Abstract

Optimizing strategy management at the Khadimul Ummah Kajang Islamic Boarding School plays an important role in the development of pesantren by implementing stages of strategy management, starting from strategy formulation, strategy implementation, to strategy control. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in optimizing strategy management at this boarding school. Supporting factors are the existence of Islamic boarding schools that received appreciation from the surrounding community and the achievements obtained by the students who were able to demonstrate the existence of the Islamic Boarding School Khadimul Ummah Kajang. The inhibiting factors are the lack of teaching staff and the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the boarding school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the  representation of identity politics in the 2019 presidential election in Kompas.com. This scientific research approach uses framing analysis by Robert N Entman, who will look at what the mass media frame each report and also what journalists look at in selecting the issue and also the viewpoint used. the results show that Kompas.com in viewing the issue of identity politics as a threat to the unity and harmony of the multicultural Indonesian people. Abstract

Dakwah or Da’wah (Proselytism of Islam) is moeslem religious activity, in form of acts, words (speech) and efforts (both mentally and spiritually) to enhance and improve knowledge in many aspects of life, especially the true meaning of Islam, and how it should actualize as the way of thinking and daily acts, to invite people and society to a better way according to the Qur’an. Da’wah also aims to form a better life of society to fulfil the concept of “Happiness in this life and life after”. The purposes of this study are to show how Da’wah activity could enhance and improve the work ethic as it’s part to shape character, to promote change to modernizations, how Da’wah Motivate people dan Da’wah’s role to share knowledge and Islamic perspectives. Supporting factor in society that make Da’wah easier for people to accept dan to improve the society’s work ethic was the government policy, the society’s openness, the high spirited society and collaboration between community and organization.

Abstract

This study examines the process of producing live broadcasts (live report). The aim is to find out the stages of the live broadcast production process (live report) and further describe related factors inhibiting live broadcast production (live report) tvOne Makassar bureau. The informants in this study were the head of the Makassar TVOne Bureau, the coverage coordinator as well as the program producer, Reporter, Cameraman and Program Director. The results of the research showed the live broadcast production process of the TVOne Makassar Bureau through three stages, firstly pre-production, secondly the production process, and the third, post-production.This study examines the process of producing live broadcasts (live report). Abstract

This study discusses the Universum Magazine Strategy in the 4.0 Revolution Era. The research objectives to find out the strategy of the UIN Alauddin Makassar universal magazine in changing information flow and to find out the impact of information shifting on the image of UIN Alauddin Makassar on the community. The source of the data in this study was obtained from direct interviews with several informants in the research locations including, the Head of Public Relations Section of UIN Alauddin Makassar, Universum Magazine Journalist, and Universum Magazine Reader. Data processing and analysis techniques, namely through the process of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the strategy of the universal magazine UIN Alauddin Makassar in changing the flow of information including developing universal magazines from the printed version to the digital version and the ability to adapt to changes must be clever in viewing audience behavior.

Abstract

Teaching the thought of Islam requires good management so that in the implementation process it can run well. Management itself is a very important process in running an organization. So, in the orphanage management functions, we should apply some planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating so that everything that is done can go according to objectives and the goals. With the management functions, the activities of teaching Islam can be arranged systematically and without the management of Islamic teachings, especially in managing the religious abilities of children in the orphanage, it will not run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the Application of Da'wah Management Functions in religious activities at the Nahdiyat Orphanage in Makassar City. To find out about the Opportunities and Challenges of Applying Da'wah Management Functions in religious activities at the Nahdiyat Orphanage in Makassar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the da’wah strategi in the community of adherents of the Andingingi Balla’ tradition in the village of Bilanrengi Parigi District Gowa Regency. This type of research is a qualitative study using the Da’wah management approach and the communication approach. Data sources of this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The informants were religious leaders, traditional leaders, community leaders, adherents of the Andingingi Balla’ tradition and village official. Data collection method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Management techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the da’wah strategy used is a sentimental and a rational da’wah strategy using lecture methods in various forms of activities including Friday worship, recitation of majelis taklim, a celebration of Islamic holidays, Ramadan lectures and Friday sermons’ at. Factors that become obstacles in socializing Islamic teachings to the people of the Andingingi Balla’ tradition in Bilanrengi village, Parigi District, Gowa Regency are the lack of community time to participate in religious activities and study religious knowledge and the strong tradition of community that makes dakwah no effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study How the Management Strategy of Pondok Leaders in the Development of An-Nuriyah Bontocini Islamic Boarding School Students in Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by preaching management. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. An-Nuriyah Bontocini is a family management system and open management. While the strategy of the leaders of the pondok in guidance to students is to make programs or activities. Like 1) Tahfidzul Quran, done in a way that is one day one verse and students are accustomed to reading the Koran one page after the midday prayer. 2) Book readers, every santri interviewed has 24 books. 3) Strengthening Foreign Languages (English, Arabic, French, Mandarin and Japanese). 4) Da'wah training is carried out in ways such as duha prayer, midday prayer, seven-minute lecture, Tamrinul Khitaba, and Ramadan Safari. 5) Carry out extracurricular activities such as Boy Scouts, Karate, KKS and Art Studio, and also Intra School Santri Organization. 6) Annual activities such as opening together, maulid, qurban and milad.

Abstract

This study used a type of qualitative descriptive research located in the village Parangloe District Biringbulu District Gowa. The research approach used is an approach to guidance and psychological approaches. Data collection methods are observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done with three phases: data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this research show that the technique of implementing guidance and counselling Islam in raising public awareness about the importance of education for children, there are 4 namely: a persuasive approach (inviting), giving advice, door to door techniques and techniques in using the method of lecture, namely: gentle technique, rational techniques and humour techniques. Supporting factors include the cooperation of Islamic counselling and village government, the availability of facilities and infrastructures in conducting Islamic counselling by the government, and the high enthusiasm of the community to follow the counselling Islam in raising public awareness about the importance of education while the inhibitory factor is, access road far and less conducive and busy community in farming.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see how the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) for Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Bontoduri Village, Tamalate District. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in the Bontoduri Sub-District of Tamalate has been running quite well and is right on target for the poor who are less able to meet their needs but to fulfil their monthly needs has not been felt sufficiently. The constraints experienced by beneficiary families include: 1) inaccurate targeting of food aid to beneficiary family accounts, 2) distance between beneficiary families and distant e-warong, 3) inconsistency in the distribution schedule for non-cash food aid, 4) the existence of problems with broken, broken, lost and blocked cards.
