Abstract

Effective communication is a cornerstone of successfulleadership, influencing organizational culture, employeemorale, and overall productivity. This journal exploresthe  role  of  communication  in  enhancing  variousleadership  styles,  focusing  on  case  studies  fromIndomaret and Alfamart, two prominent retail chains inIndonesia,  along  with  insights  from  sales  teams.Through qualitative analysis, including interviews andobservations, this study examines how leaders at theseorganizations utilize communication strategies to fostercollaboration,    motivate    employees,    and    navigatechallenges.  The  findings  reveal  that  leaders  whoprioritize    transparent,    inclusive,    and    adaptivecommunication  not  only  enhance  their  leadershipeffectiveness    but    also    cultivate    a    positive    workenvironment    that    drives    team    performance.    Thisresearch  contributes  to  the  understanding  of  thedynamic    interplay    between    communication    andleadership,  offering  practical  recommendations  forenhancing leadership practices in retail and beyond

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explore the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, characterized by the development of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things (IoT), and big data, on Christian theology, particularly in the context of faith communities and evangelism. By employing a literature review method, this study examines various relevant sources, including academic articles, books, and research reports, to understand how technology has transformed worship practices, social interactions, and evangelistic strategies within the church. The findings indicate that although technology offers new opportunities to expand the reach of evangelistic missions through social media and digital platforms, ethical and spiritual challenges also arise, such as the loss of depth in community relationships and the risk of diminished spiritual experiences. This research provides important insights for churches and Christian leaders in responding to the challenges and opportunities presented by technological developments, aiming to preserve the essence of spirituality while remaining relevant in an increasingly digitally connected world

Abstract

Attendance recording is an essential part of employee management and reporting in institutions or companies. However, many companies still rely on manual attendance systems, where employees fill out printed attendance sheets. This method often leads to problems, such as damage or loss of the sheets, requiring reprinting and re-entering data, which is time-consuming and inefficient. To address these issues, a modern attendance system was developed using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This system incorporates the ESP8266 module for connectivity, RFID for employee data scanning, and the ESP32 Cam for facial validation. Additionally, the system integrates with a web-based interface for efficient data management and reporting. The proposed solution aims to simplify the attendance process, reduce errors, and enhance reliability compared to traditional manual systems. By leveraging IoT and website technology, this system provides a more eflective and sustainable approach to managing employee attendance in organizations

Abstract

The development of technology today brings us to the digital era, so it greatly aflects human behaviour in their daily activities in completing their work, as most aspects of human life depend on technology, this can be marked by the increasing number of technologies used by humans in various fields, including in daily needs as a medium of information, technology was also created to facilitate and assist humans in completing various activities. Seeing the activities carried out by people today have led to digital behaviour along with the development of technology today brings us to the digital era, thus greatly aflecting human behaviour in their daily activities, almost all aspects of human life are technology-based which facilitates human activities in carrying out their work, this can be indicated by the increasing number of technologies used by humans in various fields, including in the needs of daily human work. Technology was also created to facilitate and assist humans in completing various activities. So it is hoped that the existence of digital technology can make it more comfortable and easier for humans to complete their work. Human height depends on environmental and genetic factors. The average growth for each sex in the population is significantly diflerent, with adult men being taller on average than adult women. To determine height, a measuring instrument called a height gauge is needed, which is usually expressed in units of CM or Inc. To measure height we can go to the clinic and ask the officer to do an examination, or do it yourself at home with the help of others.But sometimes, there are some urgent things that make us have to know our height immediately. Or even we are attacked by laziness when we want to do height control to the clinic.With the development of technology today, it is possible to take height measurements at home even without the help of others. So that it can make it easier for us to check our height. The output expected by the author in this research is the making of the Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI) process in the form of copyright and publishing this research in an accredited national journal and of course in implementation can be used by schools or health services

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal, 1) to describe the learning motivation of students through the utilization of school facilities at SDN 04 Tengguli in the 2023-2024 Academic Year, 2) to find out what factors influence the lack of learning motivation of students at SDN 04 Tengguli in the 2023-2024 Academic Year, 3) to find out the teacher's strategy in utilizing school facilities to increase the learning motivation of students at SDN 04 in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Student learning motivation through the use of school facilities at SDN 04 Tengguli is one of the keys to learning success and self-development, learning motivation is an important role in influencing the learning process to achieve educational goals, both from within students and from outside students so as to create enthusiasm in learning in order to achieve a goal, such as being active in participating in learning, doing assignments, and doing homework, being active in learning, actively doing assignments, and utilizing library facilities by reading books. 2) Factors that influence the lack of student learning motivation at SDN 04 Tengguli are a sense of inability to understand or inability to master ordinary lesson materials, students will tend to experience a decrease in learning motivation, student health can interfere with the comfort and concentration of students in learning, resulting in a decrease in learning motivation, the factor of the absence of ideals or goals in students can affect the lack of learning motivation. 3) Teachers' strategies for utilizing school facilities to increase students' learning motivation at SDN 04 Tengguli. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Team Ganes Tournament (TGT) learning model on students' mathematical communication skills, as well as to identify differences in mathematical communication skills between students taught usingTeam Ganes Tournament (TGT) learning model and students taught without usingTeam Ganes Tournament (TGT) learning model. This research was conducted at La Tansa 2 Junior High School. The research method used was true experimental with pretest-posttestcontrol group design. The research sample consisted of 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class selected using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was a description test of 5 questions. The results of this analysis using simple linear regression showed a significance of 0.008, which means there is a significant effect. In addition, the result of t-test with Independent Sample T-Test shows a significance of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, so H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant difference in mathematical communication skills between students taught using theTeam Ganes Tournament (TGT) learning model and students taught using conventional learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) To describe the reasons why children prefer to play the internet rather than playing outside with their friends 2) To describe the role of parents in providing digital education to children.This study uses a qualitative approach and a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are First, children prefer to play the internet rather than playing outside with their friends, second so that parents can do their jobs easily, third parents provide facilities and freedom to children, fourth children are addicted to playing the internet on YouTube, fifth the videos on YouTube are interesting so that children feel at home watching them. First, provide examples of good morals to children, second provide examples of diligent worship to children, third force children to worship such as praying and reciting the Koran so that from coercion it becomes a habit, fourth lack of affection for children who have single parents

Abstract

Principal leadership is the ablitity to mobilize existing resources in a school to be used optimally to achieve the expected goald. 1). The aim of this research is toreveal :What are the forms of school to improve students. 2). Implementing the program carried out by the school principal in improving students at sdn 22 Sulur Medan 2023-2024. 3) .Obstacles faced by school principals at SDN 22 Sulur Medan 2023-2024. This researcher used a phenomological type of research with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using abservation interviews and documentation interviews and documentation while the data analysis techiniques used were data collection data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions teachniques for cheking the validity of the data and using source collation and cheking. The results of this research show that : 1.       What are the forms of the principal's program in improving student discipline at SDN 22 Sulur Medan for the 2023-2024 academic year? There are several programs as follows: a. Rules obeyed by students and teachers. b. Regulations regarding class start times. c. Increase discipline towards students, so that if there are assignments at home (PR) they cannot be done at school, this is so that students can study at home when they are not at school. 2.       What is the implementation of the principal's program to improve student discipline at SDN 22 Sulur Medan for the 2023-2024 academic year. Preliminary activities in using the disciplinary learning process with students. Students who do not want to do assignments take a direct approach to students. The preliminary stage is already in the lesson plan. The obstacles faced by school principals in improving student discipline at SDN 22 Sulur Medan 2023-2024, there are 2 factors, namely internal consisting of within the students while external from outside, namely the social environment

Abstract

Planning and managing towards a goal is the definition of strategy. However, to achieve this goal, the methodology does not serve as a guide that will determine the direction of the business, but can indicate a functional strategy. a strategy designed with the aim of influencing a wider range of human behavior by incorporating new ideas. There is also a correspondence system which is the best combination of all correspondence components starting from the communicator, message, beneficiary channel, and impact intended to achieve the purpose of the correspondence. Adolescent misconduct is an act that does not heed norms, decisions or regulations that apply in public, which is committed during adolescence or the transition period from adolescence to adulthood. Teenage misbehavior includes all behavior that deviates from legal or strict standards carried out by teenagers, this behavior can harm themselves or others. The exploration carried out was field research using subjective elucidation techniques. Information gathering procedures are carried out using methods such as perception, meetings and documentation. The information checking procedure uses strategies such as editing information (reducing information), displaying information (information show), and carrying out determination and checking (ending/confirmation). Judging from the impact caused by the exploration, there are several types of correspondence techniques for nagari guards in dealing with juvenile delinquency, especially correspondence procedures that are successful in dealing with juvenile delinquency. Direct correspondence between the Wali Nagari and the local area, as well as using firm messages and priorities, providing advice, direction and guidance to the younger generation. Activities such as positive activities, exposure to regional culture, welcoming the younger generation to tourist destination cities, and arranging Tahfiz huts are one way to develop rigorous learning and rigorous quality

Abstract

This research aims to find out and obtain information about: 1) The application of audio visual media in the Aqidah Akhlak learning process in class VII MTs Yasti Leadership for the 2023-2024 academic year and the extent to which it is effective in increasing students' interest in learning, 2) Factors that influence success application of audio visual media in increasing students' interest in learning in the Aqidah Akhlak subject in class VII MTs Yasti Leadership for the 2023-2024 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The data validity techniques used are source triangulation and member checking. The results of this research indicate that: (1) the application of audio-visual media in the Aqidah Akhlak learning process is the availability of devices and media such as projectors, computers, televisions, and audio speakers which are the main tools that must be available and function well, the quality of audio-visual media with image resolution and graphic clarity are adequate, integration in the curriculum helps students understand the material better because it involves more senses, (2) factors that influence the success of implementing audio-visual media in increasing students' interest in learning in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak are the quality of the media audio visual, presentation method, readiness and teacher competency, availability of audio visual devices, students' basic ability to use the required technology, learning environment, evaluation and feedback
