Abstract

The library is one of the school facilities that supports learning activities for students and teachers. Library collections, especially textbooks and reading materials, are used as references in the learning process. However, library management at SMP Negeri Wimro is still carried out manually using record books. This condition causes book data management, member data management, borrowing, returning, and report preparation to take a long time and be prone to recording errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based library management information system to support library administration more effectively and efficiently. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL. The results of this study are a web-based library management information system with features including user login, book data management, member data management, borrowing, returning, overdue fine calculation, lost book management, borrowing rules, report generation, and borrowing statistics charts. The testing results using the Black Box Testing method show that the main system features run according to their designed functions and can support library data management in a faster, more accurate, and structured manner.

Abstract

Road damage includes cracks, potholes, patching, depressions, rutting, weathering/raveling, and shoving, which can be visually observed on the road surface (Guidelines for Construction Materials and Civil Engineering Buildings, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, 2021). The percentage calculations showed that the most common type of damage in almost all segments was grain detachment (30%), followed by potholes (20%), and subsidence (15%). The least common type of damage was longitudinal cracks (2.5%). Of the 19 segments, 15, or 78.95%, were classified as routine maintenance. Four segments, or 21.05%, required periodic maintenance.

Abstract

Public transportation plays an important role in supporting community mobility and economic growth in a region. One of the important land transportation nodes in Manokwari Regency is the Wosi Terminal, which serves various rural public transportation routes. This study aims to analyze the condition of public transportation services at the Wosi Terminal based on Minimum Service Standards (SPM), assess the level of fulfillment of each SPM indicator, and describe the results of service assessments on each route. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with field observation techniques using checklist instruments based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 98 of 2013 and Number 29 of 2015. The research objects include four rural transportation routes, namely Route D2 (Wosi Terminal–Mupi–Warkapi–Wasabui), F1 (Wosi Terminal–Warmare–SP III), F2 (Wosi Terminal–SP IV–Masni), and H (Wosi Terminal–SP VIII–Sidey). Data analysis was carried out using the percentage method based on the number of fulfilled indicators to the total research indicators. The results showed that the SPM compliance rate for route D2 was 67.74%, route F1 was 80.64%, route F2 was 74.19%, and route H was 74.19%. Route F1 had the highest compliance rate compared to other routes. In general, public transportation services at Wosi Terminal have met most SPM indicators, but several aspects still need improvement, particularly safety, security, and vehicle comfort.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged the use of games as interactive learning media. However, most games mainly focus on entertainment and provide limited educational value. This study aims to design and develop a 2D  entitled Maze Of Wisdom: Path Of Knowledge using the Godot Engine. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, including requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation with the Godot Engine and GDScript, and functional testing using the Black Box Testing method. The developed game consists of three levels featuring maze exploration, Wisdom Scroll collection, and general knowledge quizzes to unlock the exit door. The testing results show that all main features functioned as expected. Therefore, Maze Of Wisdom: Path Of Knowledge can be used as an interactive learning medium for students and the general public through a learning-by-playing approach.

Abstract

This study aims to map the conditions, challenges, and research opportunities in construction management, particularly in Manokwari City, West Papua, based on the Civil Engineering Study Program Research Roadmap 2025-2030. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) approach. A total of 72 articles from international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, as well as nationally accredited journals (SINTA 1 and SINTA 2), were systematically reviewed. The review focused on four research clusters: (1) Sustainable Construction, (2) Construction Risk, Safety, and Productivity Management, (3) Technology and Innovation in Construction Management, and (4) Quality Management. The results indicate that research related to construction management in West Papua, particularly Manokwari, remains severely limited, with significant research gaps especially in Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation, locallygrounded risk management, and sustainable construction practices in archipelagic regions. This study contributes a comprehensive research map that can serve as a reference for academics, practitioners, and local governments in developing a sustainable and innovative construction industry in Manokwari.

Abstract

This study discusses the comparative analysis of the cost budget in the SIT Insan Mulia Manokwari Multipurpose Building Construction Project, using two budget plan documents in the success of the construction project to balance the parameters of cost, time, and quality. The difference in estimated values between the planner's contract RAB and the contractor's RAP often causes large deviations due to differences in volume reference standards, labor wages, and market price fluctuations. This study aims to calculate the total RAP value, analyze the amount of financing deviation, and identify the dominant components causing the difference in the SIT Insan Mulia Manokwari Multipurpose Building Construction Project. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-comparative approach. Secondary project data were collected in the form of shop drawings and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) documents of the planning contract. Meanwhile, primary data were obtained through material price surveys at local distributors and actual labor wages in the field. Comparisons were carried out using pairwise comparisons to review in depth the cost disparities in each component of the work item. The comparative analysis results show that the RAB value is IDR.2,690,333,000.00 while the RAP is IDR.1,641,274,000.00, so there is a deviation of IDR.1,049,059,000.00 or 38.99%. This cost difference is triggered by the direct material procurement strategy, the implementation of worker productivity wages, minimizing material waste, and optimizing the reuse of wooden formwork up to 3-4 times.

Abstract

The electrical system of the Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) lighting at Rendani Airport, Manokwari, plays a crucial role as a visual navigation aid for aircraft during landing. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the electrical system, analyze the suitability of the Constant Current Regulator (CCR) capacity relative to the actual load, and determine key technical parameters such as power and light intensity. The research employs field observations, technical data collection, and analytical calculations based on measurement results. The findings reveal that the PAPI electrical system operates reliably under existing conditions. The total actual load of PAPI 35 and PAPI 17 is 3.88 kVA, indicating that the 5 kVA CCR operates at 77.6% of its rated capacity, which ensures adequate operational reliability and safety margins. Furthermore, the analysis shows that increasing the CCR current step leads to a rise in lamp power from 28.92 W to 160.38 W and light intensity from 2.86 cd to 28.68 cd. These results emphasize the importance of routine maintenance of the CCR and isolating transformer to sustain consistent system performance. It is recommended to improve the control system between the CCR and the Air Traffic Control (ATC) tower to enhance overall operational efficiency.
