Abstract

This article discusses 1. How the existence of socio-cultural conditions of the community in the Malino pine forest development area of Gowa Regency, 2. Factors that influence the occurrence of social changes in the Malino pine forest development area of Gowa Regency and 3. How to form social changes that occur in the community in the Malino pine forest development area of Gowa Regency. The purpose of this research is 1. To find out the existence of socio-cultural conditions of the community in the Malino pine forest development area of Gowa Regency, 2. To find out the factors that affect the occurrence of social changes in the Malino pine forest development area of Gowa Regency. 3. To find out the form of social change that occurs in the community in the Malino pine forest development area of Gowa Regency. This research is qualitative research. Qualitative research methods are methods used to examine the natural conditions of objects. In this method of researchers use a sociological approach. The source of research data is primary and secondary data (Communities around Malino pine forest tourism). Furthermore, the data collection methods used are observations, interviews, documentation. Then, data management and analyst techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presenter, and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this study show that the people around Malino pine forest tourism experience social changes well this can be seen from attitudes and behaviors. 1. Socio-cultural conditions of the community before and after the Malino pine forest tourist area, people's lives have developed from before 2. The existence of influencing factors, namely (factors of education, tourism, external culture / foreign economy and development in the region ) and 3. The form of social change that occurs is a. Changes in mindset (life has developed, thinking has advanced, and interaction with people/visitors increasingly open). b. A modern lifestyle and a growing language. The implication of this study is 1). Able to manage the conditions or opportunities that exist for the community 2). Various forms of business that can be built or run and 3). The author hopes that this study can provide understanding to readers and hopes that this research can be useful as a reference for readers in the future.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to change the religious behavior of a family after performing Umrah in Marang District, Pangkep Regency. Then, the main problem is described into sub-problems, namely: 1) What is the change in a family's religious behavior after performing the Umrah in Marang District, Pangkep Regency? and 2) What are the views of the local community about the changes in the religious behavior of a family after performing the Umrah Service in Marang District, Pangkep Regency?The type of this research is a case study with qualitative research methods, the research approach is a scientific approach to Hajj and Umrah Management and a Psychology approach. The research data sources are primary and secondary data sources, primary data sources consist of one family who has performed Umrah, in this case, the father, mother, children, and the local community that consisted of five informants. Secondary data sources are books, journals, and articles. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Data processing techniques and data analysis were carried out through four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results of this research indicate that there is a change in a family's religious behavior after performing the Umrah, which can be in terms of worship discipline, in this case, is the discipline in carrying out the five daily prayers in congregation, maintaining attitudes, social care and always establishing a relationship with other people, in this case, the relationship with other people and their relationship with Allah. In the public's view of the changes in a family, religious behavior after performing the Umrah is true that it has changed for the better which can be seen from the way of communicating with the community, besides that, discipline in worship extends a positive influence on the community, therefore, people feel interested or willing to perform Umrah.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the community views the title of Karaeng haji and how is the social status of Karaeng haji in Tamaona Village, Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the public's view of the title of Karaeng Haji and to determine the social status of "Karaeng Haji" in Tamaona Village, Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the approach used is a scientific approach to Hajj and Umrah management and a sociological approach. In this study, the authors used data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques go through four stages, namely data reduction, data display, comparative analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the social status of people who hold the title of Karaeng haji has a striking difference in the eyes of the community. This is evidenced when there are events such as weddings, circumcision, religious events such as the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. A person who holds the title is more respected and prioritized in these events. The public's view of the social status of Karaeng haji is that Karaeng haji is a status that has a special position in the eyes of the people of Tamaona Village. Because society emphasizes the importance of historical roots and views people who have made the pilgrimage to have more knowledge and wealth, this is the basis for justifying why they deserve to have a special position in society. However, not everyone agrees that people with the title of karaeng haji are given excessive respect, especially to the point that people think only people who have the title of karaeng haji deserve respect because after all we are all equal in the eyes of Allah swt. Not a few residents of Tamaona Village who hold the title of karaeng hajj and hajj who object if they are not called with that title because they understand that performing the pilgrimage is not just to get that title. The implication in the study is that based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it shows that the social status of people who hold the title of Karaeng haji in Tamaona Village is in line with existing theory, Owners of high social status will also be placed in a higher place in the community structure compared to owners of social status. The low one. The view of the Tamaona Village Community towards the title of Karaeng haji is in line with the existing theory. Their respectable community groups always emphasize the importance of historical roots which are the basis for justifying why they deserve to have a special position in society such as the title of Karaeng haji.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service quality of the Indonesian Islamic Bank Veterans Branch Makassar, customer satisfaction of prospective pilgrims, and the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of prospective pilgrims at Makassar Veterans Branch Office. The approach used in this research is the quantitative method. The sample used in this study was 308 customer respondents based on the Lomeshow formula if the sample was infinite or the time of the research was not known. The research was carried out in June 01-July 01 2021. The data collection used was using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test. Based on the results of the t-test hypothesis, the study showed that the service quality variable was the service quality. Physical evidence 0.841 > 0.05 showed insignificant results, the empathy variable 0.114 > 0.05 showed insignificant results, the reliability variable 0.005 <0.05 showed significant results., Responsiveness 0.199 > 0.05 indicates insignificant results and Guarantee 0.670 > 0.05 indicates insignificant results, so based on the hypothesis in this study H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, and the results of the f test value Fcount (2,351)>Ftable ( 0.446, sig value 0.041> 0.05 shows a significant result between service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This journal was created to describe how the social impact that occurred on the community since the establishment of the rubber processing plant PT. PP LONSUM in Tammatto Village, Ujung Loe District, Bulukumba Regency and how the social life of the community since the establishment of the rubber processing plant PT. PP LONSUM in Tammatto Village, Ujung Loe District, Bulukumba Regency. In the explanation of this journal, the research is qualitative research that uses descriptive analysis methods where the research methodology is through sociological and phenomenological approaches through various series of activities such as observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this study show that the social life of the community with the company factory PT PP London Sumatra is very helpful to the community around the company to their welfare especially helping to meet their daily needs both clothing, food, and boards. The social impact with the factory company PT PP London Sumatra Ujung Loe District Bulukumba regency is seen from the positive impact can already help the community by opening jobs for the surrounding community. Of course, also in the company certainly has a negative impact, namely the occurrence of environmental pollution, the occurrence of eye shifts, and the loss of people's personalities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of remembrance therapy in reducing stress for adolescents at Jami' Nurul Amin Mosque Tonyaman, Polewali Mandar Regency. The impact of remembrance therapy in reducing stress for adolescents at Jami' Nurul Amin Mosque Tonyaman, Polewali Mandar Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type located at Jami' Nurul Amin Mosque, Tonyaman Village, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research approach used is the Islamic Counseling Guidance approach and the Psychology approach. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data processing and analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, the form of remembrance therapy in reducing stress for adolescents at Jami' Nurul Amin Tonyaman Mosque, Polewali Mandar Regency, namely in the form of remembrance Qauly remembrance which is spoken orally by uttering praises of praise to Allah and can be heard by the ear, remembrance of Qalby remembrance which is done by remembering Allah with the heart, in other words remembering Allah with the heart, and dhikr fi'ly or remembering Allah in the form of action in question is every act or activity of a person who is good and can lead him to remember Allah or as an action based on God's rules and regulations. The impact of remembrance therapy in reducing stress for teenagers at Jami' Nurul Amin Mosque Tonyaman, Polewali Mandar Regency, namely making the heart peaceful, increasing confidence and courage, eliminating fear, and softening the heart.The implications of this research are: The mosque youth program, whether the mosque's imam or mosque youth coach, makes a series of lessons in special material about remembrance about its meaning, purpose, and benefits. The remembrance activities should be scheduled for several different mosques so that the remembrance is not only followed by teenagers with the same hamlet or only one hamlet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social conditions of street vendors and the obstacles of street vendors in improving their social life. This research is qualitative research using communication and sociological approaches and data collection techniques used in the study, namely observation, interviews, documentation, and reference tracing. This research was conducted in Bialo Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Lentera terhadap tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi UIN Alauddin Makassar dan (2) untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat saat menggunakan Lentera terhadap tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi UIN Alauddin Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner dengan skala efektivitas penggunaan media dan tingkat pemahaman. Setelah melakukan uji rumus Slovin, ada 77 sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan ke responden melalui google form dan dokumentasi. Adapun Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu daya deskriminasi item, uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah menggunakan teknik analis korelasi, uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji hipotesis lalu penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif efektivitas penggunaan Lentera terhadap tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi UIN Alauddin Makassar. Adapun besar tingkat efektivitas, r square = 0,444 atau 44,4%. Nilai tersebut berada pada nilai 0,400 – 0,599 yang artinya masuk dalam kategori sedang. Sisanya 55,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian berdasarkan uji hipottesis menggunakan uji t, thitung 7,736 > ttabel,665 pada taraf signifikansi 5% sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.Beberapa hal yang menjadi hambatan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pembelajaran dengan Lentera diantaranya, informasi yang disajikan tidak mudah dipahami sehingga mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam penguasaan materi, semangat dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang disebabkan kurangnya motivasi yang diberikan dan efisiensi waktu dalam penggunaan Lentera. Implikasi penelitian (1) Diharapkan lentera agar terus di upgrade untuk memberikan kemudahan mahasiswa dalam mengakses media tersebut. Hal ini mengingat banyak nya fitur-fitur yang terdapat dalam aplikasi tersebut, sementara banyak diantara mahasiswa maupun dosen belum memahami cara penggunaan nya, (2) Keaktifan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring dengan memanfaatkan platform lentera dapat mendorong eksistensi aplikasi lentera sebagai media pembelajaran UIN Alauddin Makassar dan (3) Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi rujukan mahasiswa kedepannya ketika ingin melakukan penelitian berkaitan dengan Aplikasi Lentera.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) identify public knowledge of child exploitation news in Bima, and 2) determine public attitudes towards child exploitation news in Bima.This research is a quantitative research with quantitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The sample used in this study is the community in Sambianae Village who reads the news of child exploitation, totaling 100 respondents. The sample was determined by using a non-probability technique with an incidental sampling method. The data processing technique used in this research is descriptive analysis.The results of this study are: 1) The level of public knowledge of the news of child exploitation in Bima is in the high category as many as 21 respondents with a percentage of 21%, the level of public knowledge in the medium category is 57 respondents with a percentage of 57%, and the level of public knowledge in the low category as many as 22 respondents with a percentage of 22%. 2) The public's attitude towards news of child exploitation in Bima is in the very interested category having a percentage of 42%, 50% in the moderately interested category, and 8% in the disinterested category.The implication of this research is that people can make news as a source of information and digest each news well, so that the news can be used as learning and one of the guidelines for action. The researcher also hopes that this research can be used as a source of data for similar research and that further research will be carried out based on other factors with more varied variables, sample sizes, and indicators.
