Abstract

Poverty is one of the major social problems in Makassar City, precisely in Bulurokeng Village, Biringkanaya District. One of the efforts to tackle poverty is the existence of a government program for free health insurance, commonly known as the Health Insurance Administration Agency (BPJS). Therefore, this research was conducted to find out how the service process was carried out by the Social Service during the administration of Health Insurance for the poor. This research is qualitative research with a social research approach that is used as a reference in analyzing the object under study in accordance with the science of logic by using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was also carried out in four stages, namely data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of verification/conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the process of providing Social Security assistance services from the Social Service to the Kelurahan and the community is directed at the following processes: 1) File Receipt. 2) The Department of Social Affairs must first trace the people who have registered to get the free guarantee. 3) Validate data. 4) Card distribution. In the service process, supporting and inhibiting factors are often found. Among the supporting factors are 1) Targeting 95% of Makassar people to be covered by Universal Health Coverage (UHC). 2) Clarity of service information. 3) Completeness of Facilities and Infrastructure. 4) Human resources. While the inhibiting factors are 1) It is difficult to sort out people who have been able to. 2) The length of the process of making a health insurance card. 3) Lack of public awareness about the importance of health insurance. Abstract

This study discusses the Fashion of Women's Hajj Clothing in Topejawa Village, Takalar Regency. The main problem in this study is how the meaning of Songko' Ajji Women as Hajj Clothing Fashion in Topejawa Village, Takalar Regency, and whether the compatibility between the tradition of wearing Songko' Ajji Women in Topejawa Village, Takalar Regency in accordance with Islamic law or not. This study uses a qualitative research type with the approach used is a phenomenological approach. In this study, researchers used data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data processing and analysis technique went through four stages, namely data reduction, data display, comparative analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the female Songko' Ajji who is often named by female pilgrims in Topejawa Village is shaped like the male Songko' Ajji where the shape is circular following the shape of the head using a rubber back for size adjustment without adhesive. Made of cloth sewn with gold thread or other floral motifs wrapped around it. The thread made of gold or in the Makassar language "Bannang Bulaeng" and coiled around Songko' Ajji means that the more circles of gold thread found in Songko' Ajji, the higher the degree of the wearer. Meanwhile, the male Songko 'Ajji is in a circular shape following the head without using the rubber on the back. The meaning of the songko 'Ajji woman in Topejawa Village, Takalar Regency is a symbol attached to the community order that the person has made the pilgrimage. Related to history, Songko 'Ajji this woman is the difference between people who have made the pilgrimage and those who have not. Those who have made the pilgrimage can use the woman's Songko 'Ajji, while those who have not made the pilgrimage may not use it. But there are some people who use female Songko 'Ajji even though they have not set foot in the holy land. They assume that the woman's songko 'ajji is not only intended for people who have made the pilgrimage but is used as a head covering. In the Islamic view, the use of Songko' Ajji by women in the community structure in Topejawa Village, Takalar Regency is not in accordance with Islamic law because in the use of Songko' Ajji the woman does not cover her nakedness completely but only as a head covering or only as a symbol.

Abstract

This journal was created to describe "How the Strategy of Islamic Religious Development in Prisoners at the Special Child Development Institute (LPKA) Klas II Kabupaten Mamuju". The results of this study show that Efforts to foster Islam in prisoners at the Klas II Special Child Development Institute (LPKA) in Mamuju Regency are carried out using two methods, namely: individual guidance and group guidance where the implementation includes several materials, namely Reading iqro and Quranic Recitation Routine, Fiqh practice. There are two obstacles to coaching, namely the background factor of the prisoner's religious knowledge and the lack of religious guidance in LPKA. The implications of this study are: 1) It is hoped that the Special Child Development Institute (LPKA) Klas II Mamuju Regency can be more frequent in carrying out Islamic Agam coaching for Prisoners.2) The Ministry of Religion's Religious extension should continue to cooperate so that Islamic guidance remains optimal.3) Coaching activities to be better programmed.

Abstract

This study describes the main problem "How is Village Fund Empowerment on Community Welfare in Panciro Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency?" With sub-problems, namely: How is Village Fund Empowerment on Community Welfare in Panciro Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency? and What are the obstacles faced in Empowering Village Funds on Community Welfare in Panciro Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency? The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the village fund empowerment program in Panciro Village which is run by the Panciro village apparatus is in accordance with government regulations and there have been several successful programs run. The obstacles that often arise are due to the lack of synchronic coordination between the government and regional confusion, the distribution of village funds is hampered and the impact is that the wheels of the village economy are hampered. Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the factors that cause the practice of violence against minors in the Somba Opu sub-district, Gowa district, and how the model of assistance carried out by the Women's Empowerment and Protection Service in dealing with violence against minors in the Somba Opu sub-district, Gowa district. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Factors causing violence against minors are: a) economic factors b) lack of family education c) environmental factors d) child delinquency factors. 2. Mentoring models, namely: a) early-stage mentoring model b) second-stage mentoring model c) late-stage mentoring model.

Abstract

This study entitled The Impact of Tourism on Social Change in the Village of Tongke-tongke, Sinjai Regency. This study aims to determine the socio-economic impact caused by tourism on the lives of the surrounding community. In this study, the author uses a descriptive qualitative research type, where qualitative research is one of the studies that produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and the behavior of the people observed, the authors use a sociological and social welfare approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary, while primary data is obtained through direct interaction in the field with informants through interviews and observations and secondary data is obtained from documentation to complete primary data. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of the research were seasonal farmers, pump heads, and the community in Jalanjang sub-district. Based on the results of interviews, observations, and documentation of the author while in Tongke-tongke Village, the results of this study indicate that, the forms of social change due to the development of tourism in the Tongke-tongke village community, Sinjai district, amounted to 3, namely: 1. Opening jobs 2. Development 3. Encourage someone to become an entrepreneur. The impact of tourism on social change in the Tongke-tongke community is twofold, namely: 1 social interaction. and 2.LifestyleThe implications of this research are 1. So that people maintain the cleanliness of tourist sites so that tourists feel comfortable. 2. Pemerinta Conduct socialization and education to tourism managers to find out what tourists need when visiting.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how to empower the corn farming community based on farming groups in Takalar Regency with the aim of (1) To find out the process of economic empowerment of the corn farming community based on farming groups in Takalar Regency, (2) To find out the obstacles to economic empowerment of farming communities. The corn-based farming group in Takalar Regency. The results of this study indicate that the process of economic empowerment of the corn farming community based on farming groups in Barugaya Village is through deliberation that has been successfully carried out by the government supported by the community who are members of farmer groups then counseling and training is carried out by the agricultural office and finally carried out capacity development in empowerment through farmer groups, but several obstacles that occur are low public awareness to participate, limited budget funds, uncertain market prices, and uncertain weather.

Abstract

This journal was created with the aim of describing how the efforts and methods of da'wah bil hal in increasing public awareness of environmental quality and what factors supporting and inhibiting da'wah bil hal activities in increasing public awareness of environmental quality in the Sengkang Central Market, Wajo Regency. The results of the study show that 1) public awareness of cleanliness already exists but is still part of the entire community in the Sengkang Central Market environment. 2) Da'wah efforts are efforts that can be made as part of da'wah bil hal, namely, a) Get used to maintaining cleanliness and eliminating the habit of littering. b) Providing garbage disposal facilities in public places. c) It should be socialized to the Muslim community that the environment is an important theme discussed in Islam. d) It is necessary to promote environmental care activities such as mutual cooperation in cleaning the market environment. e) processing of waste into useful products. f) Social control by turning on Amar Makruf Nahi Mungkar. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for da'wah bil hal activities in Increasing Public Awareness of Environmental Quality in the Central Market, namely, supporting factors, namely: a) support from the community. b) Adequate facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are, a) the lack of da'i participation. b) lack of awareness of market visitors. Keywords: the role of da'wah, public awareness, and environmental quality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the government's efforts in alleviating poverty using Government Assistance which fosters a dependent mentality. The main problem in this study is the exposure of social engineering to overcome the mindset of depending on the community for government assistance to become an independent mentality in Bontominasa Village, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is included in qualitative study using a research approach, namely a sociological approach. Furthermore, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. For data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, data reduction, data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that 1) Some social engineering that can be done in overcoming the mentality of depending on the community for government assistance is changing the paradigm of people's thinking about the nature of assistance and increasing community capacity (capacity building) through motivational training, job training, and reviving the entrepreneurial spirit. 2) Before receiving government assistance, it is necessary to go through several stages first. 3) Government assistance as a solution in poverty alleviation not only has a positive impact on the community but also has a negative impact.
