an unwanted verbal or behavioral act in which someone shouts or calls someone's attention with inappropriate or sexually harassing words or comments in a public place. In criminal law, intimidation can take the form of verbal expression or violence. However, the legal status of subpoenas varies by country. Generally, criminal law covers various forms of disclosure, including verbal disclosure. Some countries or regions have laws or regulations that specifically cover sales offers. Police usually rely on available evidence and witnesses. Depending on the seriousness of the crime and local customs, penalties can also range from fines to prison terms. It is important to remember that solicitation laws and regulations may change over time and vary from one confirmation to another. Therefore, it is important for individuals to understand local laws and notify the authorities if they are victimized. If you or someone you know is the victim of a phone call, the general recommendation is to contact a local attorney or law firm for appropriate legal advice based on the situation and specifically on sexual disclosure.

Abstract

Hauwei and Tabuan villages, with Islamic, Kaharingan and Buddhist familial relations, live in the same house under the principle of familial tolerance. The wedding event included halal food and special spoon plates. The picture above describes how they respect each other and uphold religious tolerance so that life can run harmoniously. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data for this research is the religious tolerance of Tabuan village residents, Halong sub-district, Balangan district (Kinship Study). Interpretative qualitative analysis method with classification, comparison and interpretation. The research results show that the religious tolerance of Tabuan and Hauwei villagers is contributed by kinship factors. Nuclear family relationships between siblings and between children and parents are still maintained even though they have different religions. There are even religious differences that occur when they live in the same house. If many of the nuclear families have different religions, especially considering the aspect of the extended family, then there is increasing evidence that kinship is an important factor that contributes to religious tolerance. These results prove that the kinship system is a mechanism that connects conjugal families (and individuals who do not live in families) in a way that influences the integration of the general social structure and increases the ability of society to reproduce itself in an orderly manner.
