<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the role of contemporary da'wah and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in developing adaptive Islamic education management in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Using a qualitative-conceptual approach with the library research method, this study analyzes how Islamic educational institutions can integrate traditional values with modern technology. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum, through the P5 RA (Strengthening the Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile Project), provides a strategic framework for religious moderation and character building. Furthermore, the integration of AI acts as a catalyst for personalized learning and digital da'wah, although it faces challenges such as infrastructure gaps and digital ethics (adab). <![CDATA[This study examines the concept of taʿẓīm al-ʿālim (reverence for scholars) within the Islamic intellectual tradition and its relevance to ethical leadership and governance in humanitarian dakwah organizations in Indonesia. In recent years, particularly since 2021, Islamic philanthropic and dakwah institutions have expanded significantly, creating tensions between charismatic leadership based on ulama authority and the demand for participatory, transparent, and accountable organizational governance. Despite the growing literature on religious authority and charismatic leadership, limited studies connect these discussions with the concept of taʿẓīm al-ʿālim and its implications for organizational ethics in Islamic institutions. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer on Scopus-indexed publications concerning “charismatic religious leadership” and “religious authority in Islam”. In addition, a critical textual analysis of Tazkirat al-Sāmiʿ wa al-Mutakallim by Ibn Jamāʿah is conducted. Eight selected articles are thematically analyzed to map relationships between authority, power, and religious leadership, and then compared with the classical ethical framework of reverence toward scholars. The findings show that taʿẓīm al-ʿālim aligns with contemporary understandings of religious authority rooted in knowledge, moral integrity, and community legitimacy, while emphasizing ethical responsibility and adab. Values such as trustworthiness (amanah), exemplary conduct, service, and respect for knowledge can be translated into organizational ethics through codes of conduct, consultative mechanisms, and institutional standards, contributing to a more accountable and civilized model of dakwah governance.]]>

<![CDATA[The management of Educational Operational Assistance (BOP) funds plays a crucial role in supporting the sustainability of educational institutions. However, in practice, several schools and educational institutions have not fully implemented proper management functions in managing BOP funds. For instance, some institutions do not conduct systematic budget planning and lack written budget plans that can serve as detailed references for financial management. Consequently, financial expenditures are often conducted incidentally without clear budgeting guidelines. This study aims to analyze the implementation of BOP fund management in educational institutions, particularly in terms of planning, budgeting, implementation, and supervision. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of BOP fund management has not been carried out optimally in several aspects, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and supervision. Therefore, improvements are required to ensure more effective and accountable financial management. One of the main challenges in BOP fund management is the limited quality of human resources, both in terms of academic qualifications and managerial competencies.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the positive and negative impacts of social media use on the psychosocial development of elementary school (MI) students from an Islamic education perspective. In the digital era, social media has become an integral part of students' lives, influencing their social interactions, mental health, and character development. This study employed a qualitative design with a grounded research approach, allowing researchers to gather direct data from respondents' experiences and perspectives regarding the impact of social media on the psychosocial development of elementary school (MI) students in Probolinggo Regency. The results indicate that social media can have positive impacts, such as improved communication skills and access to educational information. However, social media also has negative impacts, such as online bullying, anxiety, and digital dependency. From an Islamic perspective, social media should be used wisely to strengthen moral and ethical values and support good character development. Islamic education plays a crucial role in guiding students to use social media in a healthy manner, with supervision from parents and teachers, and maintaining a balance between digital and real-world life. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of social media use in the context of Islamic education and student psychosocial development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the implementation of Islamic character education at MA Progresif Ummul Quro, Bantaran, Probolinggo, and its impact on student behavior and morality. Islamic character education at MA Progresif Ummul Quro is integrated into the curriculum and extracurricular activities to develop students who are not only academically intelligent but also possess noble morals. The research findings indicate that most students feel the Islamic character education received at school has a positive impact on their behavior, both inside and outside of school. However, this study also uncovered several challenges, such as time constraints within the curriculum, a lack of structured materials, and limited support from parents and the community. This research makes an important contribution to the development of Islamic character education theory in Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) and provides new insights into the integration of Islamic character education into students' daily lives. Overall, MA Progresif Ummul Quro has the potential to serve as a model for other schools in creating an environment that supports the development of comprehensive Islamic character. This study recommends better structuring Islamic character education materials, allocating more time, and increasing parental and community involvement to support the teaching of Islamic character in schools.]]>
